as some may know I have had a bad time with one of my knees over the past few months, and the immediate future is not much better waiting for a decision by the surgeon on the best way forward he knows I need a new knee but he is trying to hold back replacement somewhat due to my age, at the moment I have to wear a brace, and take morphine based painkillers, plus I am getting gel injections into the knee ( that HURTS) to help movement and give a little "gap" between my bloody bones, so to keep me occupied (cant get to the footy! cant go diving wrong time of year anyway difficult to drive and I cant walk far so shooting is out as well!!!!) I am into my "anorak hobby" building RC planes this is the latest one off the blocks took about 10 weeks to this stage, weighs about 22lbs
and uses a two stroke 38cc petrol engine wingspan is 105"

Nice collection MH. I have a big old trainer plane - I just havent got the balls to try and fly it as knowing me - Ill end up killing someone or something. I might get some "flying lessons" first.

this is going to be the next one got the plans sent from the usa will be about half size still not massive as , as you can see the full size was only 16ft span
must have taken some balls to strap that thing around you, my plane will I should imagine take a "bit of handling" it needs speed to keep aloft landing it is supposed to be a "challenge" cant wait :o

I once shot one out of a tree for a guy, we were going roost shooting and his plane was stuck, we shot the branches off but his plane got wrecked. *QQQ* Can't think why?? He was happy though. *dielaugh*

You forgot to mention the model boats as well - including the one that got shot !!

A 38cc engine belongs in a moped !!

Small wonder lead is so expensive, and orders of ammo exported from the US are always delayed  . What a pointless waste :( .
