Dear my teacher, Mr Hoa,
I am writing this letter to get your permission. Now is December. This is the last month of year and I have had many objects to get and a lot of problems to solve for my work. I am also a new person in my office so that I have more pressure than others. After a long work day, I need some relax and can not think and study anything else. I really feel ashamed to say that!!! And in January, I will come back my hometown. So could you please allow me to be absent from school from now to February? I hope you don't mind! I will notify the center when I can continue to attend this class. I'll come back as soon as I recover my spirit
I know I have many mistakes in this letter, but I want to try to write it in English. May you correct it, please!
Thanks and Best Regards,
Tuong Lam.

Hello dear,
That's all right, since we have had no choice! Everybody gets crazily busy at the end of the year, particularly the ones who get involved in Import-Export business. And we'll have two new year holidays coming consecutively in one month!
I thank you so much for your lovely letter in English
Concerning your writing, this below is what to be reviewed:
This is the last month of the year and I have had many objects things/ tasks/missions to get deal with and a lot of problems to solve for (in) my work. I am also a brand new (person) staff in my office, so that (= therefore) I feel (have) more pressure than others (do). After a long work day work-day or workday *or working day, I need some relax and can not cannot think and study anything else. I really feel ashamed to say that!!! **(::h ) And in January, I will come back to my hometown. So could you please allow me to be absent from school from now to till February? I hope you don't mind! I will notify the center when I can continue to attend this class ***. I'll come back as soon as I recover my spirit
* Workday/work-day =>US term
** everyone needs to get balance when they are in an embarrassment or a mess or a stress, otherwise everything would turn upside down
*** Here is just for your reference:
I will notify the center when I can continue to attend this class (may be understood as)<=> I will notify the center on the day I attend the class
While I will notify the center the time when I can continue to attend this class <=> I will notify the center in advance the date that I can attend the class
Once again, thank you for your letter and do not hesitate for any questions or any tasks you need in my capability
Merry Xmas!
