Soooo West Ham have quite a a few players injured but Firmino is a doubt to start for Liverpool :( West Ham 3 points off them today. We Sturridge and Llanana back fit and will probably start.

(The Guardian) So, West Ham - or “Slav”, according to Twitter - make two changes from last week’s win over Spurs: Noble and Kouyate are both out after surgery, so Nordtveit and Fernandes come in. Liverpool, meanwhile, are without Lucas - he’s replaced by Lallana, which sounds ok - and Firmino is replaced by Sturridge.

(BBC Sport) West Ham v Liverpool (14:15 GMT)
--From the basement battle...to the fight for fourth. While Hull's players and fans start a miserable journey back north, the Liverpool contingent will be hoping they will be in a more buoyant mood when they leave the Smoke in a couple of hours or so...

Liverpool do the maths
West Ham v Liverpool (14:15 GMT)
--Sometimes football permutations can be a head spinner. Sometimes they can be easier than primary school mathematics. For Liverpool it is the latter. Two wins = the Champions League.

Sounds easy. Right?

Alistair Mann, MOTD commentator at London Stadium: Having spoiled Tottenham's pursuit of the title in their last game, West Ham now have the opportunity to wreck another team's plans by damaging Liverpool's target of Champions League football.

With arguably their best performance of the season, the Hammers not only demonstrated what they are capable of when everything is in sync, but also proved that the London Stadium can work to their advantage - if they harness the fervent atmosphere their huge new home can generate.

Despite entering the weekend in third, a run of just one win from their last three games has been extremely untimely for the visitors, who will feel any further dropped points may well irrevocably floor their ambitions.

...the teams are out on the pitch; for Liverpool, the maths are simple: win today and next week and they're in the Champions League; stumble at any point and their future is out of their hands....

Time...for some football.

Think Studge can do a job for us today. He must be hungry for goals? And his future uncertain at the club maybe show other clubs he can get back to his best? Fancy a win for the mighty Reds today. 3-1 to Liverpool
