The speaker in this session is making a noticeable effort to give answers to the questions raised by qnhu133 & gura gura. 3 questions were clarified but it is not sure whether they have been satisfying or not. To make it easier for thought, these following should be taken into consideration:
a- Star-sick: this term is not an English origin but it is just the own term used by the speaker. Therefore, it is quite important to make it understood right from the beginning; otherwise, it may be misguessed vaguely. The audience, however, seems to grasp the sense of that term through the sense from type of Vietnamese popular language (not used by the Vietnamese experts or intellectuals). If that term is to be intentionally used for impressionism, it would be a good idea to start it with ie.: "Star sick", a Vietnamese term meaning "delusions of grandeur".... A particular uncommon term is always required to be considered carefully before use and notified clearly in public.
b- "Star sick" and bribery are phenomenon need to be prevented and the solution offered by the speaker with a support from the audience should be education plus possible threatening of punishment. The reasoning concentrated on the insiders: footballers, referees....because "if the insiders did not accept the finacial temptation, according tho the reasoning, there would be no bribery."
Also, the negative side is referred to "naughty" footballers rather than the ones who "pumps out" temptation. That is really a dilemma demanding the ministerer to make a clever decision for a solution. It is not simply to set up some regulations or legal terms to fine or punish sombody who are ready to make crazy expenses on his own cost. The education for them is also out of question. That blockage seems to force the minister foung the insiders guilty.
c- All above reminds me of the true happening in our society: when a couple were caught having sex in exchange for money, the lady in question would be punished severely or may be sent out to some reform center while the man fault was usually ignored.

Just a few ideas are exoected to be helpful for more profound thought.
