For me, it has to be Oblivion. Oblivion was the first RPG I'd played on the Xbox 360 and was completely blown away by the size of the game. It was way bigger than any other game I had played and had a lot more detail than any other game too. I remember spending hours upon hours of just wondering around buildings not really accomplishing anything but just for exploration purposes. I'd travel mile after mile just to explore and see what I could find. I was hooked and Oblivion was the only game I played for quite a while because I enjoyed it so much. I enjoyed everything from the scenery, people, quests etc... and combined, they made what I believe to be one of the best RPG experiences of all time. What is your favourite game from the series? |

I would say Skyrim, the story and setting are fantastic, the characters are interesting and is just a hell of a lot of stuff to do. Smithing, mining, cooking. Not to mention the millions of quests on the game. It is worth every penny. 10/10 Did i mention the dragons? |

Morrowind > Skyrim > Oblivion. Never played the other two. I could never get into Oblivion like I did with Morrowind and Skyrim. And with Morrowind, I got so caught up in the world, I never actually beat the main questline. Skyrim was a lot of fun, but nothing tops Morrowind (and the construction kit!). |

Having put 119 hours in to Oblivion on PS3 (non-GOTY too!), I think hour wise that was my favorite. There is endless hours of screwing off. I love the progression of the series. Skyrim is downright sexy looking. Having said that I love the modding community now, and so far the Oblivion mods take an already great looking game and push it past the levels that Skyrim is putting out. It makes me day dream at how excellent Skyrim will look when someone makes a "Better looking Skyrim" mod lol! I plan on posting threads about my adventures in to modding TES later, with screenshots if possible. |

For the time Oblivion came out (2006) it was very impressive. You need to remember that the game was mostly developed without actually knowing the final specs of the Xbox 360 so to create a game that big at that time was an great accomplishment! |
