Random question

I'm planning on learning an instrument, either piano or guitar and was wondering which one you guys recommend?? I was leaning towards piano, because I have one at home, but I'm not to sure about the fact that you play different rhythms with your hands?
Why not both?

I have played guitar, bass and drum for about five years, and took up piano last year. I must say, piano is my new favorite instrument. I found the sound of it, beautiful. But I also have a soft spot for guitar since it's my first instrument... and also since it's a panties dropper if you know how to use it.

I recommend you learn both. An hour each, every day should suffice, if it's only for hobby. Don't worry about hands coordination or other technicalities, it's the part of learning to play instruments, you'll get there without a problem if you learn properly.

Just bought a sandwich, grilled pork, and the amount of meat wasn't nowhere near this... Maybe a little over 1/3, that much.

Yeah, it did. Loved it. Added sriracha sauce, making the taste a lot better. ^^

Been a while, even being one myself, I'm usually not a big fan of Vietnamese sandwiches. o_X"

There's no such thing as too old to learn new tricks. Kids got it easier since they can absorbs things faster and have less to think about and take care of compared to adults, but if you put your mind into it, invest some time and energy, you'll get there in no time.

For me, the most important things are routine practice (even for a short while as long as it's everyday), and take your time in learning the basics. It would help to have a good teacher. I was self taught on other instruments, but I found it hard to learn the piano by myself. You may try, though. Usually in about two or three months, you'll be able to play standards songs, such as simple classical or pop. Not that hard, really.

Good luck.

Piano or guitar anon here
Thanks for all your answers, I think I'll start off with piano and see how that goes  I think I've heard somewhere that it's easier to take on guitar after you've learnt playing piano? Plus I don't own a guitar or anything. (It does seem easier or a little funner to play guitar?)

It might be helpful for you but think that she's happy and she doesn't give a single fuck about you being sad over it
I used to be just like you I even gave my time to feel sad about people who are not whorthy. I'm not saying your ex is a bitch or anything but if she wants to be with someone else it's her loss, say goodbye to her and start your life again cause we only have one.

I think human beings are the weirdest shit alive
30 minutes ago I was caught in an very heated argument. The thing is while crying a bit in my room I remembered this basketball game I have on my cellphone and I decided to play. Why? Because the background music relaxes me (that was my reason to keep the game  ) so I started playing and the song started and the tears pretty much stopped and in like less than 5 minutes I was already smiling  omg it's my first time playing the game in this situation lol

That kinda looks like seul0ng from 2am, doesn't it? I don't know about TcY or the meaning of this pic, but Slong seems pretty gay to me.

I just can't believe she would do that to me. Things were still unclear between the two of us so I was not expecting her to find someone new just like that. We haven't even talked about our relationship yet. We haven't had a full closure and a proper break-up and yet she's seeing a new one now. I don't know. It's just really hard for me. First heartbreak actually. :crybabe:
Didn't know it's this painful. And the fact that I think she had no plans on telling me because if I didn't ask her if there's something wrong I wouldn't have found out and I will still be looking stupid as fuck trying to win her heart back while there she was offering hers to someone else.
The feeling of betrayal of the person who you thought was never going to hurt you. I kind of feel sorry for my exes before her when I was the one who broke up with them. I do hope that they were not hurt as much as I am right now.

Femme. 'cause, I dunno. It's weird to me to not like guys and then date a girl who looks like one. I don't really understand it.

Yeah, I kinda get what you mean. We usually look first on appearance and so we are more attracted to girls who look and act like girls. But in case you meet a butch lesbian will it be okay with you? I mean there's no hate right? Lol.

Well that's cool. Haha. Because I usually hear some lesbians who don't like butch. I mean they're both lesbians so why the hate right? And in my country you usually see more butch than femme. Or I'm just not looking at the right places. Lol.

I've always wanted to meet new people but I'm always stuck at home. :(

I think it's a shame to dislike a person solely because of how they dress, I dunno.

You usually see more butch here, too, which is unfortunate. :dramaqueen:

You mean in the streets or in gay bars? Because if it's in the streets normally it's really hard to tell if a femme woman is gay or not, while everyone can spot a lesbian butch a mile away.

Well, I haven't been to any gay bars yet. Or a bar full of lesbians to be exact. I don't think we have those from where I live. I know a few gay bars but it's usually full of gay guys and you can hardly catch any lesbians so it's kinda sad. :'(

If it's in the streets, I usually rely on my gaydar and instincts. lol. I haven't fully tested it though. xD Well I found out my ex was into girls even though she's femme and some others too. Lol. But I think they're more of just the curious bitches who want to try having a relationship with a women. But meh, at least I figured it out.

I mean in general. A few of friends and acquaintances of my friends and friends of friends etc. are gay, and they're all pretty butch. I haven't been to any bars.

i would never say this on tlc for fear of being butt-raped by angry anons, but this definition of butch really depends on a pretty rigid idea of "looking like a guy". heteromormative gender roles, stereotypes etc.

How would you define butch, then? I just don't think I could really be attracted properly to anyone who looks stereotypically masculine, because I associate that with maleness too much, so if being butch is different, then whatever.

I think that's just hairstyle/facial features for me, though... I'm all for girls in suits. Please. Forever.

Femme.
I think this answer will be more popular on the SNSD-biased forum, maybe answers would be more diversified on lesbian forum in general.

i wouldn't define it, i would let people define it for themselves, if they feel they must label themselves like that

personally to me a woman is a woman and i like women. cheesy as it sounds i think different people are attractive in different ways that don't necessarily have anything to do with looking more "feminine" or more "masculine" than average. categories are useful to a degree, but the ultimate determiners of attractiveness have more to do with confidence and how well you carry yourself, blah blah blah

Being butch doesn't necessarily entail being unattractive, it's just that I'm not as like to be attracted to people I'd say were butch. I think some men are attractive, but I'm not attracted to them.
