^I'm interstate atm for uni. I'm going to have to check out vic market's food in general I think. I never go there for some reason. Cheers for the rec. though. :D

I just wish Woolworths and Coles would open past 6 on the weekends. It's all I ask for. =_=

^ Hahaha. Adelaide. I swear SA is the most conservative state ever. Shops still close at 5 on the weekend. xD Ironic since it was the first Aus state to grant women the right to vote.

wow "RAD"elaide huh?? hahahaha

one of the things that I loved the most about melbourne is supermarkets are open until 12 AM!!! I often went out around 11pm just to buy snacks or ice cream..good times B-)

yeah, I can't fathom how ridiculously expensive Australian's fast food joints are, they are not even worth your money (though I love N@ndo's so much and never see it as fast food haha)

Vic market is awesome btw, esp those warm donuts on a wintery morning yummmmm hehe

edit:
what happened in Turkey, anon?

This might sound random but I've heard dodgy things about the quality/taste of Adelaide's tap water. How is it?

Yeah, the water in "RAD"elaide (insert eye roll here) is pretty bad in comparison to Melbourne. But I can't even taste the difference in water anymore. :dramaqueen:
Totally craving tacos and Nandos now. Fark.

@Anon: Is this about the anti-government riots?

Anon, sorry. I was incredibly slack/insensitive with my language.

I checked out Reuters and it seems like there's "calm" now? What's the situation like?

wow... is horrible, I do everything possible to disseminate this information between my contacts and my university, here in my country suffer something similar, the government simply block and displays news that favors them as police injured or riot in public order, while in the street they attempt to silence public discontent with excessive violence by those who are supposed to protect us.

I would like to know how is the situation, because the news here have not informed and do not know if the information I found is real
(P.D: my English is horrible, sorry -_- )

Oppressive governments are the worst kind of thing. My sympathies to anyone who has to endure one. :-/
I'm still frustrated that nobody is intervening in Syria to stop as much of the slaughter as possible.

I hate the heat and I hate the bugs that come out during the heat and I hate that the heat makes the rain really humid and I hate how bright the sun is.

Syria is quite tragic but I guess I can appreciate that it must be difficult for anyone to intervene (with force/or warnings of such, which seems the only likely thing that will stop that govt) without setting up a dangerous precedent for future conflicts. But Russia is definitely not helping by supplying the regime with more weapons.

And you are a vampire, aren't you?

Yeah, but now that there's some evidence that Assad is using chemical weapons, I feel like everyone has lost their excuse to not intervene, or at least supply the more reasonable rebels with their own arms in the hopes that the extremist groups associating with terrorist under the Al-Qαedα umbrella don't end up in Syrian government. That could be equally, if not more, dangerous.

I'm not a vampire. =_=
