Looks like they're extending Unicorn to 7 episodes. Also, Episode 6, "The Sky and The Stars" (if I have that name right) won't be releasing until spring 2013, according to the posters.![]() http://gundamguy.blogspot.com/2012/05/blog-post.html I wonder if episode 7 will be titled "Over the Rainbow"? hmmm..... *still crossing fingers for a HGUC Full Armor Unicorn* Edited by ShadowTheGreat, May 13 2012, 12:02 PM.

I bet there will be a final form beyond the FA Unicorn for the OVA. A Web Limited Robot Damashi FA Unicorn is also inevitable. Don't what they're trying to do, maybe they want to protract it to facilitate for more general UC related merchandise since the AGE models are failing and there isn't too much to milk from the SEED Reboot. Origin will be pushed back be even later then, but hopefully not to the extend of what happened with Gothicmade. |

re: the bolded part: BS. Seed has a ton of untapped HG potential, especially if you get into Destiny and MSV. |

Should have been 8 OVAs from the start, and the last to be 2 hours long. But now they butchered the best arc in the whole novel... |

Maybe we'll see the FA Unicorn deployed a bit earlier. |

Cheap move from Sunrise, if you ask me. Since the third Evangelion film is coming out in December, and Episode 6 was scheduled near that date, Sunrise must have realized nobody would've given a f*ck about Gundam with pretentious Evangelion coming out in that timeframe. Add how rushed it would have been (I heard that the current five episode covered barely half of the novels storyline) if they had kept on their original plan... Bad financial news for Sunrise. |

Evangelion 3.0 is due in November while episode 6 of Gundam UC is now aimed at "spring 2013". Every volume of Gundam Unicorn has dominated sales charts in Japan; there's no "bad financial news" anywhere in this. Compared to the situation with the "Freedom" OVA where Sunrise made the final episode far longer than the others, the studio probably made the better choice. Every installment is balanced. I have no problem with adapting source material for the screen whatsoever. But hey, if they want to show everything from this point on then so be it. |

It seems hard to fault Sunrise for knowing they can milk more money out of this. It's business. |

Well, if it is to them then more power to them I guess. I'll keep speaking my mind though, even if MechaTalk gets upset. |
