it's not if you're double-jointed. i can do this (just tried it), not as well but close enough

edit: unnie will treat you to coffee next time you're in melb B-) (shhhh let's pretend i am your unnie)

also, don't think fasteners is slang.. it's used to describe bolts or things (sometimes plastic) that hold things together hence the irony in the pic?

@Arti I’m considering both qualified and unqualified competition. I’m not an educator by trade so I can’t compete with people who actually studied to become teachers. But also, though I realise that teaching English to immigrants is probably as relevant in the U.K. as it is in AU (perhaps more so), if it’s anything like it is here, there are lots of people willing to provide this service for free, and considering that many immigrants come to the U.K. for economic reasons.. I’m not certain whether there really is very much demand for English tutors in the rest of Europe but it can only be an advantage for me to be one of the few native speakers available for this purpose.

D’you happen to have other suggestions for jobs/earning money in the U.K.? If I do go, I’ll probably end up doing what most Aussies (who aren’t accountants) do when they go and work at a pub or something.
Ah, I thought you did, so that's why I mentioned official education. :P

There are quite a few jobs for a qualified person, since we have a problem with underemployment here as well. I think your best bet is to perhaps look around stores and see if they need highly qualified (which I'm assuming you are, since you've always come off as that to me) managers to fill positions or anything like that. You could also try a JobCentre, which helps everyone get a job befitting their qualifications if possible.

It really depends what you want to do. There are a lot of empty jobs in most areas so it's your decision more than anything.

@Poll Answers Anon I'll get started on those now.

Serious question for users from England, France, Italy or Spain: are there any barriers/difficulties for foreigners to go on a 3-6mth working holiday in your country? (other than getting the appropriate visa)
I live in Wales and there are so many foreigners here. Either working temporarily or studying. I'm assuming the same applies to the rest of the UK.
Language barriers in the UK is almost non existent. You get a few people who speak Welsh or Gaelic as their 1st language, but the majority of the country speaks English. (I can't speak Welsh fluently).
France, Italy and Spain will obviously have more of a language barrier but a lot of people have a basic understanding of English.

There were over 100 respondents anyway, so I couldn't include your vote unless you gave it to me manually. I'm sorry about that. :-/

Unless you wanted to give it to me manually, in which case, I can for sure include it!

I've never heard that song with Makoto lead before. I think I prefer Miki lead.

What did you think about the results?

Which is better? Contacts or glasses?
is this as in personally wearing them?
glasses are much more comfortable, since for some shitty reason my day use contacts keep breaking and playing hide and go goddam poking your eyeball seek every time i wear them
but when i wear contacts i feel like fucking jessisus and reminds me of how drop dead fucking hot good looking I am.

On other people? don't give a damn.

I was thinking of contacts. I used to wear them but I heard people say contacts aren't healthy for your eyes? is it true?

da well it's always fun to read all the comments cause to me it's nothing serious.. and fortunately, none are being too rude. I understand not liking a pairing because of their shippers but because disliking a member? come on, that's shallow lol. how could you dislike a member?:chainsaw: jkjk..

I've thankfully never needed glasses but I heard somewhere that you can only wear contacts for so many years before your eyes eventually reject them or something?

da it's alright as long as you keep them clean. I personally love wearing contacts cause you don't have to move your head when looking somewhere like when wearing glasses lol, if you know what I mean..
