AFC Wimbledon 0-1 Liverpool
Quote:

The capacity home crowd look a little bit subdued at the moment after a raucous start. They need something to happen from the underdogs to kick them into life again. It only takes a minute. Although at the moment, Liverpool are well on top. Lazar Markovic goes close for the visitors as he blazes a shot across goal from a tight angle.

Match of the Day's Danny Murphy
Quote:

"It was a positive run by Lazar Markovic who I think was trying to cross it. It was good defending by Barry Fuller to distract him. Markovic is making some good runs, using his pace to get in behind."

...from the BBC's twitter feed:
-Dale, Derby: Derby v Chesterfield please! Be nice to see them against each other in a proper cup, rather than the pre-season Derbyshire Cup!
Chesterfield must beat Scunthorpe to set up a fourth-round derby with the Rams.
-Alec: As a Liverpool fan, if we beat Wimbledon, I will relish the return of Emile Heskey to Anfield. Ready for a wave of nostalgia.

....glancing at the feed from Turf Moor; still 0-0 in what seems to be a lackluster match btwn Spurs & Burnley....

Liverpool probably can't believe how easy this is so far. The lack of big challenges from the League Two side has been notable. The hosts really need to up the tempo to knock a very comfortable Liverpool out of their stride.

...that was dangerous; Wimbledon w/a cross from the flank and only a Skrtel knock-out prevented it from reaching the target...

CLOSE! Mario Balotelli is taking a leisurely stroll up the touchline. I wonder how he will take to these surroundings if he makes an appearance from the substitutes bench? Better from the hosts though as they enjoy a concerted spell of pressure. George Francomb's low cross is slid out for a corner by Martin Skrtel. Simon Mignolet tips Sean Grigg's shot over the bar from the resulting corner. At last, we could have a game on our hands.

Match of the Day's Danny Murphy
Quote:

"It's only that one bit of quality we've seen so far from Liverpool for that goal. AFC Wimbledon have hope - they're still in the game. At set plays, Liverpool are so vulnerable. This one falls to Sean Rigg and it's a brilliant save from Simon Mignolet."

I think my heart fell a few feet at that one rocket of a shot; Mignolet doesn't get his hand on it up top and its' a whole other match....

...taking a moment to glance at the BBC's twitter feed...
-Tom Bonavia: Man U at home!!!!! Aaaarrrghhhh!!!! Excited already!!
Cambridge, the lowest ranked team left in the fourth-round draw, will play Louis van Gaal's side at the Abbey Stadium

-Elliott Howells: Dale can definitely beat Stoke, come on boys!
-Anthony Russello: As a Millwall supporter, my main concern playing Chelsea away is them scoring in the double-digits!!!!
You will have to get past Bradford first
-Chris Priestley: Burnley vs Spurs, could record this and replay it as a cure for insomnia.
You're not wrong Chris.
