Stripping GTA

"Stripping" is the named used for the method of taking all the missions out of GTA

Look inside the Sanny Builder directory and click "Data", You will see a bunch of files and folders.
We are concentrating on the "gta3", "VC" and "SA" folders because these contain the stripped mains for each game

(Scroll down for VC and SA stripping methods)

GTA 3

If you are wanting to strip GTA 3, Navigate to "gta3" inside the data folder of Sanny Builders directory as we just discussed and follow the instructions below.

1. Copy "stripped.txt" from "Sanny Builder" -> "Data" -> "gta3"

2. Now paste that file into "GTA 3 directory" -> "Data"

3. Delete "Main.txt" and "Main.scm" from that same folder and rename the "stripped.txt" what you just copied to "Main.txt"

4.Right click this file and select "Open with", select Sanny Builder and wait for it to open.

5. Once opened make sure your settings in Sanny Builder are configured correctly with GTA 3's directory and press F7 (Compiles a MAIN script)

You should get a report that looks similar to this (The figures wont be the same):

Make sure you press F7 because F6 compiles a CLEO script and F8 runs the game, Now play the game and test it.
Does it spawn Claude without any intro or missions?, If so you have successfully stripped GTA 3.

GTA VC

If you are wanting to strip GTA VC, Navigate to "vc" inside the data folder of Sanny Builders directory as we just discussed and follow the instructions below.

1. Copy "stripped.txt" from "Sanny Builder" -> "Data" -> "vc"

2. Now paste that file into "GTA VC directory" -> "Data"

3. Delete "Main.txt" and "Main.scm" from that same folder and rename the "stripped.txt" what you just copied to "Main.txt"

4.Right click this file and select "Open with", select Sanny Builder and wait for it to open.

5. Once opened make sure your settings in Sanny Builder are configured correctly with GTA VC's directory and press F7 (Compiles a MAIN script)

You should get a report that looks similar to this (The figures wont be the same):
