I'm too scurred to attempt to get them outside. Yesterday I was sitting on my couch playing a game when I saw a spider in my peripherals and I screamed, threw my laptop and game controller, and jumped off the couch. The spider was about the size of a grain of rice though My little brother was brave enough to get it for me

I'd only ask for that reason. My Japanese pal hasn't signed on in a while and I need someone to practice with since I don't take lessons. |

Oh my yes.... I'm gonna have a French vacation with Pod now okurrrr? And I only know French because of my francophile ex. The relationship crashed and burned like a bitch but I learned a lot lol. Although because I grew up in Texas I get the gist of most of the Romantic languages. |

@Arti Sure, my speaking is a little rusty but my conversational Japanese is probably the only thing that holds up well these days. I can help more with grammar mind you. @Zicke It's so pretty and quaint but mostly WINE. The village is boring as hell so a city kid like me gets aggravated at shops closing after a while but WINE Oh wow, I suppose you at least got something useful out of the relationship. |

If you're a comp sci major, you will probably be able to get an internship while you're still in undergrad. It's commercial research, and idk how interesting that is to you, but grad schools (where the more "hardcore" research is, for lack of a better phrasing/understanding) will see it as experience and that is paramount for your career; research experience is well liked by all!

Like...interning for google or some other web-based type company. They don't do like intense research, they do like software development stuff (as it helps improve their company). Don't really know what either of those are, but good luck gurl!

That's totally the wrong use of the word "hella" and it's funny because I've used that word for so long I really had to think about how to use it properly Because technically "hella" is short "hell of" but it's pretty much never used that way. I think it actually has a few different meanings, the most common being "really" "It's really cold outside today" translated to "it's hella cold out" "Oh my god, this guy is really stupid" translates to "that dude is hella stupid" It can also mean "a lot" "I've got hella unopened movies sitting in my shelf" That's really the only example that came to mind, but there are other times its been used to mean a lot. Although if you're going to go full valley girl the term "shitton" is more appropriate when it comes to quantity. |

"Helluva" and "hella" don't mean the same thing though :p. at least not as far as valley girl language goes. @oj No my Skype is working fine, your issues could be because you haven't left the old room yet or because you're always in offline mode which messes with other people's skypes lol. Or maybe it's just bad Internet connection. I haven't had any problems since leaving the old place though |

No, they don't, but I use "helluva" for "a lot", as in a contraction of "a Hell of a lot". "Hella" is always short for "Hell of", for me, so I guess I've always use it correctly instinctively. |
