House purchasing under way! Jill and Me have AWESOME credit we have a senior loan officer we have been talking to and we are moving to the next step! Loans are going for 3 to 3.5% fixed for 30 years. Super stoked

FYI- Were going thru the VA so no down payment needed (WAC)
sounds like you are getting approved for a loan.

in which please take my advice very seriously.

whatever figure they approve you for, stay well away from it, if you ever hope to save money and get ahead, STAY BELOW YOUR APPROVED FIGURE.

rates are dirt cheap, but remember you have to pay prop tax every year, and you have to pay for home owners insurance, and other utilities that sneek up.

get the home inspected before you sign a single piece of paper, do not fall in love with a house, be cold and emotionless about it, if its got problems, move on, find another one, take your time DO NOT RUSH.

cooooool that will do it! :woo
Apparently shops like to discount when the 2013 models are coming in, and they're trying to clear out 2012 models.

They also give additional discount if you're buying more than one.

Have the bank integrate your property tax, city tax, and home owners insurance, into the monthly payment.

I heard that most women ride mens bikes anyways, which is why we got two mens bikes. I was told mens bikes were superior, easier to resell, and transport easier, and that she would be fine on a mens bike.

Yeah, that's what they told us... start off easy. Apparently broken bones are a fairly common occurrence even to experienced riders.

I had no idea, all these trails were so close to us.... a bunch of the more experienced people are riding over 100 miles a week.

yes they are, I know 1st hand.

I don't break bones anymore, it happens most of the time when guys just ride over their heads, exp guys will do that fairly often.. you can make a few mistakes once or twice but if you can't reel yourself back in you are headed for a fall.

I ride with my brain fully switched on cause I know what its like to be screwed up for a while... its not worth the thrill.

100 miles a week is what I avg'ed on my MTB rain, or shine. But 100 miles on a hilly trail is diff then 100 miles on a flat one where you pedal or you stop.

With my new bike im up to 300 a week and i still feel like im just running outa road. I spend lots of time on my bike, its like my best friend  :ha Whenever I go for a ride I look at it like a dog ready for a walk... lets go do this buddy!
