I thought the Suso to AC Milan was a done deal but catching up on news (work keeping me busy) it seems to be on and off depending what news site you go. I hope we offer him a new contract and loan him out the rest of the season he has wonderful talent that just needs a bit more nurturing

Going by the Liverpool Echo, it appears Suso will leave at season's end....

Suso's Liverpool career is drawing to a close after he agreed a four-year contract with AC Milan.

The 21-year-old midfielder is out of contract this summer and he will head for Italy on a free transfer. Milan are hoping the Reds will agree to let Suso to make the move during the current transfer window.

“Yes, I can confirm that there is an agreement between Milan and Suso on a four-year contract,” said his agent Jaime Serra. “There’s a possibility (he will arrive in January). We’ll just have to see what happens between now and the end of the transfer window.”

Suso has made 21 appearances for Liverpool since his arrival from Cadiz in 2010. He did hold talks with the club over a new deal last summer but it soon became apparent that an agreement couldn’t be reached.

Suso scored on his last outing for the Reds – the League Cup tie against Middlesbrough back in September. He then suffered a groin injury which required surgery and has only recently returned to full training.
