Out with the dog this morning, and just about got back home, when I saw two brown shapes in someones garden, too big for dogs, and when I got closer, it turns out to be a pair of deer :o

I don't live far from a lot of farmland, but this is the first time that I've seen deer in the middle of a housing estate!

Anyone seen anything similar? This was about 5.45am

Nige dont tell him, you will be woken by a loud bang early one morning if you do! :D

I saw a Roe Deer in the next village, just walking down the main rd a few months ago.. also seen a few by the side of the road but at least in fields! :)
Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes. After that who cares? ....... He's a mile away and you've got his shoes!

Mark, I live right on the outskirts of Hull mate. There is virtually nothing apart from half a dozen villages between me and the sea!

Neil, the chavs round here USE REAL DEER as crimbo decorations *lol*

They tie them to their chimney, next to some old bloke that they've kidnapped,
and electrocute them to keep them moving!

Where i used to live on the outskirts of the town there was a "nature reservation" backing onto the housing estate and there were plenty of deer in there.
I never saw them at the time but the reservation backs onto my shooting permission on the otherside and since going shooting I see them all the time.
