Sutty! There are a Load of sites about with sausage recipies and some good ones too. I was about to buy a book on recipies for £40 then i searched the net and found there are loads of sites with the recipies AND the seasoning and spice recipies too! I bought one of the things also and have the sausage skins arriving this week and I will make a start! First to be made are the Cumberland then I am going to try putting my home made haggis into skins and see if they are OK :D I even found a recipie for pork and potato sausage :D The beauty is you know exactly what is going into the sausage when you make them yourself! Sutty! You could always ask the surgeons at the Jewish Hospital for their cast off's (for skins) if you were desperate Short of that I get the sausage skins from Ebay!!! They sell Collogen AND hog casing ones in 28mm to 30mm O/D which are perfect. Just key in Sausage into your ebay search bar and scroll down and you will find them. Sausage skins that is NOT forskins :D LG |
