Shot a munty today on slayers land with my 22250 140m's off sticks perfect lung shot and it dropped to shot. Knew it would do the job ok but will admit wouldn't want to shoot through cover with it. Sorry no photo never took 1.(didnt want to be seen stalking with a mod on)LOL. there was an exit and it was small lungs were shot to pieces. Very successful. Wouldn't have taken it by choice that would be my 6.5 with heavy bullets but on this ground sound mods are requested and its the only big rifle I have with 1 fitted. Didn't enjoy carrying it missed the finlight like hell but hey ho. |

John was the first for you the shooting of a muntie or shooting with a mod on ?well done anyway. Just zeroed my mates new 22-250 and boy does he need a mod for it ,my ears are still ringing an hour later

Sorry my mistake niether of your choices it was the first muntie with a .22CF. may i suggest some plugs or muffs for zeroing 1 shot in the woods or foxing makes no odds. |

Ill defo be taking some plugs the next time I zero a c/f for someone especially when there not using a mod.Had a few shot of a 243 when I got back from the stalking on saturday but they were moded so not nearly as bad.
