[It took a little bit more bravery than he'd like to admit to, to open up the letter his mom handed him. He's been resolutely ignoring the slow, painful process of being left behind at home by... well, everyone. It's not been easy, though. And really, he's probably not succeeded at ignoring it at all.]

[Accepting the letter, though, means that he has to confront the fact that he's alone now, and probably hear all about how great things are going for his little brother (who he misses so acutely that it feels like a knife sometimes).]

[... But that's not what it is. His hands are shaking, not even halfway through, and he sort of feels like throwing something, because it's so -- why would he do that? Well, alright. He can't blame him. Seriously, though! His feelings were "inappropriate" so he just left? ... Does that mean he doesn't have those feelings anymore?]

[Osomatsu doesn't really want to take a chance at that. He scrambles up to his feet, not even reading the whole letter, and runs downstairs to the living room where his parents are. Surely they're a little alarmed by how frazzled he looks, and how he sort of croaks out, "where's Choromatsu's office?" but his dad gives him an answer nonetheless, and he's out the door pretty much immediately after.]

[He'll just wait outside until Choromatsu leaves. ... Hopefully he won't work overtime tonight. ... Maybe he can read the rest of the letter while he waits, and try not to freak out or anything. Try.]

But since there are no downsides to losing, no harm done! In fact, you might just benefit more from forfeiting to begin with? I'll accept that, too. That might be better anyway, there's no promise of how well I'd be listening, actually...

[It certainly seems like he's taking this remarkably seriously, weighing the pros and cons, but at the end of the day, it doesn't matter. Either way he's going to end up with his hands on Choromatsu pretty soon and that's what he wants, so, whether he's talking or not makes little difference, he supposes.]

There might not be enough to say to keep that game interesting anyway, so... how about I just tell you right now that it's going pretty well? I'm getting the hang of it and, sure, I'm kind of the new guy, but... most people seem friendly enough. There's not a lot more to say. I can let you know if I think of anything, though.

[Just, uh, focusing on Osomatsu and whatever exploring he has in mind should be enough to occupy him anyway.]

Anyway, we're close now...

Well that's good. I was seriously worried they'd pick on you... But I guess since they know dad, that wouldn't be cool.

[He kicks at the ground a bit as they walk, pretty nervous, actually... And that nervousness is not something he can keep to himself right now, so:]

Okay, just, for the record, I am probably going to end up all over you as soon as the door shuts? But I also don't know what I'm doing, really, so I'm kind of terrified, but, uh, this is a really long walk when I want to kiss you so badly. ... So yeah.

What's that supposed to mean?

[He's only frowning a little, he knows none of them have ever been especially popular or anything, to say the least.]

I won't have any idea what you should be doing anyway, I'm sure you'll manage... It's right here anyway, so. Our wait is over.

[And he walks just a few strides further to the door of the building, unlocks it, and lets the both of them in.]

You're a lot younger than most people there, I'm guessing? I was just worried. I'm not insulting you.

[Alright, well. He's gonna make good on his promise, though, and step in behind him, kinda kicks the door shut (gently) with his foot, and kiss him. Much like the icon, in fact!]

[Internally, he's more than a little bit giddy that Choromatsu said "our".]

[He makes an "Mm" sound of understanding, accepting it as more concern than anything. It just wouldn't be entirely unexpected for his concern to be a little backhanded.]

[He's very ready to drop that topic in favor of kissing though, absolutely. He was hoping Osomatsu meant what he said very literally, to be honest. He hopes his brother can tell how pleased he is since he's pretty sure he's smiling into the kiss and all.]

[Part of him thinks it'd be wise to cut this kiss short and find somewhere comfortable. But he also wants to keep kissing, so... maybe against his better judgement, he puts his arms around Osomatsu.]

[There's really no other word for that, Choromatsu kissing him back so readily, putting his arms around him without hesitating, than thrilling. His heart certainly skips at least a few beats from that, just the idea that Choromatsu wants this so much, too -- and he's smiling, and Osomatsu is probably going to die. He has every intention, though, before that, to leave Choromatsu with kiss-sore lips and very disheveled.]

[As a consequence, he doesn't wait to part his lips, to press his lips to Choromatsu's harder, all with a sort of determined focus that comes from waiting years and almost losing him entirely.]

[It's only when he really has to breathe that he pulls back, but ducks his head down immediately to go back to trailing kisses up Choromatsu's neck, enjoying leaving quick, gentle bites there until he reaches his jaw. From there, it's easy to tilt his head just enough to speak into his ear.]

I think I'd really like it if you showed me our bedroom, Choromatsu.

[He can't part his lips fast enough to cooperate with Osomatsu, can't crane his neck to match his brother's trail of kisses enough -- can't take a breath deep enough to feel like he can kiss his brother long enough. There's a lot of time to make up for.]

[And oh, then Osomatsu is saying something like that right in his ear and he's melting, probably. He feels like he can feel every beat of his heart too.]

Making me weak in the knees might have been a bad move, then.

[He's sure he's red in the face, but he stands upright and takes his brother's hand to show him the way anyway.]

Come on.

[They go down a short hall past the few other rooms in the modestly sized place before they reach the bedroom. The bed is...pretty neatly made, certainly better than when Choromatsu first moved here, but he figures neatness isn't about to matter much at all. He wastes no time in pulling Osomatsu in that direction.]

Mmm, no, I don't think so. I could have carried you while you pointed me the right way, worst case scenario.

[Not that that would have been bad in any way, shape or form, actually.]

[It's a nice room. He's not surprised by how orderly it is, and he hopes that Choromatsu is prepared to realize how quickly it's going to get messy -- not just in regards to right now, but in general. Osomatsu is not a tidy guy at all, really. He might be willing to clean to keep Choromatsu happy, though. Maybe.]

[Osomatsu hops up on the bed, tugs the covers down enough to make himself comfortable and sits, leaning against the headboard, smiling. He pats one leg, hopefully invitingly, almost -- almost! -- shy about trying to get Choromatsu in his lap so soon, but. He's pretty shameless at the end of the day.]

Actually, you know, just to be blunt. I don't think there's any way "rendering Choromatsu incapable of walking properly" is unappealing here.

[Smirk!]

How chivalrous...

[It would sound more sincerely sarcastic if not for the still apparent blush on his face.]

[He'll get no relief, though, between the next few things Osomatsu does and says. Maybe some of the things his brother says could be considered a little overboard or something, but that was also... so smooth, god, how does he manage?]

[Choromatsu scowls just slightly, only because he's too embarrassed to smile or try to smirk back, as he joins his brother on the bed. A little too shy to immediately be in Osomatsu's lap, but sitting as close as possible, and easily able to change that either purposely or in the natural course of things.]

So what, is that your plan?

[He tries to say it in an "I'd like to see you try" tone to spur him on, but he's not actually convinced it'd be the hardest thing. Or that he wouldn't be impressed even if that's not the result.]
