It's Monday morning and I sooooo don't want to be at school. The level of stress in this building is palpable. Blah. I hate mornings. |

I would have send you a package full with Chocomel if the shipping costs to China weren't so ridiculous. Once a package of chocomel exploded in one of my purses once, have no idea how that happened...

@Windy:I don't think we have an obsession with farts. We farts normally like other people too it's just we love to brag about it...(?) |

So, seeing the girls' new wristwatch ads ( ) on the main thread got me thinking about timepieces--Personally, I've consciously avoided wearing wristwatches because I felt trapped wearing them. I associate timepieces with mortality, so having a reminder of it strapped to my wrist like a shackle made me super nervous. Besides, my mobile phone served my timekeeping needs well enough. Recently though, I've found it useful to have such a reminder on my person at all times. What do you ladies think of watches? Do you wear one? Why or why not? |

I don't like using them, I find them quite useless since I carry my cellphone and iTouch with me everywhere, it's also not that hard to guess the time just by looking around. |

^I do wear one, I get slightly paranoid of the sound of clock ticking tho, made me feel hurried somehow. I can fall asleep just about anywhere, even in crowded/noisy places but the sound of clock ticking really bothers me. I find my brain follows the tick instead of ignoring it somehow (ya get what i mean? haha) |

@Rexie-- I get what you mean about the ticking. But I'm starting to develop a liking for that sound, hehe. It's like a mechanical heartbeat--helps me bond with my watch. (I think I'm starting to sound like I'm on drugs, oops.) |

I have 3 watches. Whenever I need to check what time is it I'll just use my phone, but watches are fashionable accessories to me. I feel like something is missing in my outfit if I'm not wearing one. |

when your classes end, try to spend at least a week disconnected. no watch, no watching TV and no getting near your pc. it's so good *_* (ok, maybe watch the news etc.. but not more than an hour or two of tv) |
