Dion Dublin, Former Leicester & Man Utd forward on Football Focus: I don't think he should be at the club. I don't think he should be allowed to play for Liverpool anymore. If a fellow player is sat in the dressing room saying "I don't want to play anymore", then I don't want to play with him.

Watford 1-0 Liverpool
--Little creativity from the Reds thus far, the front trident of Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah have not got going yet and barely managed to string a pass together.

--Shankly wouldn't let that defence in to even watch a game let alone clean the boots #LFC #Klopp (Kevin Higgins, 12 August 2017)

--Definition of insanity. Not addressing the defensive and no plan b problems of last year and expecting different results. #bbcfootball (Doug McMahon, 12 August 2017)

Derek Payne, Former Watford midfielder on BBC Three Counties Radio: A great response from Watford! The hosts needed a bit of possession and Tom Cleverley was the architect behind what was a great offensive move. Doucoure did well to get himself into the box and he was rewarded with a tap-in from barely five yards out.

...and Salah w/an opportunity to score....and he skies it!
Look at it like this: that ball's headed to orbit to meet the one Thibaut Courtois hit last week for Chelsea in the Community Shield match.....
