You may come here to register as a citizen of the colony, or as a diplomat to the Province of Massachusetts Bay.

All government matters are carried out here by the Provincial Congress. Non-congress members may also come here to voice their opinions in town hall meetings with the government.

All judicial matters, including the hearing of civil and criminal cases are practiced here.
