'Some people believe football is a matter of life and death, I am very disappointed with that attitude. I can assure you it is much, much more important than that.' - Bill Shankly, Liverpool F.C.

Juliette Ferrington, BBC Radio 5 live at Anfield: It's never a dull moment when Robbie's when the TTR crew are sitting alongside us in the gantry at Anfield. John Murray TTR's Webster has described Liverpool's first half performance as 'joyous' whilst Robbie Savage TTR's Ste Macca says Arsenal have been 'pathetic' and 'bereft.'

Robbie Savage, Ex-Leicester City & Wales midfielder at Anfield for 5 live Sport: It doesn't matter what formation you play or your tactics, it's also about desire and winning second balls. I don't think enough Arsenal players want to play that kind of football. Where are the leaders on the park for Arsenal, getting the likes of Xhaka and Monreal by the scruff of the neck and demanding to know what they are doing?

If I was an Arsenal fan I'd want to see my manager. Arsene Wenger and Steve Bould are simply sitting there doing nothing. Get out there and give your team a rollocking.

--We won't see Sanchez in an Arsenal shirt again after this. Why would he stay with this shambles? (Piers Morgan, 27 August 2017)

Robbie Savage, Ex-Leicester City & Wales midfielder at Anfield for 5 live Sport: Liverpool have been absolutely brilliant, no question. The pace, the power, the movement. And it's clear they want to make Arsenal suffer, they want four, five or six. It's been an almost flawless performance.

...now Robbie, why would we want to make Arsenal suffer? laugh1

Liverpool 3-0 Arsenal
--I know he signed a new two-year deal a couple of months back, but is it inconceivable to think Arsene Wenger may not see out the season at Arsenal?

--Arsenal fans can barely watch now. Their side have been dreadful today.

CLOSE!
Liverpool 3-0 Arsenal
--In case you missed it, Arsenal are all over the place at the back. Another poor clearance from Rob Holding allows Sadio Mane to close in on goal, but Petr Cech does just enough to keep the ball out and Hector Bellerin completes the clearance by hacking the ball off the line.
