Horn broken, watch for finger

I'm going to start it soon.. hit the gym 2-3 times a week and take some Creatine. I heared that this shit can stimulate your cancer cell. Any1 trying Creatine right now?

For those who don't know what it is, its some proteins that are just under steroids and legal. You drink like 1 gallon of water per day, most of the water goes to your muscles makes em look huge.

Is it worth it? I was going to start now and by the end of my summer id be jacked as fuck

As our 4ner said, Creatine has nothing to do with cancer, creatine is simply nitrogen based compound found in the liver and pancreas that increases the amount of ATP therefore taking creatine supplements increases energy and protein synthesis, so more strength,faster recovery,faster growth

Make you take a non-monohydrate creatine, that shit will just make you be bloated and as soon as you stop taking it, you'll piss it all out

Take it EVERYDAY unless its a very concentrated amount, then you'll bi-daily

once you stop using it, it'll wear off and you'll lose all that weight

it's more of an amplifier than anything

It's nothing like steroids, thats an inexperienced thing to say, those are TWO DIFFERENT COMPOUNDS, Steriods increase HGH and creatine amplifys ATP, Steroids create more testosterone, creatine makes your body break down protein more

it doesnt make your muscles look HUGE. yes it will add water weight to them but mostly creatine helps increase your strength and recovery time as well so most of it will just be you working out harder in the gym. you cant reply only on supplements, go on www.bodybuilding.com and do some research.
cell mass by bsn is the best creatine. once you get off creatine you will lose tons of weight, but with cell mass i find that you dont cut down on water too much once you get off it, so its not all water weight aka good product to use

also dont forget to cycle it, 6-8 weeks on, 2 off is fine.
