Weird day... I've been talking with my ex, i managed to know she's dating another guy... but she didn't want me to know so she can hold me there as an option...PUTA At least, i feel somewhat free because i don't have to think about weird stuff coming from her. But i feel sad at the same time. Apart of that, i'm days ago from becoming "rich"... our russian investor made a value over our company. He takes the 20% of the company and put's 500k €, that in a near future can be 1.5M €.... I'm the owner of the 20% of the company too, that means that my part cost as much as the russian invest ![]() i'm not going to see a penny of that, but one day maybe i can sell it and receive some money hehe. And, we are about to have our new prototype contract signed (we're going to buy a complete design from a known study), and even before doing that, one american dude is ready to buy us 100 units at 550k €+reserve, each... he just want the exclusiveness at selling it. Couldn't be better, because in our plans the first year of production would be to produce 70 units, that can give us complete independence as a company. Yea, have a nice day that house will be bulldozed in another 24 months. banks owned are the worst, it could be falling into the ground and they want top dollar with no negotiation.

yea its hit or miss for me, but hell get pissed at yourself for buying over your head. Don't take it out on the house. the realtors don't help either.... instead of real pictures on the listings they put pictures when the house was in perfect awesome 100000% move in ready condition. You think wowowowow GREAT, go look at it. The carpet is fked, santa claus fell thru the ceiling, cabinets are gone, AC is toast, pool has frogs, roof is fked, etc etc etc... really makes you go and the bank is sticking by their guns on the price??? REALLY? the house will rot into the ground then.im having to find a house... drive to it myself and look in the window and jump fences just cause im a nice guy and don't want to waste and agents time driving to bombed out housed.

then you are looking at pretty stuff with a price that won't set your hair on fire. WARNING:::: watch rent to own shit, add your numbers, if it looks like you are getting ripped off its cause you are. don't get ripped off, its better to rent then get railed. |

I agree.... 99% of the time rent to own is a rip off. Especially with Sub 4% interest rates they have right now for home mortgages.

well im saying that as a friend, but i'd do the same thing. if you are renting to own ...................fill in blank........................ so that means you have to go to the loan sharks *chomp* so yea, you get railed. Like I said I'd do the same thing, its fresh meat yum yum. Same reason car title loans exist. You'll pay 3 times what the house is worth but you'll actually get a house, vs........... not. same thing with renting period, if you can buy you'll be paying 1/2 per month what you can rent. Rent = $profit$. |

Ok so screw the rent to own stuff. I don't even feel like dealing with that especially when 99% of the time it's not worth it. We signed a 6 month lease on our apt here that costs us more than our rental home in Florida. Then again I asked our neighbors they said these were the most expensive apts in Eugene. And the woman strikes again to smiths checkbook |

yes... RENT until you can get approved to BUY, otherwise you are just really sacking cash in someone elses pocket. but WTF? you rent is HIGHER? you should be just getting some cheap ass money saver till everyone is planted and has full time jobs. And she was the one that found this deal and now is dipping into your checkbook to pay for it? *knock*knock* anyone home? |
