I kinda wanted it to be a close game then have the broncos take it...just cause of all the seahawks hype that was starting......but once the seahawks started the ass pound i just said OK LETS SHUT OUT MANNING IN THE SUPER BOWL!!!!!!! has anyone even been shut out?!? I didn't know but I was pretty sure the chances were next to none, then add MANNING shut out......oh man.............. hahahaha how did that playoff game go though...did brady have a fit when he lost to manning and didn't make it to the super bowl?...did his wife get on TV and have a shit fit.... the guy seems like kind of a baby... he still rocking that mullet?

the bears would have shut out the patriots back in '85 but they put in their scrubs beause it wasnt even a contest. They just walked through that whole season with domination. Best team of all time |

wow, putting in the backup guys in the super bowl.... IDK if i was the coach i just would have went for the shut out..what the hell, why not! You'd win the super bowl and have one of those records to beat, that probably never will. teams these days.. sometimes its not even fun watching they are so well matched, takes forever to score, or make a break away play. I still DO NOT understand.. running into the pile. Look left, big wide space nobody is in..then.. the pile, just go straight up the middle for 3 yards. Or those plays where everyone knows the guy that gets the hand off is going left...the whole field is shifting left.. why not just do something totally ass backwards and send the whole time left like normal, then the runner just goes the other direction. sure there are other guys on that side of the field but it seems like he'd get more yards finding open space. |

Haha...you just described a Counter Run...everyone blocks left, runner takes the ball and a step left then cuts right. They usually have the CB's and Ends close the other side tho, so even tho it looks open, its really not. Especially with the speed of the linebackers these days. Unless you're Barry Sanders. That dude made a career out of cutting back against the grain when it wasn't a designed play. HE was amazing, it's really too bad that Detroit is the worst city in the history or ANYTHING and wasted the career of quite possibly the greatest running back to every play the game. Running up the middle works if you have the right guy IE Adrian "Im a God umong boys" Peterson. Edited by Tommyb, Feb 11 2014, 03:01 PM.

One of the reasons is they don't want to risk injury to their good players when they already have a guaranteed win. Also, it's a favor to the guys who never play, that they finally get to be put in the game. |

Barry Sanders was THE best RB of all time, not one of the best. No one can do what he did playing on the worst team of all time. |

Crazy about the Corvettes...... It must be a bad day for Chevy's overall, I smashed my first deer tonight with my truck. Is it bad I started laughing after the bowtie went flying over the cab?

I would like to visit that place, I wasn't aware there was a corvette museum. After, I finish building our new house, there is a strong chance that I might be getting a corvette. |

Yeah, the tail lights are camaro-ish which doesnt fit the vette very well. Yeah, a bunch of my friends felt the earthquake, although I personally didn't. Some of us did, and some didn't very weird... |

Turn it to movie or cinema mode in the settings... turn sharpness off all the way. Set color tone to warm. Turn everything off that alters the raw video from the source.... ie things like Digital Noise Reduction (DNR), or anything the TV says will make the picture look better. You want everything to be natural, and without modification. These are just generic things that apply to all tvs, you may need to scour the menus for specific things that will benfit the picture quality. Next, you can either buy a calibration disc for $20 like Digital Video Essentials. or.... There is a free one here, and some pretty good instructions for using it. I think it's an iso image. http://www.avsforum.com/t/948496/avs-hd-709-blu-ray-mp4-calibration |

i have no idea why they are redoing the tail ends of lots of their line ups....really, out of everything you made better.......the rear end wasn't one of them. the new camaro has this squinty grill along with werid tail lights...along with the new malibu...and SS...and..ok well all of them. the vette rear end looks like someone kicked it on the way out, BUT it moves like its been kicked so once again overlook it! I don't even like the exhaust pipes on it... reminds me of some church organ. |
