My Subaru was faster, but after the blower and meth are on the vette, the vette will be as fast if not faster. |

Yeah, just a cam, headers, intake, and tune so far. It's likely a 10 sec car right now under the right conditions. It should be a 9 sec car with blower.

This is actually a shipping port in China, not a factory. My company actually ships about 60% of our imported products from this port, which I handle so needless to say my week has been interesting. Their regulations at these ports are actually pretty strict, somebody wasn't paying attention to what was in the container. They had a combustible gas in the same warehouse as Sodium Cyanide, which is ridiculously explosive under the right conditions. The gas caught fire....then a chain reaction with other chemicals and eventually the fire made it's way to the Sodium Cyanide and boom. These products should have never been stored that close to each other, it doesnt even need a fire to explode. Just a gas or vapor of the right chemical touching the powder can set it off. Somebody was either new and didnt know where to put it, or just wasnt paying attention but i know for a fact this wasn't SOP.

thats a serious fuck up for "new" or "not paying attention" you'd think they'd take that job a little more serious.... hell if this is the kinda stuff coming into port...and this is what can happen, i'd make sure none of this shit even shipped to the same port!!!!!!! this is like 1km zone of flat death. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pAvcgSLTtQk&feature=youtu.be the port is going to be down for a little bit to say the least. Yeah, well I mean they have strict regulations in place, whether they are actually followed on a day to day basis, I'm not sure. I'm not 100% familiar with the specifics of Chinese regulations, I just know they are similar to the US at the ports for the most part. Maybe these chemicals are housed together over there...who knows. and yeah the port will be shut down for a long time. Most of the exports are being diverted to the Qingdao port which is another one we ship out of so thats going to be congested as all fuck so im sure we'll be seeing delays and price surcharges and whatnot. |

Honestly, I'm still not going to be the fastest car around. A few friends of mine have 1200-1500whp cars. How street able they are is debatable. They're not something I would drive everyday. Mine is still stock block and very tame on the street. |
