Germeezy! Your a cadillac man aren't you? Check out the new "baby cady" the ATS coming out for 2013. They say under 3400lbs RWD, AND lots of engine choices!!! Go build one on their site: http://www.cadillac.com/ats-compact-car.html

I scare passengers
Are they really claiming under 3400 lbs.? The rumor is the next Camaro is going to use the ATS's platform, so if true the future may be bright again in regards to the poor Camaro. :ha

lol wrong? nothing aside from my wife is really not into me buying a gen1 ctsv. which is lame. there are a few fairly close to us so I'll just have to take her down for a test drive in one...she likes the a6 because A) she can drive it (auto), B) it's bigger than the cts for the fam, C) it's AWD for the winter, D) it gets decent mpg. My argument of, "yeah, but it's not a rwd v8 caddy" is holding less water as the days wear on...oh, and insurance is lower on the a6 too. damn the man.

I tried going on about the maintenance costs and all that jazz...but she doesn't want to hear it. damn hell right we're fighting haha

in the long run the A6 is going to fking drain your bank.

A SBC RWD caddy is just dead simple never going to break proven stuff....... yea it does suck it doesn't come in an auto and that you live in the tundra but A6? agh! no

I'd do a subaru before I did an overly complicated fix it till its broke audi!

pick up a 5 door hatch subaru whatever and tell her to shut her face. Then go chase your cat with a squirt gun or whateve asshole thing you do to that poor animal. :meow :meow :meow run kitty run!

well...here goes...

the ctsv will be my sacrificial pawn...by offering it up, we would theoretically own a large family car with awd, decent mpg, and an auto. we could then use this vehicle year round, and would no longer have any need for her jeep. It's only saving grace was the 4wd for the winter.

With no need for her jeep...we could sell it...she'd have her nice big awd car to drive and I could focus on a much more frivilous...erm..."less practical" vehicle...

Yeah sounds like a plan!

So I guess the hand of reality has struck me. I've been freaking out lately, or well for several months that there was something wrong with the car. Had my guru drive it, he says nope! Nothing wrong with the transmission or rear axle, the vibrations are just from the car's setup.

So the answer is...... because racecar :ha

It's the downfall of a heavily modified car, it's always in the back of your mind that something is going wrong. Half the time, it's probably justified.
