Hi John, trap making! That sounds interesting, lets see some that you've made mate.  :)

Well having just read through a couple of past posts I anticipate being shot down almost immediately accused peddling my wares. :(

The best place to look is on my own website (www.fourteenacre.co.uk) and some of you will have seen these before on other sites.

However let me show you some pics

You won't get shot down from me mate, at least you introduced your self first. ;)

Keep posting and we'll put you a link up on the site.
Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes. After that who cares? ....... He's a mile away and you've got his shoes!

yes they are - used ones though ofcourse. They were just the right size for the rod to fit inside nice and snug.

Welcome to HW - I like the website mate. You're right about saying there are plenty of sites that provide plans, with no instructions; they're no good for me, I can't even put an IKEA bookshelf together without help from my kids!!
Location :- Hull

Never hit a man with glasses. Hit him with a baseball bat!

Don't let your mind wander - it's too little to be let out alone!

Quick thought - does one of the mods want to split that latter half of this topic off and stick it in the trap section ?

Just a thought.

I thought this might amuse some of you - although I have posted it already on other forums.

This is simple funnel mouse trap that a friend of mine made and posted about.

Well I thought I'd have a go at working out a Step by Step plan for it to maybe go in the next book.

He kindly gave me the basic dimensions that he'd found to work and I knocked this up my own version of it shown here.

I've had it out on test for a few nights with my Killgerm infrared motion camera and last night I had a result - click on the images below to view the videos.

Having a good look round

You would think a mouse would find the tunnel again and escape but obviously not. A simple design which works. *Monkey Hanger*
