Oh, here's mine.
Best Game: FF7 - Okay, okay, I know you're thinking 'HOW OVERRATED', but it was overrated for a reason. It was a first for its time. Cloud was the original game-emo-badass. Everyone after him was just trying to capture that awesome. And let's be fair, he wasn't emo the whole time. He had a 'I don't care' attitude, he even got pretty involved later. I thought he made a good leader. Anyone who can say 'Let's mosey', as a precursor to a big battle, is a baws in my book.
The plot was good, I LOVED the characters, and just everything about this game. Plus, it was my first, so it gets a special place in my heart.
Best Plot: FFX - FFX gets my vote here. I loved the plot. I wasn't a huge fan of Tidus, but the world he found himself in was awesome-sauce. Spira was, like, incredible. The concept of Sin, and the constant sacrifice, plus the general setting... The summoner idea always sat perfectly with me. Really, it was the best story... Especially the Al Bhed. I loved that.
Best Leader: Zidane - The ability to flirt and maintain a good team metric made Zidane awesome. He took moments with all of the characters, making sure they were all good. He was always supportive, and always heroic, and always a lady's man. He was very well rounded, and still is one of my favorite characters today.
Best Female Protagonist: Beatrix - She started as an enemy, but she changed into a supporting when she realized she cared more about the princess. She was beauty, brains, scary, loving, all in one. She even joins your party for a part or two... Making it that much greater.
Best Male Protagonist: Auron - Not only was he badass, but he was dead the whole damn time. Plus, his speech before the yunalesca fight was EPIC. As was his fighting style.
Best Younger Protagonist: Vivi - No one matched up to the adorable yet badass Vivi. This kid spit out spells like no one's business. He was so tiny and seemingly helpless, but so full of power...
Best Villain: Kuja - As pretty as he was, he had a mind to match. He was deviously brilliant, and brought us probably the best Villain plot in all the FFs. (Note, I never played FF6, so I never really got to discover Kefka... So I dunno XD)
Best Supporting Character: Bugenhagen - Red's Grampa? Yes. Why? 'Cause he was an awesome, old man that floated. PLUS, he actually WENT with you when he asked you to investigate some stuff. NPCs are so damn lazy--not this guy! Plus, he had a cool lab-space-thing.
Best Death: Zack - Holy fuck, this made me depressed. It was more heart-wrenching when I watched it for the second time in FF7:CC, plus, you got to play through the precursor up to it, going down in a blaze of glory. It depressed me, and made me feel awesome, at the same time.
Best Battle: Seymour Flux - This was probably my hardest battle. The one in Gagazet... The pre-fight lines were legit(even though they were poorly voiced). Then, you had to deal with this bitch zombie-full lifing you, then cockblocking your summons, and every other freakin' annoyance he could throw at you. I bet if I went and played now, I'd still have a bit of trouble... >>
Best Final Battle: FF9 - Necron - Okay, so even though this ho was what seemed to be an asspull, at the end of a magnificent game, he still made for an epic final boss. He was sufficiently hard, and just overall a good fight.
Best Summon/Eidolon/Guardian Force: Bahamut - I like dragons, okay :v Anyway, this guy was pretty much freakin' bawstastic in every one of his incarnations. FFX he was a friggen power house, FF7, he was the first USEFUL one, FF9, he wiped out a freakin' city. Just. Awesome.
Best Skill/Ability Steal - Kay. I loved this skill. I loved stealing shit... It was just fun.>>; That fun increased in FFX, when Rikku could mix shit together.
Best Limit Break: Squall's - Okay, so, like... It's Omni-slash, but... I get to pull the trigger. I always loved that.
Best Battle Theme: FFXIII - The violin was a nice touch...
Best Boss Theme: FF8 - Yes.
Best Whatever-else Theme: Vamo' Alla Flamenco - I dunno, I just LOVE it.
Best Battle System: FFX - So fluid, and easily controlled, yet despite all the ease-of-use, it still made for difficult fights.
Best Skill Management System: FFX - I'm highly torn between FF7's, and this. FFX wins, though, because it has set up classes, but you can also cross-class.
Best Scenery: FFXIII - This game... was... well, we all know. BUT, it was freakin' beautiful.
Best Mini Games: FFX - If only because it had a LOT of em. They were had as fuck, though. >>
Best In-Game Vehicle: Highwind - Airship + Epic theme = WIN.

Best Game: Final Fantasy 6 - Just incredible.
Best Plot: Final Fantasy 6 - Again, just incredible.
Best Main Protagonist: Zack - So awesome.
Best Villain: Kefka - Insane and very much disturbing.
Best Supporting Character: Angeal - Shouldn't have to explain this.
Best Death: Zack - Not only is it epic heartbreak, you also get to PLAY IT OUT.
Best Battle: Evrae Atlana - Lol, use two Phoenix Downs on it and it's dead.
Best Final Battle: Emperor of Hell - Badass as fuck.
Best Summon/Eidolon/Guardian Force: Yojimbo - Zanmato's a lifesaver.
Best Skill/Ability Frog - Turns your enemies into a frog, lol.
Best Limit Break: Oblivion - Anima's limit break. Y'know, the one where she breaks the dimension you're used to, flips upside down, and punches every enemy like 16 times for MAXIMUM DAMAGE? Yeah. that one.
Best Battle Theme: Crisis Core (Wujai) - So much win
Best Boss Theme: Sephiroth - The Crisis Core version.
Best Whatever-else Theme: Aerith's Theme - If only for the fact that it was so damn catchy.
Best Battle System: Final Fantasy 12 - Gotta hand it to Squeenix, Gambits were a nice touch.
Best Skill Management System: Final Fantasy 2 - It's simple, and it WORKS.
Best Scenery: My Garden - Seriously, what the fuck?
Best Mini Games: Final Fantasy 2 Memory Game - Lol, aside from the fact that you could acquire unlimited Masamunes given a couple of hours and a pad and pen, it was still pretty fun.
Best In-Game Vehicle: The Epoch - Lol, I know it's Chrono Trigger. Fucks given: 0

Best Game: Name - Final Fantasy IX Nostalgia goggles flying off as I only played this in 2009. The character were awesome, the music orgasmic and the gameplay sublime. The design and humour added another tier to this games brilliance.
Best Plot: Name - Final Fantasy IX The way it was constructed a built was well done. The pace was steady and was easy to follow. The characters reacted well to things and the music amplified such brilliance as the Beatrix fights and Kuja's first appearance.
Best Leader: Name - Zidane. He's a nice guy. He helps people for no reason and, despite being a bit of a perv, he's a true badass and true man. He's a great leader and doesn't let his team down.
Best Female Protagonist: Name - Celes She's got a lot to deal with. She find out her empire is a sack of shit and defects and finds herself falling for Locke. Kefka then tricks Locke into thinking she was a spy, which crushes her, but she stays strong. However, her heart-wrenching suicide attempt after Kefka ravaged the world made me cry. Legit. I'll love Celes forever.
Best Male Protagonist: Name - Auron He's a wise guardian. He's tough, he's gruff, it's your friendly neighbourhood handicapped samurai. He holds some iconic lines that stayed with me throughout childhood such as "Sin is Jecht" and his blood-pumping pre-Yunalesca speech.
Best Younger Protagonist: Name - Vivi He's adorable. 'Nuff said.
Best Villain: Name - Kuja He may look suspect, but you know girly men make the best villains. His power-hunger and sorrow make him a sympathetic villain on some levels, but his ruthless destruction of Brahne and Alexandria make him an intimidating adversary... as if the thong wasn't enough...
Best Supporting Character: Name - Beatrix I WUV HER. Her despair and conflict, as well as her iron resolve make her a lovable character... with badass sword skills that put all other FF chars to shame.
Best Death: Name - Auron Because it was truly surprising that he was dead. After all, he was in your party...
Best Battle: Name - The Beatrix Battles The atmosphere, the music, the hopeless struggle... they're the makings of emotional fights and lasting memories. Truly artistic.
Best Final Battle: Name - Kefka The symbolism, the epic stuggle, the fantastic, ahead-of-its-time music and the sheer scale. You can do it just having Celes, Locke and Edgar... but when you assemble the whole team it's an emotional and literal uphill struggle.
Best Summon/Eidolon/Guardian Force: Name - Bahamut Who else? He's a badass dragon king with a million forms who's also part of the FFXII final boss. Also, Mega Flare is boss.
Best Skill/Ability Name - Ultima Freakin' ultima. It's effects and power rule.
Best Limit Break: Name - Sovereign Fist FF's answer to the Falcon Punch. What more can you want?
Best Battle Theme: Name - Final Fantasy VII Doesn't get boring. I like the notes and such.
Best Boss Theme: Name - Dancing Mad It's gigantic and has organs as well as the emotional finale bit that plays against Kefka. GODLY.
Best Whatever-else Theme: Name - Cid's Theme (FF7) Epicness incarnate.
Best Battle System: Name - Final Fantasy X Fun and simple enough. Works like a charm.
Best Skill Management System: Name - Final Fantasy IV Typical learning set moves as you level up. Sweet stuff.
Best Scenery: Name - Final Fantasy XIII-2 FFXIII had beautiful scenery... but it was all either metal junk or green wastes. FFXIII-2 changed it up with dark cities, snowy places and all sorts. Love it.
Best Mini Games: Name - NO
Best In-Game Vehicle: Name - The Lunar Whale TO THE MOON!

Best Game: FF8 - Half of this is the nostalgia talking but this is the only game I own I can consistently pick up and enjoy even though I know damn near every second of it. 8 all the way.
Best Plot: FF9 - And outta left field an upset. Even though 8 had a great story, the idea behind 9 I though was just so cool.
Best Leader: Squall - Call him emo git, call him boring, but this bastard has a leather jacket and a gunblade, he is made of cool.
Best Male Protagonist: Laguna - In a world full of sorcerors, monsters, and reality bending magic, this man battles the forces of evil with a machinegun, god bless him!
Best Female Protagonist: Selphie - Take Bruce Lee, give him a sex change, and administer 4 kilos of cocaine directly into his bloodstream four hours a day. Then and only then will you understand what Selphie is like.
Best Younger Protagonist: Zell - He may be a Chicken wuss, but he's a chicken wuss who can kick your ass with his bare hands!
Best Villain: Jecht - Never before seen a villan I liked more than the main character. Enjoyed the hell outta this guy calling Tidus a wuss near constantly throughout the game, not to mention he makes a badass final boss! (Fuck you Yu Yevon, you don't count!)
Best Supporting Character: Gilgamesh - Why would i pick the mightiest swordsman in all of Ivallic voiced by Robot Santa from futurama who uses fake versions of all the weapons of the previous main characters and has hilarious dialogue? I have no idea.
Best Death: Ultimecia Final Form - I haven't seen such an extravagent explosion since the finale of TTGL, Micheal Bay must have directed this death
Best Battle: Omega Weapon - FF8 - Just for the sake of how challenging this was. Winning this fight felt like I'd just gotten a gold medal at the olympics. I literally yelled as loud as I could in celebration when this happened. It was that epic.
Best Final Battle: Ultimecia - You're in the future fighting a time travelling sorceress so tormented by the world she's decided to erase it all. You aren't saving the world, you're saving existance itself. How cool is that?
Best Summon/Eidolon/Guardian Force: Ifrit - The demon dog himself, particularly FFX's epic version
Best Skill/Ability Devour - CENSORED PLEASE STAND BY
Best Limit Break: Renzokuken - Omnislash never could measure up to this baby. Not to mention it's fourth and most badass finishing move, the Lionheart, an attack so badass it had to be randomized to stop you from killing everything at will.
Best Battle Theme: FFX main battle theme - The new trumps the old here, I just really like the style of it.
Best Boss Theme: The Extreme - With a name that tells you it means business, FF8's Final Endgame Boss Theme comes out on top (honorable mention to maybe I'm a lion, the second to last final endgame boss theme)
Best Whatever-else Theme: The Man with the Machine Gun - Need I even explain this one?
Best Battle System: FFX - If nothing else, it perfected this fucker like no game has been able to do since.
Best Skill Management System: Junction System - half of this is the nostalgia talking, but mastering this baby meant your party could handle any threat and fit any role, complete and total freedom of skills and abilities bitches!
Best Scenery: FFX - Honestly no solid reason, never payed to much attention to the backround, but FFX had good graphics and some pretty scenes I recall.
Best Mini Games: Triple Triad - Fuck yo' blitzball son!
Best In-Game Vehicle: Ragnarok - easy choice here, it's a giant fricken cool as hell dragon space ship that you hijack dammit!

Best Game: Final Fantasy IX - For personal reasons like many people. FF7 was my first Final Fantasy and I played 8 also before I got my hands on the 9th installment. I can't really explain why I love IX so much. Hell, when I'm walking places, I still turn on the world map music and pretend I'm traveling over the Mist Continent. It's hardcore nostalgic for me. I know many people were put off by the character designs because they got spoiled by the realism of 7's and 8's character. One of my roommates said he didn't like IX despite not having played it and said it was because the main protagonist had a monkey tail (which was weird since he is a DBZ/Goku nut. Zidane is the freakin Goku of Final Fantasy being born from another world and sent to a planet to destroy it...) but I made him sit down and play it and he liked it. So yeah. XP
Best Plot: Final Fantasy XII - lol, I know what the hell? Most would say VI, VII or X but I'll give props to XII. It was just a good old fashion political war story, which I found refreshing after all the "I'm just going to destroy the world" plots.
Best Leader: Zidane Tribal - I'm backing Magna up on this. "You don't need a reason to help people" is a quote to live by I think. Unless the person is a androgynous batshit villain who wants the world to expire after finding out he ain't got much time left. Oh Kuja. <3
Best Female Protagonist: Aerith Gainsborough - It's a tough because I genuinely like most if not all of the female protagonists. I know a lot of people hate her and found her useless. They applauded when she died...but I actually genuinely enjoyed Aerith's character and how her death actually meant something to the over all story. Plus she bagged Zack...and then had Cloud wanting the goodies. You go girl.
Best Male Protagonist: Zack Fair - Happy go lucky guy, brave, strong and just...a freakin sex god, oh my god the things I would do to him....if he wasn't dead. He wanted to be a hero, he lived his dream and died died with a smile on his face knowing that he lived a fulfilling life despite it having been cut tragically short. Til this day, I still can't watch the end of Crisis Core without getting some tears in my eyes. Plus he was romantic! I mean he was on his way back to Midgar to be reunited with Aerith but unfortunately died trying to protect himself and Cloud. "Would you say I've become a hero?" Yes Zack, and an awesome one at that.
Best Younger Protagonist: Vivi - Psh. No question. Doomsday motherfuckers.
Best Villain: Kuja - Dude looks like a lady but I believe he was the only main villain to actually kill the entire party (although they came back after fighting off Necron, but whatevs.) and destroy an entire in a fit of rage. He did to Terra what Sephiroth couldn't finish in VII. Sephiroth WISHES he was Kuja!
Best Supporting Character: Beatrix - Even if she did like...defeat you 3 times, she turned to the good side and was awesome. Plus she was the first character that came to mind, so she left quite an impression on me.
Best Death: Zack Fair - THE FEELS, THE FEELS I GET AT THE END OF CC. I HATE YOU SHINRA!
Best Battle: N/A - I can't really think of one that I absolutely loved so...
Best Final Battle: Necron -I mean it led to the ending of my favorite FF so...
Best Summon/Eidolon/Guardian Force: Ark - If only because it's so ridiculously long with awesome animation (at the time anyway) and sometimes it didn't even kill the enemy. It was epic and lulzy at the same time to see the attack from outer space and only get 9999 damage while the enemy is still there.
Best Skill/Ability Life -...I mean, psh. When you don't have the Phoenix summon or Phoenix downs and half your party is dead...it kinda really comes in handy.
Best Limit Break: Great Gospel - Healing, status effects removal and Immunity all in one. Aerith was useless? Bet this Limit Break would have come in handy during battles after her death.
Best Battle Theme: FF XIII (Blinded By The Light) -That's probably the only time you'll see anything positive mentioned about XIII on here aside from Snow being shirtless.
Best Boss Theme: Dark Messenger - Kuja wins again~
Best Whatever-else Theme: Melodies of Life - The overall theme to IX. Hell, I loved that entire score. SO. MUCH. FEELS. Honorable mention goes to 'Why' that plays over the end of Crisis Core. SO. MUCH. FEELS. ...and I do like Aerith's theme, guitar and orchestral....
Best Battle System: Final Fantasy X - Yay, classic turn base, but now I can switch out my characters even in battle~
Best Skill Management System: Final Fantasy IX - This~
Best Scenery: Final Fantasy X- ...The Farplanes, my god. Gorgeous. I would be happy to go there when I die.
Best Mini Games: Blitzball -t'was fun for me. I still wonder how the hell they hold their breaths that long.
Best In-Game Vehicle: Chocobo - They count, right?

Alrighty, choosing is going to be pretty hard sometimes, but I'll try my best.
Best Game: Final Fantasy VII - It's the game that I enjoyed the most and replayed the most, that's about all there is to it.
Best Plot: Final Fantasy IX - This was a very difficult choice to make. The plots of VI, VII, IX, X and XII are about equal in greatness in my books, but IX has that little bit of special magic to it that makes me feel the happiest.
Best Leader: Cloud - In my opinion, he just seemed to have the most leadership skills. Especially after the midgame point where he gets his shit together.
Best Female Protagonist: Garnet - This poor girl goes through so much. Make a list of the traumatizing things she goes through and it's no wonder she goes mute halfway through the game. And the way she recovers, by basically commanding herself to act like a real Queen and fight for her country, I thought that was touching.
Best Male Protagonist: Balthier - A sexy suave gentleman who always has something clever to say. I liked him the most.
Best Younger Protagonist: Vivi - One of the sweetest, yet deepest characters of FFIX. He's only an animated magical doll, yet as curious as a human.
Best Villain: Dr. Cid - For an insane scientist, he's pretty poetic and his battles are at the high points of XII. He certainly stands out for me.
Best Supporting Character: Beatrix - The reasons are pretty much as above. It's so annoying that she's weakened substantially from the monster that defeated you 3 times when she's in your party.
Best Death: Galuf - He didn't go down without a fight. To save his friends, he went up against the villain, got repeatedly blasted with powerful magic, but never fell and the fact that he kept on attacking made the mighty ExDeath flee in terror. A splendid yet sad scene.
Best Battle: Yunalesca Goddamn, the battles in FFX were probably the most fun. This one was also awesome. The high point of the game and the turning point.
Best Final Battle: Ultimecia - As a character she sucked. But each of her 5 forms were great to get through. The music was terrific, and her "Bring your HP to 1" attack really made things interesting, especially when it activated your strongest limit breaks. The only annoyance was that your party members were randomly picked, but that was a small price to pay.
Best Summon/Eidolon/Guardian Force: Hecatoncheir - It was the only case I know of where it was strong enough to demolish the final boss (at least one of its forms anyway). Its Gestalt form is absolutely wicked.
Best Skill/Ability Mighty Guard - A staple support skill in most games that allow Blue Magic.
Best Limit Break: Lion Heart - No other Limit Break makes me tingle with excitement as much as this one.
Best Battle Theme: The Landing (VIII) - Stands out to me the most. It's a lovely upbeat song.
Best Boss Theme: Eidolons (XIII) - It's a difficult choice between this, Challenge (X), Beatrix's Theme (IX), Still More Fighting (VII) and Aerith's Theme (VII). But I'd say Eidolons was pretty awesome.
Best Whatever-else Theme: Terra's Theme (VI) - While the SNES version is a bit low quality, orchestral versions of this song are beautiful.
Best Battle System: Final Fantasy X - I really liked the turn-based battle system. And it had so much variety as well.
Best Skill Management System: Final Fantasy IX - It's a close tie between this and the FFVI system, but they're both pretty similar. It's great just being able to battle along and learn awesome spells and skills from your equipment permanently.
Best Scenery: Final Fantasy XIII-2 - If there's anything the PS3 FF's have over the others, it's that they flout their graphics capabilities quite well.
Best Mini Games: Final Fantasy VII - Of all the minigames, these were the least annoying and most forgiving. Blitzball and Tetra Master can go jump.
Best In-Game Vehicle: Ragnarok - As a Scientist, I have to say that dragon shaped spaceships take the cake every time.
