Location Alvar Academy for Young Mages; Sefirah Date September 7th Time 13:00 hour
The day many juvenile mages across the realm had been waiting for finally arrived. The Alvar Academy had opened it's gates for all of it's students, both returning and new. Hugs and tears were exchanged as parents stood with their teens while they said their goodbyes before the students were escorted through the 70 ft crystal gates that surrounded the campus. It seemed that even some of the academy's own staff were moved by the precious moments exchanged between parents and their almost grown offspring. Students mingled amongst themselves making their introductions or those who have returned for their second and third years sharing the events of their summer.
"...It's so beautiful..." a young raven haired woman sniffled with her hands clasped together and her eyes shedding tears as her heart was moved. "It's like this every year...the beginning of the semester and graduation. I just....I just can't take it! Can you feel the love radiating around us, Veronica?" the woman asked whilst looking to her blonde companion. The blonde woman seemed less than amused by her friend's bleeding heart and merely closed her eyes and shook her head at the other's blubbering.
"I feel like this day needs to speed up. The orientation ceremony is always so draining...then next week is the festival....it's just going to be a long two weeks, Raina." the blonde woman opened her eyes once more as more students passed by her. Specifically a few males that seemed to earn a grunt of appreciation from her. "Though perhaps it won't be as bad as it's been playing out in my mind..."
"...They're students, Veronica." Raina's eyes narrowed. "Minors."
"I'm trying to figure out when the hell 16 and 17 year olds started getting built like that. Is there some new potion supplement that's been circling around on the drug scene?" Veronica pondered.
"I think it's called well balanced diet and exercise." Raina replied nonchalantly. "But I believe it is time for us to head to Galdr Hall. The Grand Master will be starting the ceremony soon."
"Very well. Let's get this day over with." Veronica nodded and walked the paved path from the gates towards the main entrance of the academy with Raina in tow. Meanwhile four shadowed figures stood upon the grand arches set before the school. Two human shaped, the other two no larger than puppies. A single ray of the sun's light partially revealed their appearance: two males; one sporting sparkling gold chest exposed armor, his left hand rested upon his hip. Next to him stood the other figure who was slightly taller, more red samurai-like attire, headband dancing in the wind while his arms were folded over his chest. At their feet were two small winged mammals. One rainbow colored with butterfly like wings and feathery moth-like antennae, the other possessed white shaggy fur with feathered wings and several horns protruding from it's head.
"Veronica Elwyn and Raina Oakley...two of Alvar's finest instructors...yet I cannot say I miss them." the gold clad warrior shook his head as his sight left the two teachers and looked down to his furred companions. "Falk...are they here?"
"They're close." the white furred creature responded and raised his muzzle to the air, taking in a strong whiff. "Very close. Though they're not the only ones here..." he growled lowly.
"I figured that." the young man responded with a small frown. "This day will prove to be a test for them then. But we still need to retrieve her. We will not stand a chance for what's ahead without her powers. Iris," he glanced down to the rainbow schemed creature to his left. "I will need you to make a trip to Earth."
"Not a problem. " Iris nodded. "I will not let you down, my lords." she spoke to both men before her fluttering wings picked her up from the arch and began to carry her into the distance, leaving a trail of sparkles in her wake.
"Way to be obvious, Iris." the gold clad male sighed scrubbing a hand over his face. "Until she gets back, we just play the waiting game. " his lips curled into a small smirk as his might went to thinking of a certain gloomy prince of darkness who would be making his appearance here under his instruction. "Soon, my friend your destiny will become clear."
"...You're thinking of another guy and smirking." Falk said rather bluntly as he looked up to the other male clad in red and white. "Are you okay with this?"
"...Shut up, Falk." the male in gold sweat dropped.
Location Portland, Maine Date September 7th Time 12 am
"SHOTS! SHOTS! SHOTS!"
The crowd cheered through the pulsing music blaring through the speakers. The youth of Portland High School had gathered for their last party of the summer before the new school year. The drinks were poured and small glasses of tequila were passed out amongst the those in attendance. They were immediately knocked back and hands reached for more. The foam and bubbles poured from the machine onto the party hostess' pool deck leaving all in it's wake covered in suds. They didn't seem to care as they continued to dance, high on life....some high on other things.
"Like, Gretchen throws the most rad parties ever! This totally rocks!" said a black haired girl. Her name was Bianca Christensen, also known as the Party Rat as she was seen at every party thrown in by the student body and even some college kids despite not really knowing them. She was about 3 beers and 4 tequila shots into the night and showed no signs of stopping soon.
"Lucille! Like, get over the mopey attitude! Clean up your grump and have another drink! You've been nursing that Vodka and Cranberry for the last hour! Seriously!" she shouted to the blonde girl posted against the wall next to her with a red plastic cup in hand. Her hair was tied back into twin pigtails held in place by black and purple bands. Silver crescent moons dangled from the lobes of her ears and her attire for the evening consisted of a simple black halter top dress with a pink cardigan sweater and a pair of black heeled sandals.
"O-M-G. Okay, like so what if you came here with Austin and Gretchen totally kidnapped and took him to her room and they haven't been seen for the past 2 hours. Like, get over it. There are plenty of other guys here!" Bianca laughed.
"..." Lucille shot a side glance to Bianca. "Aside from the fact that Austin and I have been dating for the past 3 weeks? Forgive me if I'm a bit miffed!" the blonde shouted. "Stupid Gretchen and her big fancy house, candy red mercedes, fat checking account, perfect tanned skinned and sculpted body..."
"Don't forget flawless hair like silk..." Bianca added.
"Not helping!" Lucille threw her cup to the ground, spilling it's contents.
"O-M-G! What is wrong with you!? That was a good vodka and cranberry! You criminal!" Bianca screamed.
"Whatever." Lucille sighed stepping over the mess. "It's 12 am....I'm heading home. I have to....keep looking for the college I want to attend. You know, sophomore year, it's time to get cracking on that stuff."
"...You're just going to go home, lock your doors, turn down all the lights and watch Magic Mike." Bianca responded with a smirk. "Then you'll get depressed over Austin, cry and then eat whatever you have left of the tub of Oreo ice cream you have in your freezer."
"....You don't know me!" Lucille pointed to the other girl as her expression expressed hurt. Yes, it seemed Bianca knew her far too well and she did not appreciate being read like she had been. "Enjoy the party." were her final words before storming off from the pool deck...but not before grabbing a doughnut for the road from the table of party food that had been set up.
Lucille stormed through the pint sized mansion that was Gretchen Johnson's home and exited through the front door. Only half the doughnut remained as she shuffled through the front lawn. Before the final bite could be taken, the blonde found herself eating green as she tripped over a sprinkler and fell face forward into the grass.
"...damn it, even her grass is perfect!" she thought while finding it irresistible to not nuzzle her face against the softness of the lawn. After a few moments she finally rolled over onto her back and released a soft sigh as she started up into the night sky. Viewing the moon and the stars. They were so gorgeous that night and it would have been romantic to view them with Austin....if he hadn't been taken by Gretchen.
"...huh?" Lucille's eyes squinted as she could see an intense shine of bright light in the distance. Perhaps it was an airplane? Though it seemed too eerie for that to be the case. Her eyes closed for another moment before opening them again.
"..." Her body stiffened as her eyes were now locked with rainbow furred creature. The very same from before. It's butterfly wings fluttering to keep it hovered above the girl. While the creature wore an expression of gentleness, Lucille's face was frozen with wide-eyed terror. "Oh god....they spiked the punch. I knew someone would. I shouldn't have had any!" she whined. "I'm tripping balls....seeing mutated Care Bears..."
"Actually...I'm not a Care Bear. I'm a Ku-Sith and my name is Iris!" the creature's smiled widened as it chuckled. "I've come for you, Lucille."
"...And...you talk? Oh man, my brain is going to be swiss cheese by the time whatever was in that punch wears off...." the blonde whined.
(( OOC: Loooong post but needed to set up. Yes, Avalon's time is basically military time and it's 12 hours ahead of the EST Timezone, woo.
Alright, so it's orientation weekend at the Academy, so everyone should be arriving on campus which is huge. It's easily about 5 miles in diameter. In front of the main entrance through the gates is the main courtyard complete with a large sparkling white water fountain.
Feel free to have your characters meet each other or make up some NPC students to mingle with since this is a school setting and classmates are kind of important to have. Your characters could have probably even noticed and grew suspicious of Iris' sparkling trail left in the sky as she ventured through a portal to Earth.
Kuno, feel free to have Wanda do her thing and creep on the kiddies and festivities. ))

"I'm not sure if I want to..."
Well, if there was anything that could be said to silence the boy, that was one such thing. The boy flushed red and looked down. Surprisingly he did nothing to remove the girl from his person... He quite liked it.
"....U! I mean, sure! I'm sorry! Apologies!"
Finally, the unusual girl had gotten up, allowing him to sigh quietly and stand up as well. It was a little disappointing, but he knew it had to happen sooner or later, especially with everyone else watching. As the girl got up, she mentioned something about 'Pokemon' and reaching out for an 'Eevee'. Adamah looked to the creature in question, taking note of its majestic appearance, before another fellow began to speak up about it. "A Ku-Sith? I'd only heard stories about then... I didn't know they were real..." he thought inwardly.
He continued to watch... Until the creature apologized to the unknown female, kicked her, and promptly disappeared. What was said next only managed to embarass him further.
"Why am I feeling pain? That's not supposed to happen in dreams... Gretchen stealing away Austin, stupid pokemon kicking me around, the sex god with blue hair feeling me up in the fountain, what is up with today!?"
"Sex god with bl-" he started to say, before his eyes darted to the side to eye one of his hanging blue hairs, before he hung his head low. "I'm no sex god! I haven't even done that before! F-for the record, I didn't feel you up!" he finished, crouching down to hang his head. "... Too much..." he added mentally, realizing that, at some point, he DID grab her, albeit accidentally. He had mixed feelings about this entire event. It was a bad way to start his life at the academy, on one hand.
... But on another... She was beautiful. Maybe... She wouldn't mind if he met her later under less awkward circumstances.
===
"....How very interesting. A Ku-Sith rarely shows itself in the public domain."
Sparing another glance at the creature, Tokio shrugged his shoulders. "I guess compared to everything else i've seen on Eden, it looks friendly enough. I don't know what's so special about it." he muttered.
"It behooves me to examine it for- or it can wait till a more opportune moment. Even more curious, however, is the fact that the Ku-Sith referred to the female person as 'your majesty', which implies royalty of some kind, perhaps even the highest royalty in the land."
"You put too much scientific faith in things." the boy muttered, shaking his head. Looking to the blonde-haired girl who was now on the floor, he shut his eyes. "I've never seen a princess or a queen before, but if she fits the bill, then that thing must be blind." he muttered. She neither looked nor acted like anyone or anything befitting royalty from what he'd read about.
"...and such language indicative of a scattered, unenlightened mind. Though to be fair, 38.23% of nobles tend towards the frivolous. A 'pokemon'? Is that another term for the Ku-Sith in her culture?"
"Subtitles, get some please." Tokio grumbled, as he looked at a now cloak-covered Faroosa, before he shook his head. Apparently the work of another male nearby the fountain... A dark manipulator, from what he observed. This could prove helpful... But for now, he returned to addressing Faroosa. "If it's what i'm thinking, she just believes that thing is one of more than 600 creatures from another world. If she knows about it, then she may not be too far off from where mom and dad once came from." he added, humming.

"...Wow, another babe!" Lucille said looking up to Azhrarn as he spoke. Then to Tokio. She came to the conclusion that wherever she was...it was abundant with man candy. She blinked as the young man waved his hand and a cloak appeared over her person as well as the other chick girl who seemed to be talking like some sort of robot.
"...I swear, I'm going to see data tape spill out her mouth soon." Lucille said shaking her head as she snugged up within her cloak. Which had magically appeared from no where. She looked back up to the dark prince. "This is a dream. There's no other explanations for everything that's happening. Like you making cloaks out of thin air? Magic isn't real. Neither are...Ku-siths? Never heard of'em. They must be from a new generation or something." the blonde shrugged as she gathered herself and stood to her feet once more.
"I'm no sex god! I haven't even done that before! F-for the record, I didn't feel you up!"
She turned to the blue haired young man. "...With your looks and you've never scored with a girl before? Wow." she blink pretty much dumbfounded. Then again, just because all the hunks at her school were sluts....it didn't have to be that way...wherever she was.
"Alright, alright. I'm sorry, okay? Everything's just has me confused at the moment. Like why that thing called me 'Your majesty'. I am not a princess. I'm from Portland. There are no royals there." she said looking around her surroundings.
"Where the hell am I?"

"Where the hell am I?"
"The correct name is Alvar Academy for Young Mages, though everyone refers to it as The Academy or Alvar, whether it being Heaven or Hell it's up to the specific individual, I personally find it a rather annoying hell..." Azhrarn spoke quietly. "On the Realm know as Sefirah..."
The he stopped, listening to her rant about magic behind unreal and her being from Portland, that was by no account a Realm or World he knew of. "Once again miss, hate to inform you that both of your statments are not correct." He had brought his hand and arm back under his cape by now. "Magic does actually exists as the Ku-Siths do as well, on some Realms, Worlds if you're more familiard with the term, both of them are rare or uncommon. This place is where the so called talented ones gather to improve their abolities." He looked to the girl, saying nothing for some seconds.
"I never heard a Ku-Sith displaying a behaviour callous like bringing someone through a portal gate just to make jest of them, so you should possess the Gift at least even if without knowledge or a shred of talent at it." He was blunt but there was no hate or spite in his world, the young prince was just stating a fact. "I also think that you should meet the members of the staff, despite the will of that diminuitive faerie if Portland is the place you call home is your full right to be restored to it." He stopped away.
"Be you either a princess on a Realm of Light or a commoner in a places where magic is so rare to be considered jest or myth, everyone deserves the right to be where his heart lies..." This was almost whispered, half muttered and his tune changed for a split second, regret maybe?
"That said..." He turned to look at the blue haired sex god for a second. "...it's not uncommon for people to refrain from sharing intimate moments before finding someone REALLY special. Arguable, but I can respect it, though I think that people, especially in the Realms where Magic is more common, value the Power of Love too much." He shrugged. "So you may wish to refer to him as potential sex god with blue hair or ask for his name. Mine's Azhrarn, as I take you're unfamiliar with our culture I'll spare you the long version..." Another pause. "May I know of yours?"

"I guess compared to everything else i've seen on Eden, it looks friendly enough. I don't know what's so special about it."
Faroosa cleared her throat.
"The term 'Ku-Sith' originates from the phrase 'Fairy Dogs', and as you have seen, most of them resemble their mongrel namesakes by being four legged canine-like creatures with wings. However, their appearance may vary according to their native habitat. For instance, Ku-Sith of the forest may have butterfly or fairy-like features, while Ku-sith who hail from habitats of high altitude may have bird-like wings, cave dwelling species may have dragon-like features. The Ku-Sith are a rare and legendary species of magical creatures native to Avalon, and are born with the same magical gifts as Rune Mages. Ku-Sith are also able to 'sniff' out magic. This sense is powerful enough to even smell a matured Rune Seed even if the holder has not been fully awakened as a Rune Mage. For this reason, Ku-Sith are tasked with finding and awakening Rune Mages and aiding them as guardians and guides in their to defend Avalon."
She paused, noting the look in Ketu's eyes.
"Ah. You do not know what a Rune Mage or a Rune Seed is, I imagine. A Rune Mage-"
"You put too much scientific faith in things."
"-Begging your pardon, but science and faith are not the same things. I find it continually vexing that the common masses deem it fit to mix the twain together. What I do have faith in is the scientific process, which is a reason- and evidence-based methodology of investigating phenomenon of all varieties. Blind acceptance of what others proclaim as 'fact' without the assurance that it has been thoroughly tested or without a rigorously enforced chain of reasoning is indeed akin to the 'faith' that you have mentioned, which makes it little different from the primitive forms of religion."
"I've never seen a princess or a queen before, but if she fits the bill, then that thing must be blind."
"Perhaps its senses are out of kilter," the girl allowed. "But as far as I know, no such cases have been recorded. Regardless, the female personage is an object of interest, and not just due to the Ku-Sith's interest." The comment about subtitles seemed to pass her by without so much as a comment... and amazingly, she still hadn't noticed the dark cloak wrapped around her person.
"If it's what i'm thinking, she just believes that thing is one of more than 600 creatures from another world. If she knows about it, then she may not be too far off from where mom and dad once came from."
"...Indeed? Perhaps you can elaborate further-"
"This is a dream. There's no other explanations for everything that's happening. Like you making cloaks out of thin air? Magic isn't real. Neither are...Ku-siths? Never heard of'em. They must be from a new generation or something."
Faroosa paused, processing this bit of new information.
"There is a 76.13% likelihood that she is from a world of extreme magical deficiency," she declared. "There are not many civilized worlds with that distinction, and off the top of my head I can think of only one system that meets the criteria, though I am only 21.34% sure that my assessment is accurate, seeing that the intellectual ability of said person seems to be a question of much uncertainty." She watched as Azhram went to engage with the girl, quieting down for the moment; this was an opportunity to gather as much information as she could.
But after a moment, she determined that the man wasn't saying anything that she didn't already know, and thus turned back to Ketu.
"Apologies. Do elaborate on this 'Pokemon'. I am 57.24% sure that it has its basis as a work of fiction, but I value certainty in all things."

Faith, a concept Tokio was rapidly losing in the female side of the academy, especially after choosing someone like this to attend. Ontop of that, he was also putting up with a girl who seemed to have no end to the trove of information she spewed at the slightest mention of something they did or did not know. It was especially worse when he said something he shouldn't have said, and it set her off... Like right now, as he heard her clear her throat. "Please do-"

-he attempted to stop her, but was too slow to do anything about it. All he could do is hang his head in annoyance and growl. It only got worse as she capitalized on his scientific faith comment.
"-Begging your pardon, but science and faith are not the same things. I find it continually vexing that the common masses deem it fit to mix the twain together. "... I'm going to suffer this school year, I think..." was the only thing he could say, and not even to her. Surely she couldn't give a long-winded speech about THAT... Could she? She continued to drone on about how the girl quite likely came from a world without magic, while the boy pondered ditching everyone there. The thought was perished, however, when she readdressed him.
"Apologies. Do elaborate on this 'Pokemon'. I am 57.24% sure that it has its basis as a work of fiction, but I value certainty in all things."
"Yes, they're all fake, fiction, whatever you want to call them. Creatures made up for a series of games and shows for children, young adults, and even some old." he muttered. Why couldn't she just get to the point normally?
===
"...With your looks and you've never scored with a girl before? Wow."
"P-please don't remind me, miss..." Adamah sighed, finally able to get up as he moved to get out of the fountain. "I still can't believe I said that, but no... I have never been with anyone. It's my first day here today, and I have no one special from before." he admitted, before sighing at the state of his soaked clothes. He hadn't come with a spare change or anything... This was not a good scenario for his first day of school.
"Alright, alright. I'm sorry, okay? Everything's just has me confused at the moment. Like why that thing called me 'Your majesty'. I am not a princess. I'm from Portland. There are no royals there."
"I suppose that's understandable." he nodded as the girl explained herself slightly. Indeed, it must have been shocking or strange to suddenly be taken from your home and called royalty by a creature never-before seen. As he said it in his mind, he found it downright ludicrous. Eventually, the man who summoned the dark capes for the women began to explain, upon which he smiled. "He knows his stuff, for sure. I'm still trying to get used to everything here." he admitted, rubbing the back of his head.

"...Okay." That was the only response she could give to the dark haired young man who informed her of the knowledge she'd been missing. "Alvar Academy for mages, huh? Well, that's less of a mouthful than Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry I guess." The blonde stood back to her feet, clinging to her person the cloak summoned out of nowhere by the other teen . A blatant display of magic...proof that it was real.
...Too bad she still believed this was a dream despite the protests that she was living reality. She would humor them and go along with it. "Also when I called him a sex god, I was more referring to how drop dead attractive he is, not specifically him doing the deed, but I digest." she shrugged. Yes, she meant digress instead of digest, but then again Lucille wasn't exactly the brightest bulb in the box.
"Azhrarn...cool name." she nodded in approval as she looked to both him and the blue haired adonis who had broken her fall in the fountain. "Makes you sound like some kind of awesome fairy tale hero. My name is just Lucille." Her eyes then focused on the blue haired teen. "Remember it." she winked and chuckled. "I guess I'll do what Azzie suggested and ask for yours?" she spoke. And alas, she'd given Azharn a pet name. She grinned to the dark haired teen before turning her attention back to the other young man. Though it seemed the time for social interaction would be cut short.
A large projection of a regal looking, silver haired man appeared in the sky over the school. Her bore a slight smile upon his lips as he was able to look upon all the new students who would be enrolled for the up and coming year. Still, Lucille stared dumbfounded at the projection. Mainly because she wondered how the hell they'd managed to pull it off. Unless it was supposedly magic again. Then the other reason..."That guy....wow." she said to herself. It was beginning to seem that you had to not only was the student body full of attractive people, but the adults as well. "Who is that guy?"
"Good afternoon prospective students. I am Headmaster Achiram Lucius." the man commanded with an authoritative voice.
"...Well that answers that." the blonde shrugged.
"I am delighted to have you all here to attend this this grand institution of education and enchantment. We ask that all of you make your way to the grand hall so that we may proceed with the welcoming ceremony and dinner. Following that will be check-Ins to your designated dorms. I look forward to meeting you all." with that, the projection faded from the sky.
"...Did he say dinner?" Lucille blinked as a wide grin creeped across her face. "Awesome! I'm starving!" she exclaimed, though she put her hand over her stomach. "...Why am I hungry in a dream? Eh." she shrugged. "Now, where is this grand hall..." she asked looking around. She spotted the brainiac girl and her blueish white haired companion. She'd heard bits and pieces of their exchanged and since the girl seemed to talk like an Encyclopedia, she figured if anyone new the directions she would.
"Hey you! Where do we go to grub!?" Lucille waved to Faroosa and then turned back to Azhrarn and Adamah. "Unless you two know where it is?"
((OOC: Kuno, feel free to lead the way towards the Grand Hall, in which we will arrive there next update where hell will break loose soon enough. Muahaha. ;D ))

"Makes you sound like some kind of awesome fairy tale hero. My name is just Lucille."
"More the evil schemer behind and horror story they'll say..." Azhrarn whispered his tune like a flute before returning to a more audible tune. "...pleased to meet." He politely bowed to the girl, deliberately showing some proficiency in making it seem pretty elaborate while wearing the cape.
"...Why am I hungry in a dream? Eh."
"Because its NOT a dream..." Azhrarn sighed once more, this was going to be an hard point to prove. "Seriously girl, this glittering scenery of happyness and serenity is as real as it may appear like a beautiful dream from the perspective of someone who comes from a world where such powers aren't common..." The black haired boy shook his head, giving her his most serious and yet saddened glare.
"To be completely honest, to me this whole place is just a nightmare that started when I first took a taste from the gentle light of a distant and now gone Star..." He stopped, realizing she was more ignorant about the worlds that any of the presents that accepted the reality of Magic. "...to elaborate it, my homeworld lack a Sun, it's eternal night. It should explain why I wear a cape during a scorching day like this. For how much beautiful it may be, we're not meant to deal with it." The Dark Prince shook his head.
"But I'm digressing and involving you in something boring and from the past." He said, his voice as usual melodic and gentle. "What it matters is that this place is real, that despite not knowing the reasons behind it you ended up here and that it seems you're expected to attend to the courses." He looked to the sky, and simply ignored the headmaster's words. "You'll learn that many amongst the student are flashy as the headmaster, some genuinely believe into helping each others, some have their little schemes. Others prefer to keep themselves at distance."
He waved with his cape, like he was showing the Academy to her. "That's Alvar, may be you feel more welcome that I'll ever will or want to be to here."

"... I'm going to suffer this school year, I think..."
"There is a 71.3% probability that you are referring to non-physical suffering of some form, since your bodily structure and conditioning suggests with a 79.3% probability that you have prowess in the physical arena. Regardless, the ancients have said that there is no growth without pain, so if this Academy is to hold fast to its reputation, suffering in the school year is inevitable, and indeed expected."
"Yes, they're all fake, fiction, whatever you want to call them. Creatures made up for a series of games and shows for children, young adults, and even some old."
"So a cluster of creative intellectual property designed to capture the interest of a wide demographical audience in order to extract monetary reward. I surmise a 79.3% probability that the female in question is a more than casual enthusiast for said intellectual property." The purple-haired girl eyed Lucille. "Perhaps-"
"Alvar Academy for mages, huh? Well, that's less of a mouthful than Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry I guess. Also when I called him a sex god, I was more referring to how drop dead attractive he is, not specifically him doing the deed, but I digest."
"-she would prove to be an inferior source of information regarding this intellectual property," she corrected. "Perhaps she is some kind of magical savant? Other than the Ku-Sith making an astoundingly gross mistake (which is 99.934% unlikely based on past records), that seems to be the only plausible reason for her to be singled out-"
The projection appeared.
"Good afternoon prospective students. I am Headmaster Achiram Lucius. I am delighted to have you all here to attend this this grand institution of education and enchantment. We ask that all of you make your way to the grand hall so that we may proceed with the welcoming ceremony and dinner. Following that will be check-Ins to your designated dorms. I look forward to meeting you all."
"It seems that the unreasonable occupation of time-space resources is at hand," Faroosa commented, once the projection had vanished.
"Hey you! Where do we go to grub!?"
The girl blinked, as she processed that information.
"Going by the fact that you have just declared you state of famishment, there is a 63.4% probability that by 'grub' you mean a source of gastronomical nourishment. This is reinforced by your looking for the 'grand hall' where Lucius - Headmaster Achiram Lucius of course - has stated the unreasonable occupation of time-space resources knows as an 'orientation ceremony' is to be held. At least the academy authorities deemed it fit to include one essential activity of survival within the program, so that it is not entirely a futile conversion of energy to entropy."
"That said," continued Faroosa as she turned on her heel, "if you wish to know the directions to the Grand Hall, I am headed in the same direction, so you are more than welcome to follow the wake of my time-space route. Better to arrive on time so that the frivolous ceremony can be put into the past as soon as reasonably possible."

"Azhrarn...cool name. Makes you sound like some kind of awesome fairy tale hero. My name is just Lucille. Remember it."
So the guys name was Azhrarn... In truth, he hard a hard time figuring out how such a name was spelled mentally, but far be it from him to ask how. As long as he knew the pronounciation, he was fine. Soon, the girl gave her own name, even flashing him a look as she said to 'remember it', and he felt his heart go aflutter for but a moment. Was she trying to make a pass at him, or did he misinterpret it? Oh, he so hoped it was the former... The time he spent dwelling on it mentally almost showed physically, however, his head shaking a moment later to welcome reality once more.
"Focus Adamah... You still have other things to worry about right now." he chided himself mentally, before Lucille addressed him once more.
"I guess I'll do what Azzie suggested and ask for yours?"
"Hmm? Oh! It's... Er..." Adamah stopped, getting lost in Lucille's deep blue gaze once more. This would have been more embarassing if he was actually conscious of how doe-eyed he looked staring back at her. "Umm..."
Yes, this continued for several more seconds, before the boy's hand came to his eyes and pulled his head low in facepalm. "I'm sorry... My name is Adamah. Adamah Hauran Eridanus, pleased to make your acquaintance." he added with a smile. "Um, please try to forget how silly I looked there..." he added, coughing slightly as he turned away. Thankfully, something cut through the awkward moment for them, as the projection of a large figure appeared overhead. Lucille seemed more surprised than the boy was, but then again, magic was more common to him than her.
Once the man was done speaking, Adamah began to process the information. The man was the headmaster of their academy... And there would be dinner waiting for them. Following the dinner and welcoming ceremony, they'd be checking in to their designated dorms... This would prove to be quite a fun academy, he felt. Especially when Lucille shouted out towards one of the other girls nearby asking where to go to 'grub'. He assumed it meant to eat, but something about her manner of speaking and how upfront she was about it... It was new to him, refreshing. When she asked if he might have known, he shook his head. "I'm afraid not... I just planned to follow the group and hope they found it."

Tokio continued to watch the exchange between the others, feeling somewhat put-off by how... Out-of-touch with the rest of the worlds some of them felt. Then again, it was probably his father's side that made him feel slight annoyance to them, but something overwrote all of that. His arms were folded over one another as he lowered his head. Was he... Blushing? However, one could also tell he felt annoyed. "How the hell... Can you tell all of that... With just one glance... through my clothes...!?" he hissed the last bit as quietly as possible. He almost felt... Violated? Yet at the same time, oddly enthused... No one had ever checked him out that much.
But still mostly annoyed, there was no denying that. Nevertheless, he shook his head and lifted it once more, sighing quietly. "Well, no one ever got anywhere taking the easy road. Now we just wait and see how much suffering we have to endure." he muttered. Nevertheless, now he felt somewhat conscious of his frame. Just how accurate was she with her prediction, if he could even call it that? He couldn't tell right now...
"So a cluster of creative intellectual property designed to capture the interest of a wide demographical audience in order to extract monetary reward. I surmise a 79.3% probability that the female in question is a more than casual enthusiast for said intellectual property. Perhaps-"
Once Lucille began to speak, however, Faroosa was immediately retracting part of her statement, much to Tokio's amusement.
"-she would prove to be an inferior source of information regarding this intellectual property. Perhaps she is some kind of magical savant? Other than the Ku-Sith making an astoundingly gross mistake (which is 99.934% unlikely based on past records), that seems to be the only plausible reason for her to be singled out-"
"You basically described the entirety of those creatures in a couple of sentences, the rest of it was just excess baggage though." he hummed, tilting his head to the side. "Maybe while you're here, the instructors can teach you to say things in fewer words. One of these days you'll make someone die of old age before you finish what you have to say." he shrugged, before looking at Lucille. "I really don't care what records and possibilities say: If there's any semblance of a brain in her, it's probably split between the melons she's growing on her chest." he muttered quietly, coughing as he spoke that. After a moment, a projection of the headmaster appeared overhead, looking down upon the student body as he spoke. Finally, things were beginning to move forward.
"It seems that the unreasonable occupation of time-space resources is at hand,"
"At least we can both agree it feels kind-of useless... Just let us know whether we're accepted or not and give us our room assignments." he muttered, tilting his head back, before Lucille shouted at them about 'where to grub'. Well, more to Faroosa anyway. "Don't ask, you'll-" he started, but it was too late.
"Going by the fact that you have just declared you state of famishment, there is a 63.4% probability that by 'grub' you mean a source of gastronomical nourishment. "-make her say things in needlessly long explanations." Tokio sighed, as he palmed his face audibly. "... Well, so much for that. I'll make it easier for you since i'll bet that just hurt for you to understand: Follow everyone else." he finished, jerking his thumb over his shoulder, before he pocketed his hands and followed the others inside.

The words meshed and if Lucille's eyes could flash an error message in processing what Faroosa was saying, they would have. The blonde stared blankly as the purple haired girl continued to talk, though her words fell through due to the language, or rather, IQ barrier that was clearly between them.
"That said," continued Faroosa as she turned on her heel, "if you wish to know the directions to the Grand Hall, I am headed in the same direction,
"Thank you!" Lucille exclaimed, finally realizing that part of the sentence. Though as Faroosa continued about following her on a time-space path, Lucille found herself lost again, and just decided to tune it out. Just like she learned to do in her Physics class.
"Alright! Lead the way, I am starving!" she shouted following the other girl towards the hall. The walk wasn't a long one at all. The Academy staff ushered the students into the Grand hall. The blonde stared in awe at the architecture. The windows alone took her breath, a wall of windows 367 ft wide and 50 high, framed a view of the Academy's glorious landscape stretching out into horizon through the small forest just outside the school, to the sea. Light sculptures of the headmasters and headmistresses of the past lined the hallway toward the main ballroom. Once she had entered, she gasped, further astonished.
"Oh holy crap! This is...so beautiful." she said looking throughout the spacious room that had at least a hundred tables set up for the banquet to come. To the front of the room was something akin to a pulpit. Members of the staff had already been seated, including the Headmaster himself.
The ceiling caught her attention next as Lucille began staring up at the crystal chandeliers. On the ceiling seemed to be a giant mural of a large crystalline lotus-like flower, and from is flowed imagery of what seemed like space, littered with stars and orbs that resembled planets. Upon closer inspection, she realized that the planets were actually rotating on their own axis within the mural, while the large crystal lotus gave off a faint warm glow of reddish pink light. Lucille was entranced by it and as she stared at the ceiling, a faint abstract symbol resembling a crescent moon within a star burst had begun to glow dimly upon her forehead. Though before it could come to fruition, Lucille's concentration from the mural was broken by a new announcement.
"Attention all students! I ask you all to take your seats!" the headmaster called out. The ushers moving down the aisles of the table rows. One putting the ragtag group of students Lucille had met so far all at one table. "Alright, I've got my dining buddies!" she exclaimed shooting a grin to Faroosa and Tokio across from her and then to Azhrarn and Adamah who she herself had been sat between.
Though there was one person sitting with them across from Azhrarn who she hadn't met before. A girl with long black hair and gray eyes. She looked like one of those loner 'I don't want to be bothered' types. So of course, Lucille had to bother her.
"Hi! I'm Lucille! You're really pretty. You have that whole ivory skin, raven black hair thing going on." the blonde laughed. "You know...I sure dream up a lot of sexy people..." she said aloud giving shifty glances to Adamah on her right and Azhrarn on her left. "Heeee" she gave a goofy closed eyed grin.
"Hello, children." a waiter said as he approached the table with a cart adorned with various entrees' and beverages. "For tonight's menu-"
"Can I get a hot dog?" Lucille interrupted. "Also lemme get some tater tots. Oh, and, also, a slice of pepperoni pizza and also a basket of jalapeno poppers and some chicken nuggets, a ketchup boat, three potato pancakes, a creamsicle, two quesadillas, a bread loaf, side of ranch, some pixie sticks, taco salad, order of ribs, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand a diet coke. No. Strawberry shake. No! Diet Coke. NO! BOTH!"
"...We just have your choice beef, chicken and fish today..." the waiter sweatdropped.
"...Your menu sucks." Lucille replied crossing her arms. "Jesus Christ, who's your chef, Jenny Craig? I need food with taste."
"Our food is very flavorful and we offer a colorful menu here!" The waiter spoke matter-of-factly. "...We only serve the best dishes to our students. For example, today our chicken is glazed with a burbo-"
"You guys have booze too!?" Lucille exclaimed with a twinkle in her eye.
"...Not for the students, no. We don't offer opportunities for delinquency to occur here." the Waiter deadpanned. "We are a very prest-"
"...Don't care. Just give me my freaking plate." Lucille said and absentmindedly rested her head on Adamah's shoulder. "This is slowly becoming a nightmare." she said looking to ahead. She blinked upon seeing a ripple against the wall, the brief outline of a lizard-like creature had camouflaged itself. "Hmmmm....nah, nothing is there." she thought to herself.
[[OOC: Yay update. We've been escorted to the grand hall and we're all seated at the same table, including Adrienna. The others could have noticed the creature too as Lucille had. Kuno, feel free to have Wanda behind the scenes with her minions getting ready for their attack. In the next update or two, shit will hit the fan~ ]]
