Well, it's weird, because we're going in the opposite direction

Government is trying to privatice the health system, this is, selling hospitals to private companies or pay them to manage it.
That is making healthcare worse and more expensive.

P.S.: Some guys in the government have shares in health companies.
Everything service that is provided by our government is pretty bad. The rich Canadians come over here for healthcare because their free healthcare is poor. We have pretty poor public education system, postal service, public health care, etc. To get the best, you need to rely on the private sector.

I think private healthcare will be better and keep pricing down because of the need for companies to compete with each other...aka capitalism.

That is one thing everyone needs to look out for is corrupt politicians looking to line their own pockets though. This is possible with universal healthcare or privatized healthcare though.

Well, this is not about offer and demand.

This is just the government paying companies to control and pay doctors... Until now it was just the government paying doctors. And i have to say, spanish healthcare was pretty good, some issues with waiting times in some hospitals, but nothing really important.

It was pretty common to see how people from other european countries came to Spain for healthcare, but this was a "bug" in the system, because they had it for free too, haha.
They showed the European Healthcare Card, and they can be "cured" in any country.

But, for example, if i go to Belgium and i need to visit the doctor, i will be charged 50% of the service instantly and the rest is paid by the spanish gov. That's because that's how it works there for everyone, 50/50.
If a belgian comes to Spain, he receives free healthcare and the Belgian gov pays 100%.

At the end, it makes us lose money, bureaucrazy and shit... And some overcrowded hospitals in the mediterranean coast during summer. This changed, and foreigners are charged with a percentage of the final cost.

We have that problem too... Apparently, if you're not a citizen in our country, you get free health care, while we still have to pay for it.

Got any recommendations on cheap or free movie editors? I'm using windows movie editor, and it's good enough for me, but it crashes every 5 minutes with win 8.

you can give microsoft expression encoder 3 (or whatever version) a shot only down side is it doesn't open a wide range of formats so im always having to convert then edit...then convert.

Its good for really basic editing, and EASY.

hit up your torrent site and look for something from Pinnacle Studio... or cyberlink power director, those are easy to use home programs. I used to use power director all the time and it opens up lots of formats and will produce lots of formats.. also uses CUDA so thats a plus.

I have acquired a door! It isn't perfect but it isn't super fucked up like my current door. It also has a mirror. It might even be the same color as the truck. And it has a crank window. So far looks like a little sanding, primer, and swap over door lock.

Rocker panel? Not sure on course of action there yet.
