The sport comp 2's in your size. Damn if I had known the price was the same as the 16s, I might have went out and searched for a pair of 17" ZR1s or gotten C5 Z06 wheels again! Well they cost me the same looks like they have them $131 for my size. Still my cousin was $145 installed so probably works out to be the same or a little cheaper the route I took. I'm telling you, amazing tires. Plus do you really want to spring $800 for 140 treadwear tires? Even if you don't drive the car much, you don't have any twisties to even utilize the super sticky, might as well run drag radials on it. |

haha, I'm actually just seeing this now. I usually just come in here and go straight to the random thread. But yeah I don't see myself doing that any time soon. I'm trying to not spend money on cars anymore, which is why I bought a $2500 Crown Vic haha. Maybe in a few years when I want something new I'll try that route and see how it goes. But for now I need a reliable DD and boosting a stock Ford scares the shit out of me. |

I promise, you probably wouldn't be disappointed with the comp-2s. Best treadwear rating out of the choices in here also. |

Not sure what color I am going to paint the wheels, maybe gold? Still have the silver center caps of course, I will never paint those and will start freaking out if I lose one or if one breaks. I wouldn't even know the first place to look for a replacement. I'd probably have to ask on tech where I could find a metal shop to send the broken plastic to and probably have to shell out $100+ for center caps. You never know how life goes, car may be in FL again someday. Thanks Tommy, even with the little 4.8 V8, truck is fun to drive. Only performance mod was the installation of a factory locker with 3.73s. Not a bad daily driver at all. Next on its list is replacing the speakers, passenger side ones are blown and sound horrendous. Also not seen in the pictures is where someone at some point painted the dashboard, yeah the grey paint is peeling and you can see the original black paint underneath.
