a nye of pheasants, a covey of partridge, a covey of grouse, a bevy of quail, a spring of teal, a wisp of snipe, a parlaiment of rooks. Geese is a skein in the air, gaggle on the ground. A paddling of mallard.

I also think a group of skylarks is called an exultation.

I wasn't sure about a spring of Teal most people have heard of "springing" Teal, I haven't heard of a bevy of Quail.
