Title: Sponsor: Proculus Hirtius Author: Proculus Hirtius Introduction: Upon the army of Sextus Antonius Syricus' return to Roma and the Loyalists ejecting the Hirtian forces from Italia, a number of men I am ashamed to say sat in this Curia fled the peninsula with the remaining Hirtians. Their whereabouts are unknown but we do know who they are. It is because of their obvious loyalties that I hereby must recommend to the Comitia Centuriata that these men be proscribed, stripping them of all titles formerly held and their property to be confiscated by the state for auction. Senatus-Consultum: The following men are to be proscribed: Agrippa Antonius Servius Antonius Titus Antonius Gaius Cassius Publius Antonius Tullus Catius Titus Herennius Marcus Antonius Lucius Tullius Aulus Cassius Marcus Cassius Paullus Cassius |

Galerius read over the names on the list noticing that several of them were from his family. "All those that know me know I love my family. As i read over this list I do not see anyone but a list full of traitors. i full support this proposal and also suggest that a measure be added that all these men plus those remaining Hirtian rebels be named enemy's of the state!" |

"Conscript fathers, this is indeed a serious issue but one that must be dealt with soon. I propose if there is no further debate on the topic we move for a vote." |
