Hi everyone, Currently I have a second PC which uses the same RAM sticks in my brand new PC. But as my old PC doesn't have any RAM installed and my new PC which I am useing has 2 8GB of RAM installed on it. But the question I am basically asking is that can i take out one of my 8GB ram stick in my new PC and put the 8GB ram inside my old PC. The old PC motherboard does support the same RAM type which my new PC has (Both motherboards support same RAM sticks) . I am just wondering is it SAFE to only use one ram stick inside a PC or do i have to have 2 sticks all the time? Please help. I did not find the right solution from the internet.
