Site planning discussions should go under "Site Business" -> "Planning". The site is basically ready to go live (though I'm calling it "beta" for the time being), but it probably shouldn't be advertised until some informational posts are written -- namely: "Rules" and "Who We Are". I'll be working on those, and if anyone wants to submit material for them let me know.
