Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes. After that who cares? ....... He's a mile away and you've got his shoes!

I love gardening (vegetables) and since end april I've got a piece of land not far away from the house. (250 square meters, 20 euro's a year) It is next to a wheatfield, and since a couple days I also harvest meat there :) (woody's) To be honest, it was the only reason I hired that land (shooting with my airgun), but I also have fresh vegetables now, beans of al kind, carrots, pumpkins etc etc, also a strategic corner where I planted maize and stake beans (natural hide in september :ph43r: ) spend a lot of my free time there now, sitting under a tree togheter with the 97k. |

I spent a couple of years Landscape gardening and to be honest I can't be arsed with it. By the time you spend a few month doing OTHER peoples gardens you can't be bothered to do your own ;) LG |

My garden looks like a field of set-aside
:) - Just smaller But with three kids and their mates, a dog and eight ferrets, it's probably better that I let it develop its 'own personality'

I do like a nice garden but it is just having the time to be able to get on it. By the time I get home from work, the wife has done her cleaning job and gets back it is 19:30 and all I want to do is sit down and drink beer :D Just keeping the lawn done and the weeds in check has been enough this year. Mind you I have not had to water the garden much

GUM DOG pmsl .If you want a decent garden, dont get a mutt, he has systematically trashed mine from a veritable show piece to a desolate wasteland. He" re-cycles" every plant we put in it and turns them back into "Compost", in a matter of minutes -HB-. piles of the stuff , some heaps should have their own "Post-code". Anyway i paved the lot, (the garden that is) so lets see him eat them feckers?? Now i garden with a brush and hosepipe *good* Cheers Sutty

Treat every day as your dog would If you can't eat it, chew it or play with it Pee on it and walk away | |
