![]() Welcome to the FRAVision 2013 awards ceremony! Before we begin FRA would like to thank Lazarus for hosting this fantastic cultural event. Despite the occasional hiccup and technical difficulty on the organisers end (FRA), Lazarus has remained patient and respectful throughout. Now let's begin. This ceremony marks the end of a three week long song contest between a wide array of talented and delightful entries. We've had Two weeks of submissions and EuroVision style reviews from some of our best loved hosts This was followed by a hotly contested 7 day voting period for the FRAVision judges. What a event it's been. From multiple accusations of rigging, protest based submissions and being told this joke had gone all too far... We've had entries from far and wide, both regional and individual- I take my hat off to you all, some truly fantastic entries and has blown last years event out the water! The voting period has just closed in the last few moments so stop voting! Whilst we wait for the votes to be counted and verified we have a special guest performance from a musical legend. He's been lurking in the background all week, tipping his hat to a few of his favourite entries, and was even almost convinced to submit an entry himself! We thought however he was far too good to be a candidate... and so picked him to open our awards ceremony. He's known for his classical singing, but has decided to take new strides into music and enter the keyboard rock world. Please welcome the legendary, the almighty, Jamster man keyboard rocking machine! Jamie Butterfly Angelina Natatnat Island Anumia... the 3rd with his new Euro classic! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2tO0uUHPkws Wow! What a performance! If only he'd submitted it! Jamie Butterfly Angelina Natatnat Island Anumia... the 3rd - what have you thought about this year's entries? Any chance of a return next year? Jamie has only this to say... #alone And now, the votes have been counted and verified. I've been given the go ahead from the Executive President of FRAVision 2013 to release to you the final standings from 4th place! 4th. Spiritus - (58) cinquante-huit point. 4th. Drop Your Pants - (58) cinquante-huit point. 6th. Koth - (48) quarante-huit point. 7th. Prussia - (44) quarante-quatre point. 8th. Wopruthien - (36) trente-six point. 9th. A Mean Old Man - (24) vingt-quatre point. 10th. Zoalot - (20) vingt point. 11th. Ravania - (16) seize point. 12th. Right To Life - (14) 1uatorze point. 13th. The1BoyGirlWolf - (0) Nil point. Moving swiftly on, we have our top three entries for FRAVision 2013. In 3rd place, just beating Spiritus's wonderful delightful Night and Day jazz song.... 3rd. Viktoria Gryfynn! with (72) soixante-douze points! In third place, our first runner up this year, and last years winner Viktoria Gryfynn's fabulous song entitled 'Not about you'. A truly inspirational song but not able to repeat the success of Desperate people! Here is your award! ![]() In second place, a full vingt- huit points ahead of Lazarus (that's 28, for you uncultured heathens), and truly living a la vida loca by Luna Dancing aka Ricky Martin ... 2. Flowering Staplers! with (100!) cent point. Please come and accept your runner up award! ![]() And finally, in top ranking position, long-standing favourite to win, he truly moved to crush his enemies in this event, a raider number in a defender world, the swagger behind Mr Jakker. It's the winner of FRAVision 2012.... 1st. CRUSHING OUR ENEMIES! with a record (102) cent deux points. It really is no surprise. A truly deserving winner by a clear margin of deux points, despite a late rally from Luna Dancing and accusations of vote blocking by certain members please come and accept your FRAVision 2013 award on behalf of The Black Hawks. ![]() For those of you that missed it, COE's entry and official song for FRAVision 2013 can be found below... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D2EDlsE2mdU I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all the entrants, voters and bystanders for making this cultural exchange such a success, with particular mention to Feux. This year has arguably been even more successful than last year and is one of the most fun events of the year, uniting defenders, raiders, neutrals and RPers in a loving musical song-contest. Some of this years entries have been better than ever expected and the effort that has gone in has been a-kin to that of Eurovision! (well not quite but they were damn better). Until next year- FRAVision OUT! (But how on earth we will plan it at TBH is anyone's guess! Why'd you do it to me COE?) Edited by Wopruthien, May 31 2013, 04:51:15 AM.

Well, I'm quite honored, and thoroughly enjoyed all the submissions this year. I imagine that The Black Hawks will likely host the contest next year on an auxiliary forum specially created for that purpose. Edited by Crushing Our Enemies, May 31 2013, 02:19:51 PM.

damn it! I can see I'm going to have to combine amazing humour with my voice next year to win! Though I stil argue hotly that I am ns's most awesome singer! and you can see why I entre for Laz, it would be odd if TNI had won it last year instead :p |

Yeah I had worried last year when I saw your name, but definitely better it's a Lazarus entry. No idea how it'd be hosted on TNI! You could always make a special NS song? And when you have multiple number ones in America/UK/Worldwide can release it and have people asking WTF is that even about. It'll be perfect. |

I know. They were shy without their co-host. Hopefully a replacement will be found for next year. |
