good luck looks like the winds are up this weekend but im sure you ll be able to find somewhere out of the breeze just a heads up i know salmon schools have been spotted and salmon caught at slamon holes over the last few days and late last wk so depending what you have planned might be worth a trip - salmon i heard werent caught off the rocks there from the beach next to the reef at the bottom of the stairs to the left again good luck Ben Edited by benp, Jan 8 2014, 10:02 AM.

Hassell Beach is known as Cheyne's Beach and Bluff Creek Beach and Reef Beach is east of these and closer to Bremer Bay. Hope that help wozzie. Jim |

Thanx guys. There were heaps of rat bream and a few KG whiting at Nanarup yesterday. I think the biggest bream we got were 225mm, but most were around 125 - 200mm. The KG' s were up to 250mm, but we only got a few, all fish released. The kids had fun, so I call that an excellent day. Kindest regards Brian Edited by wozzie, Jan 9 2014, 09:30 AM.

We left town late on Thursday, so we ended up stopping in at Cheynes Beach. No fish seen where we fished and nobody else appeared to be getting any bites. At the end of the day, it felt like we only went out there to eat our lunch. I guess thats why its callled 'fishing', and not 'catching'! Kindest regards Brian |

Hey guys, anything exciting happened during the weekend? Was there any salmon caught around the beaches in Albany? I was planning to head over for a fish but the boss wanted to stay for the fireworks in Perth. |
