Actually no, the people of Klowr in reality do not care to point blame. They see blaming as a hinderence to success, all Klowr wants is to be the economic powerhouse of Lucerna, as well as gaining a global hegemony on Lucerna.

These were outline by the Comstock Prinicples, which were written by Consul Zachary Comstock in 1967, to bring the commonwealth in to greatness.

What would be Klowr's actual life expectancy, especially if Klowrians consume high amounts of meat? How high are the taxes on cigarettes? If they're really high, is there a black market for them?

81 would be the estimate I can think off, I would attribute it to the semi-privatised healthcare system. Klowr's healthcare system is not entirely universal, the government has a system known as medishield. Medishield promises to pay for 50% of a patient's reciept in all private hospitals. Other programs such as Medicare limits health cost, such that the government subsidises the maintenance of private healthcare systems.

Along with this, the National Campaigns Departments have for the past 34 years enlist to encourage 'Healthy Klowrians', which has promoted moderated lifestyle living and daily exercise.

Alongside this, ALL Commonwealth Citizens and Permanent residents are require to conduct 5 months of Compulsory National Service, where they serve in either the civil defence, military, or the police core. Alongside this all schools are recquired to conduct physical education classes, at the end of every year students will be tested on the Commonwealth Fitness Test, schools which have a high level of 'a's gain higher subsidies.

On Cigarettes, through massive campaigning many individuals disdain from cigarettes. Pipe smoking is still a popularity, there is a 10% Tax on cigarettes.

Tensions between Klowr have been lowered by the recent transformation of Kyzylistan, though Klowr still is wary of the new federal republic. It is willing to trust Kyzylistan as an ally.

As of now, the Corum Movement, which is comprised of nearly 7 patries. One of which holds 2 seats on the Devon Shire constiutency, the largest Corum Movement Party, the Corum Unifciation Movement, endevors for a simple 'European Union style' of union. Along with this a up-andcoming politican in Klowr's ruling party, the Union Party, Alexendra De' Grant, MP for Weldon Shire, whom advocates for Corum Unification, through a regional alliance, and a common currency.

As of the immigrant demographic 1.3%

As of now, no.

I think they view them as people whom are always trying to get at them, since the Siujun government has made multiple threats against them. The government on the other hand is trying to rehabilitate ties between both nations.

A staple Klowrian dish, would be chicken, lettuce, and a potatoe.

For the last one I'm not entirely sure; I would say maybe the tales of Tolkien played a role in my nation building. But as for actual history, in the way way past LOTR was a popular legend, or epic. Something on the lines of India's Mahabharata, these places were real. Sort of legends for Klowrians. Since Lucerna is grounded in realism, I don't think others would appreciate if I said that there once was a time when Dwarves and Elves were living breathing; which is why I leave the event being real in my timeline ambiguous.

Bree, Annuminas, Gondamon, and Archet; were all real locations in Klowr's history. They feature heavily in the LOTR, both IRL, and in my nations history. The war of the ring, as it is referred to was the Klowrian Epic written in 90 BC, telling the tales of an ancient (Ancient for the writer) war, which involves all the stuff in LOTR.

I created Klowr around 2010, first as a 'what-if' solution to the future middle earth. Like how would Middle Earth (Eriador) look like maybe 1000 years after the war of the ring. But I decided upon moving to Lucerna to scrap that idea, at least to put it as a more subtle thing. I will leave a grey area on whether the war of the ring, in my timeline was an actual event. There were groups who sprang out inspired by the works of Morgoth (Basically Sauron's boss) such as the Cargul, whom play a major role in my nation's history around 1000 AD - 1300 AD where they promoted violence between the multiple nations of Klowr. But they have been all but wiped out.

In the War of the Ring, (as in my nation's version of LOTR) around 500 years after the war of the ring a massive outbreak of a virus killed of most of the mythical creatures. A massive earthquake then broke apart the former geological features of Eriador. THIS is the excuse that the epic writes for the absence of the mythical creatures written, and the change of maps.
