The LCPD is a professional and realistic roleplaying group. I created this clan on the 1st of December 2011. the LCPD hopes to reach it's goal of at least 30 - 35 members eventually. We go by actual Ten codes used by police. We are a very active Comunity having multiple patrols every weekend and through out the week. The LCPD is very dedicated and respetful to our members along with everyone treatin each other with respect and courtesy. Disrespect to leadership or one of our members WILL result in PERMINATE termination from LCPD

The LCPD uses Free Mode/Team Deathmatch to host Patrols or Trainings

Freemode for trainings

Team Deathmatch for Patrols or anything else official

The LCPD has two teams. One is the Cops and the other is Civillians. We have multiple divisions to choose from. if it is from Ground to Air or Cop to Fire Fighter the possibilities are endless.

The LCPD May respond to a hostage sittuation Or just a simple traffic stop. We are very profesional with what we do. We keep the radios clear and the streets free of criminals.

The LCPD Civillians are very professional of what they do. weather a simple traffic stop or a Code 3 sittuation breaks out they ALL know what to do.

Radio Communication Regulations.

The following is the required standard you must set as a Patrol Officers and above when Communicating. Communicating below the set standard may result in action from the Training Bureau and if required, LCPD Command Staff.

You Must Always:
•Make sure no-one else is trying to or is talking when you want to.
•Only interupt someone if it is an urgent message and you use the word "Priority".
•Always wait for dispatch to say "Go Ahead" before passing a message.
•Only say something that is related and relevent to the patrol and the task at hand.
•Be professional and Courteous when talking on the comms.
•Use your Cell Phone for one to one conversations or speaking with a crook in a situation.

You Must NEVER:
•Interupt someone with a irrelavant message.
•Say un-neccassary or inappropriate comments.
•Disregard the Communication Priorities

Officers:
•Follow all traffic laws unless dispatched to a call or emergency.
•Do not shoot at the opposing team (crooks) unless you have a valid reason for doing so and that you can justify this reason at all times.
•Officers are to stick to all weapon classes unless they are in a division with certain weapon classes.
•Keep comms clear on the radio (mute your mic if you have to).
•Always respect the players in the patrol.
•Do not pull crooks over just because they have an orange dot over their head only if they break a traffic law can you do that.
•As soon as you enter and operate your vehicle for the patrol (marked or not) You must abide with ALL Traffic laws.
•Dispatching yourself to calls without permission from the dispatcher is against the rules. - Code 3's, CO's & Command Team excluded.

Crooks:
•Don't get into gun fights all the time, do an occasssional gun fight but don't do it everytime you spawn.
•All emergency vehicles and helicopters are not to be used by crooks unless the CO of the patrol approves permission.
•Absolutely no explosives. This means that the RPG and grenades are off limit to all crooks and State Troopers.
•Use snipers in moderation, you may only use the m40a1 as it is bolt action, give the officer some time to react!
•Do not use police weapons such as the M4a1, this weapon is not sold on the black market, unlike an AK-47, and so cannot be accessible to the public however you may use it as camera or imagine it to be some sort of other prop. (Notify the dispatcher beforehand).
•Do not snipe all the officers in a patrol, this makes the patrol extremely uneven and unfair for everyone else who is trying to enjoy the patrol.
•Crooks may not interfere in Code 3's if they are not involved or have died in the situation.
•One vehicle in a pursuit at a time [Street Race scenarios exempt]
- No motorcycles to any civi durring patrolp
ALL:
•M249 SAW is off limits to non-SRU Personel
•Treat others how you would want to be treated
•No one may have a weapon out during a debreif
•In BoGT, NO ONE may shoot in the spawn zone, it is a safe zone unless a crime has been committed outside the safe zone and gone into the safe zone.
•Explosive rounds are off limits to EVERYONE.
•De-brief should be respected as a safe zone and a formal gathering where officers can discuss issues. When de-brief is called, people should park respectively and drive in at a normal speed as not to run over anyone.
•You MAY NOT be in another GTA:IV Clan of any sort whilst in LCPD.
