New Gun..; Bettinsoli Tarcisio Diamond

After my recent Crowing escapades I was a little peeved about my hit rate and decided that enough was enough and I suppose that all along I had known that Improved Cylender X 2 was too open and the shot patern was too loose for some types of shooting. So gave the Miroku a good clean up and headed to Pickering Guns to alter the situation!

I looked at the Brownings etc and then at a Bettinsoli Tarcisio Diamond, Multi Choke with 30" barrells.. This gun is like new apart from 1 tiny (very tiny) scratch on the stock but was almost half price of that of a new one.. I looked it over, tried it for size and haggled a bit with them before finally handing my lic over for them to do the neccessary!

Here it is!

DM nice looking gun hope you have better luck than i did i bought a Bettinsoli silver pigeon 28" 12g it was a beautiful looking gun nice and light.
The trouble is i was used to an auto and snap shooting pigeons and crows the gun was not always tucked into the shoulder when i fired and this resulted in it fireing both barrels.
After a days pigeon shooting over laid barley it had double fired about 6 times out of about 100 shots fired and i ended up with a bloody sore shoulder and big bruise.
So my mate got it cheap....
Have a Lanber now but only use that for clays, will stick to the auto's for all other shooting..... :D :D :D :D

IT'S BROKEN!
When you just fire 1 shot and then open the gun, it ejects both shells! :( I called the dealer and he is going to sort it but he doesn't know what it is thats causing it. Now it doesn't do it with the snap caps so it must be something to do with the recoil.. Anyone any ideas?
