Greetings! I hunt pigeons and all vermin (wel, it's pest control really) on the grounds of a large factory. Here in Holland it is an issue that can't be discussed, all airgunner websites go crazy when the word "hunting" is mentioned so i am happy to have found this place, no allergic reaction when somebody has actually shot something other than paper targets. The HW97K .22 was a good buy! The quarry drops like a stone with every shot fired, 99% of the time there is no need for a follow-up. I shot many pigeons or "vliegende ratten" (flying rats) as we call them with this gun. I prefer to use JSB exact jumbo, it garantees a clean kill from every angle. The first hunting picture i ever posted! ![]() Distance about 40 yards, standing, freehand. And i WILL be dropping the crazy crow that is been destroying every windshieldwiper he can find! :D |

Do you have the 12ftlb limit in Holland for air rifles? That is a good kill mate, spot on for 40yds. *good* -WelcomeHW- |

Nice shot mate, both gun and camera! :) |
Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes. After that who cares? ....... He's a mile away and you've got his shoes!
