I have just moved a high seat to this location, its a cracking area with few roe kicking about all year round,

The biggest problem is the cover in summer, its covered with wild, self seeded birch trees and bracken, the floor covering is just loose brash from the felling that took place about two years ago, its impossable to stalk on foot so im hoping to catch the deer when the leave the thick forrestry blocks and give me a chance as they cross the rides.

I had an hour in the seat last night, i saw two bucks.

A young four pointer, still in velvet, and a good clean six pointer. the big buck was down the far end, but the young lad came out from the wood behind me
and out into the clear fell, i think i will be seeing him very soon. *Monkey Hanger* *BBQ*
