Oh you know all the shows I didn't even think of that, but I suppose I wouldn't have. I find both shows pretty funny, but most of the time I'm not sure exactly why I'm laughing when I watch The League of Gentleman. @Arti even the schizophrenic rain and wind halfway through a day which was sunny just moments before? ;___; |

I don't like humidity, I guess. But I like cold rain because it makes me feel like I'm in a music video. Bipolar. Schizophrenia is hallucinations/flattened mood. |

Comedy is very culture based, I've found, and I've watched comedies from all over the world. Germany, Turkey, America, Britain, France, Mexico.... it all depends on the culture. Some bits are the same everywhere, but some you have to know personally to really get. Korean comedy, for example, I find funny but kind of simple, too many bodily function jokes for me to watch over and over again. Lots of slapstick, too, which is good in small doses but can get old. |

Reminds me of this Japanese anime I watched once that had to have translation notes every other scene to explain puns and cultural references. I can imagine a lot of its charm would have been lost if you were unfamiliar and didn't know the language. Seems like you've seen an awful lot of comedy, and from all over too, pretty amazing. |

I like stormy rain the most. No need to apologise, I appreciate it! My vocabulary is getting really poor. My friends asked me what the English for the Chinese character for father was the other day and I replied man parent. |

^ Was in response to Pod. Guess I wasn't paying attention... but what else is new. I was a chronic insomniac as a kid/teen. I watched a lot of things via the web, not all of it good lol. Now all I do is complain and sleep. |

I like storms... when I'm inside... and when they're just thunder... omg haha! I forget words all of the time, don't worry about it. I literally spent 2 minutes staring straight at the wall behind my mom's head trying to concentrate and remember the word "paper".

I can relate to this, mostly the complaining and sleeping bit.
I definitely prefer them when I'm inside. Don't like lightning? I guess it happens to all of us. I'm trying to message my friend on weibo in Chinese but she complains that I keep mixing between traditional, simplified and Japanese simplified I'm a mess

I know there's that rod thing in houses to stop you all from dying, but still. I always get paranoid that electrons are gonna be seriously attracted to me. Yea, it definitely does. Crushie spent a few minutes asking me for a certain word and it turns out she meant "farm", as in, the verb. At least you have an excuse! Those alphabets are incredibly similar. |
