Well we did not get a deer down here in our family...Only 5 Deer taken in our camp this season...Usually we have a total of 25 to 30 deer between the 2 seasons but the weather has got the deer and the hunters laying down...So cold here 15* fahrenheit. with 20-25mph winds damn cold...only 2 big deer taken this season with my 10 point being the largest... Here are a few pictures ...looks like I will have to send pictures in a couple parts...so keep looking... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() *Mexican*

It is fairly close to home only about 45min. drive to my hunting location...I am looking into purchasing about 40 to 60 acres but he land prices here are just crazy with all the big farmers buying up all the land and the High Society people starting to purchase the hunting ground it is getting real hard to afford land here...Used to 20 years ago be able to buy an acre of land around here for 200 us dollars for wooded land and 500 dollars for farm land per acre...Now we are at 2000 us dollars for wood land and 3500 to 7000 us dollars for farm ground...pretty soon here in the US if you don't own your own land you are not going to be able to hunt at all...I am sorry you guy's can't hunt with a Bow over in your part of the world I know you wish the same thing...Keep working on that gov't to get that law changed...I hear in some parts of europe they have gotten the law put in...I heard it was some where in France...Let me know if I am wrong but seems like that is last place I heard a story being done on a deer of some type...was really small deer is all I can remember... Well I love hearing from you all so keep the words coming gents and I will do the same.... Paul |

For most of us our hunting is pest control for farmers. Some of us own land, or pay to shoot game, but for the most part the hunters here are providing a service to land owners to protect their crops, buildings, animal feeds, grain stores etc... |

It's only an air rifle, but I will be getting my Firearms Certificate and Shotgun Licence in the very near future I hope :D . I shoot rabbits, rats and pigeons mostly with it but the range is very limited. I hope to soon have a .22 rimfire and a 12guage shotgun. I will also be increasing the power of the airgun, but not by much as it still needs to be o.k. for indoor work. |
