That doesn't look to bad. It looks like the "park" me and my brother used to play at when visiting my grandma on the south side haha. |

Haha..that actually just almost exactly like our office in Toledo. We bought some run down shitty building just because it had a rail spur. you dont need a lot of glam when storing chemicals. Toledo is worse than detroit tho...property value is next to nothing. Main Office/Warehouse - 180,000 sqft: $220,000 Newly purchased rail spur with 115,000 sqft storage: $150k But like i said, it's not pretty, but its more than suitable. |

That's pretty good price for commercial property. Even for just the land, it could cost more than that. |

haha no, not armed guards. We have a 12' fence with razor wire tho. Plus bars on the windows, cameras, motion sensors, and what not. But nobody wants the Chemicals. Too hard to steal without getting caught, our smallest container is 2k lbs so its not like they can smash and grab. We did have a break in last year tho before we got the bars and alarm system and a few computers and a tv were stolen. Weve since given all the employees Laptops and they take them home every night...there isnt much in there to steal. I actually wish we didnt have any security. I would LOVE to see some thug try to steal a drum of Hydrofluoric Acid... Edited by Tommyb, Nov 29 2012, 12:52 AM.

Why would someone want to steal chemicals? The only chemical, I can think of that people would want to steel is methanol. We actually keep this in 55 gal drums at work. My WRX loved it. Edited by ilivas, Nov 29 2012, 02:53 AM.

I dont think anybody would, that's why we never really had all that great of security on the place. We didnt really have anything until out computers started getting stolen. It was actually kind of funny. Owner calls me up one morning and explains what happened. I think it was like 3 or 4 computers and an LCD TV in the conference room. Anyway his laptop was on his desk and was stolen, so he bought a new one and needed to have me walk him through how to add it to the domain, setup the exchange account, and needed some other stuff like our terminal server address and shit. So I walk him through this, takes a little time because hes not too computer savy, and I get him all set up. The very next morning I get a call and it goes like this: Owner: Hey Tom, I need your help again Me: Ok whats up O: Gotta setup my new laptop with that info again M: We finished everything up yesterday, you should be all set, did we miss something? O: No this is my new laptop so i need to set it up again M: Yeah we did that O: No, the people broke in again and stole the laptop i just bought yesterday so i got a new one M: .......uhh O: I know.... M: So let me get this straight, they broke in, stole your laptop off your desk. You bought a new laptop the next day left it in the same exact spot and the broke in again the next night and stole your new one....again... O:....yeeeeah M: Do you realize how ridiculous that sounds? O: Yes...yes I do.....I think we should get an alarm

making drugs We don't store anything that can be used for drugs....at least not that I know of. There is only one product we deal with that is regulated by the DEA because it's used in manufacturing of controlled substances, but those containers go straight to the customer and never come into our facilities. They'll probably end up hurting themselves anyway...this is one of the "Offices" of the new warehouse haha. Again...we arent buying it for the facility itself.

HAHAHAHAHAHAH and this is our torcher room ehm i mean sales office. hell if the whole place looks like that you might as well setup fking boobie traps yes officer he came in thru the window.. looks like he tripped on this board then fell into this wheel barrow causing this rack of 55 gallon drums to come rolling down crushing and pinning him here up against this door full of nails. really shitty situation, but hey shouldn't have broken in. your alarm system should be a series of scary sounds, some flashing lights, and the halloween theme song playing. actually its way more fun after you beat it the 1st 2 times. I never thought i'd say that... your 1st run is pretty hard and you don't have much gold to buy cool stuff or make cool weapons etc etc etc , but once you level up and keep getting more gold and you can finally buy cool stuff in the auction house its way more fun. I've been playing since it came out and now that I have lots of gold and badass stuff im enjoying it lots more. Its like you MUST keep playing up until inferno to really unlock all the cool stuff. if you are on your 1st run I can see why you are thinking that though. what lvl are you maybe i have some items you can use. |
