| The LCPD is a professional and realistic roleplaying group. I created this clan on the 1st of December 2011. the LCPD hopes to reach it's goal of at least 30 - 35 members eventually. We go by actual Ten codes used by police. We are a very active Comunity having multiple patrols every weekend and through out the week. The LCPD is very dedicated and respetful to our members along with everyone treatin each other with respect and courtesy. Disrespect to leadership or one of our members WILL result in PERMINATE termination from LCPD The LCPD uses Free Mode/Team Deathmatch to host Patrols or Trainings Freemode for trainings Team Deathmatch for Patrols or anything else official The LCPD has two teams. One is the Cops and the other is Civillians. We have multiple divisions to choose from. if it is from Ground to Air or Cop to Fire Fighter the possibilities are endless. The LCPD May respond to a hostage sittuation Or just a simple traffic stop. We are very profesional with what we do. We keep the radios clear and the streets free of criminals. The LCPD Civillians are very professional of what they do. weather a simple traffic stop or a Code 3 sittuation breaks out they ALL know what to do. |

In effect 11/28/12, these are the demerit punishments for performing the annoying and disrespectful acts which we've seen more recently in the clan. Read them, learn them, obey them at all times. Demerits accumulate for a 1 month period until the 1st of every month. All demerits of the previous month will be erased and your slate will be reset on that day. This does NOT apply to active suspensions. If you are suspended for a week, you're suspended for a week. More information regarding suspensions can be found at the end of this post. 1 Demerit: - Not RSVPing for an event and not having a standing excuse for not telling us why you can't attend - Having to be warned to stop current behavior in an official event. (Badmouthing, excessive swearing, shooting or screwing around with team mates, not following directions) - Excessive beating or police brutality to a crook. (Kicking after arrest, shooting, running over with a vehicle.) Demerit will also be issued to a crook if they are arrested and try to run or attack somebody. - Being in an inappropriate uniform at the time of patrol when playing as a police officer. - Officers CAN be pulled over if their behavior on the road is not appropriate. This goes for blowing red lights for no reason, having excessive damage done to their car carelessly, shooting civilians, or breaking any other law which goes for crooks. Demerits and pullovers can only be done by High Command supervisors as that is really our job, to supervise. Drive realistically at all times. - Posting inappropriate links to the shoutbox such as pornography, unprofessional conversations, and badmouthing others. 2 Demerits: - RSVPing for an event and then not showing up on time but still showing up - Continuing behavior which earned you demerit #1 - Killing a team mate on purpose (unless part of a planned crook scenario) - Delaying patrol (Saying you'll be on at 9:30 but you come on at 9:45) - Being found with an illegal weapon during a weapons check. - Entering a building or situation involving tactical units (Running up to the front door of said building, going inside, getting in the way of tactical units) - Giving yourself permission to drive a vehicle other than that which you were assigned - Using excessive swearing/profanities, such as "Fa**ot" "Motherfu**er" "Spic" "Ni**er" "Nerd" etc. Demerits will be based on how inappropriate the word or term is. Ni**er and fa**ot will NEVER be tolerated in an official event. Using these words will lead to an immediate 1 patrol suspension and being asked to leave the current event. - Inviting a friend to the game without a half hour advanced notice - Being in party chat at any time during patrol except to speak on important matters, primarily a High Command privilege to be rarely used only when a serious discussion needs to take place. - Using a "Zombie" or "Naked" player model in an official event without permission from High Command. - Crook using a Shotgun, MP10, or AK47 without our permission 3 Demerits: 3 Accumulative demerits within a 1 month period will earn you a probationary phase of doing a ride along during an entire patrol. You will lose all privileges of any divisions you would normally partake in. - RSVPing for an event and then not showing up at all - Talking back to an officer of authority above you. Such as saying something wise when told to be quiet. Most likely a total of 4 demerits considering these will be added to the 1 demerit which was given at the start of your behavior. - Using explosives (Hand grenade or Molotov, NOT RPG) during a patrol - Injuring or killing somebody in an official event by shooting out your window - Screwing around which leads to death, injury, or demolition of an officer's car or the officer. - Crook using an M4 assault rifle, either sniper rifle, or a desert eagle without our permission. 4 Demerits: - Being online at the time of an event and ignoring invites or appearing offline (Whether you, a relative, a friend, or your dog is in control of the Xbox doesn't matter) - Coming on late and going directly to a different game without notifying us as to why you were not able to attend on time 5 Demerits: 5 Accumulative demerits will lead to a verbal conference with High Command, a 1 week suspension from all events, and possible separation from the clan. Most people who are suspended decide to take the irresponsible route and simply leave the clan because they don't want to wait. It's your choice, you broke the rules. - Leaving the game early to appear offline and change games - Showing absolutely no understanding of basic training such as using a shotgun for a taser, passing and obstructing constantly during a chase, using inappropriate pull-over techniques, etc. No Warning System: -Acts as 6th demerits, causing the officer to have to re-train at a later time. This also goes for a player who has managed to obtain 6 demerits in a 1 month period. Demerits will be reset on the first of every month, clearing the slate of all players. This does NOT go for suspensions, as they will carry out until they have been fully served. These are the rules which may never be broken and anyone who does not follow them will absolutely not be tolerated. These are rules like: : Using RPGs against anyone in patrol : Excessively killing people for no reason and randomly talking and screwing around : Trying to handle a tactical situation by yourself by running into the building before anyone else arrives and gunfire is being actively exchanged. : Excessively swearing at another player and/or calling them inappropriate names, racial slurs, or being generally disrespectful. : Being found to be in another active Police clan for GTA IV or giving any other clan priority over the LSPD. We are a commitment, not an option. -- Suspensions: -Suspensions will not just be "Leave the game, you're suspended the next game then you can come back." Players who are suspended will be required to copy the following pledge to an RSVP form for the patrols they are suspended for: "Dear fellow LCPD Officers and crooks, I, (name), do hereby apologize for my actions which led to my suspension from the clan. I know I can be a great member, and I sincerely wish to become just that. I know I can do better. I know everyone here knows I can do better as well. I will not make the same mistake again. That is a promise. I will obey. I will survive." If you fail to post this on the events you are suspended for, the suspension remains until you do. After those events, your suspension will be lifted. Basically, this is to prevent pointless suspensions to people who would not be active that night anyway. You need to accept your punishment and learn from it to be a successful and valuable member of this clan. If you are inactive for 2 weeks without notifying us of your reason for being inactive, you will be removed from the clan with the option of coming back. If you are inactive for more than 2 weeks with no excuse prior to leaving, you will be excused from the clan and lose your rank and training record with the option of coming back. We do not tolerate people who decide to ignore our invites, messages, and events. You know who you are. Make the choice, be committed and make this clan prosper for years to come, or be selfish and appear offline while playing another game. Your rank and position in this "Department" is a privilege, not a right. This post is not written in anger or disappointment. It is meant to warn everyone in the clan of their responsibilities and notify them of the punishment for not being committed. Trust me, I understand more than anybody that GTA role playing isn't life. I have twice as many responsibilities as most people in this clan, but if I need to miss an event, I simply tell Sick ahead of time. Don't leave us hanging. We want to see the clan grow, not collapse due to inactivity. Thanks, see you on the streets. Pusasaurus -LCPD High Command Edited by Pusasaurus, Nov 28 2012, 12:48 PM.
