[BACKSTAGE]
THE OFFICES OF MR. HENDRICKSON and GREED

The scene opens up backstage just outside the office of Mr. Hendrickson. Marvin Roberts and Cash Allan are standing outside the door talking when R-D-S comes walking into the scene. Marvin and Cash stop talking and look at R-D-S. He looks at them and goes to walk into Mr. Hendrickson's office but is cut off but the door opens and Trent James comes walking out, briefcase in hand, and a smile on his face. He bumps right into R-D-S.

Trent James: Sorry Dave didn't see you there.

R-D-S: Next time open your damn eyes.

Trent looks right at R-D-S and before anything else could happen Marvin and Cash interject themselves to quell a possible fight. R-D-S pushes Cash Allan away and then pushes his way through Trent and Marvin to enter the office. Mr. Hendrickson is sitting at his desk with Errick Mason at his side. He looks up and sees R-D-S and stands up extending his hand. R-D-S looks at him and doesn't accept. Mr. Hendrickson fixes his suit before sitting back down at his desk telling R-D-S to have a seat.

Mr. Hendrickson: So Dave [said in a sarcastic tone] what can I help you with?

R-D-S: What can you help me with? Are you that dumb, Lance? You know why I am here so don't try to beat around the bush.

Mr. Hendrickson: I don't like your tone Dave. If I remember correctly I am the man holding your contract and I am the man who is paying you to do whatever you do. Not to mention the man who has now given you every advantage there is in this company to actually succeed.

R-D-S: I don't need you to make it anywhere in this company. I've owned it. I've ran it. I've conquered it. I've lived it and breathed it and was it for years. You understand the only reason I joined you and Greed was for the UCW World Heavyweight Championship. For anything else I don't need you.

Mr. Hendrickson: You are straight forward an attribute I still do not care for. So listen here Dave and listen closely. You are not getting a championship match, not tonight and not even at Final Countdown. No I am not going to give you that satisfaction. But I will give you something you want and that's a match. How's that sound Dave?

R-D-S: A match huh? What you got me in some handicap match where you prove to me some pathetic point?

Mr. Hendrickson: No. But good idea Dave. Seriously though tonight I have you in a one on one match against none other than the UCW World Heavyweight Champion, Frostbite. But wait Dave, there is a catch and before you say anything Dave this one you will like. If you happen to beat Frostbite in a one on one match I will give you a shot at the UCW World Heavyweight Champion whoever it will be, after Final Countdown on Modern Warfare XXV.

R-D-S looked at Mr. Hendrickson who was stone faced and looking right back at him. He then cracked a smile as he got to his feet.

R-D-S: This better not be a joke otherwise you will need Greed to not only to take out UCW but to protect your sorry ass.

R-D-S chuckled to himself as he swung the door open and pushed past Marvin Roberts and Cash Allan who look in at Mr. Hendrickson who has a smile on his face.

Brian Solie: Welcome Ladies and Gentlemen to the twenty-fourth edition of Modern Warfare. I am Brian Solie and as always sitting right beside be is Gringo Sanchez. Gringo lets get right down to it what are your thoughts on R-D-S joining Mr. Hendrickson and Greed on our last edition of Modern Warfare?

Gringo Sanchez: If I am being honest here Brian it was a strategic response to what is occurring here in the UCW. He seen that the swing of power was advancing in the corner of Greed and he decided it was time to give in.

Brian Solie: Swinging in the direction of Greed? You seen the Main Event last week it looked like UCW was getting the advantage here after Frostbite and Mark Deal defeated Justin Justice and Cash Allan. It was obvious Cash and Justin's feud is far from over. So for you to say that it is going in the favor of Greed you are highly mistaken.

Gringo Sanchez: You will see the swing here tonight Brian when I put this fist in your face. Seriously you are not a very bright person are you? You cross the boss you get the axe it's as simple as that.

Brian Solie: I doubt that Gringo because with the addition of William A. Raynes as General Manager to UCW it has seemed to put a barrier between Mr. Hendrickson and the UCW roster as a whole, including us. But you know what lets talk about the sensational show we have here tonight. Due to our time restrictions and our massive card one of our matches took place before our show ent on the air and this is what happened.

DOUBLE COUNT OUT

Brian Solie: That was a very hard fought match between Eric Steel and Barney Green. Those two men are really showing some force here in the UCW and I am sure we will see them on our television show soon enough. But lets talk about the first match out tonight as it is a barn burner. It pits the sadistic Eclipse against a legend in the Indy scene Jeremy Young.

Gringo Sanchez: Eclipse lost hard to Antonio Romano last week. That match was probably the match of the week if you ask me. Both of those competitors put it all out on the line and unlucky for Eclipse he fell short in that match against the UCW World Television Champion.

Brian Solie: I have to agree. That match could've gone either way and I believe Eclipse will showcase what he has once again against Jeremy Young who also suffered a close loss to Leah Gaines last month.

Gringo Sanchez: It goes to show no matter who you are or your pedigree or talents you are always subject to that one moment in time of fluster and defeat. Jeremy Young and Leah Gaines fought hard for the win but one of them had to lose and it was Jeremy Young this time unfortunately.

Brian Solie: Talking about Antonio Romano and Leah Gaines they are in a match together tonight. It seems as William A. Raynes just swapped matches to see who is the better ones of this group of four. A solid way of testing the talent if you ask me Gringo.

Gringo Sanchez: Well no one asked you Brian but yes I agree. Opponent swapping does work sometimes and it does work here in the UCW due to the talent that we have already.

Brian Solie: With Antonio Romano having Prince Adjei on his mind and even Greed do you think that will play in the hands of Leah Gaines who, with a win, can propel herself into becoming the #1 contender for the UCW World Television Championship.

Gringo Sanchez: I think anything is possible Brian. With the talent Leah Gaines has she can overcome Antonio Romano's many unique and powerful advances. I see this match going to the last second when one of these talented superstars hits a finisher on the other.

Before Brian Solie can reply, the crowd began to stir as static is heard throughout the arena and then maniacal laughing. The tron lit up at first with static and then went black before the words:

"Are you ready for more HIGH DAMAGE?"

Burn onto the screen. The laughing continued as the arena lights come on to a dim light. Brian Solie and Gringo just look at one another as the lights them come back fully on as the crowd is a buzz.

Brian Solie: What the hell is this all about Gringo? Are we ready for High Damage? Who could this be?

Gringo Sanchez: I don't know but this is starting to piss me off even. this is the third month in a row now that we have received these messages and yet there is nobody claiming to have sent these messages.

Brian Solie: Maybe it's someone returning at the pay-per-view next month? I don't know. Lets move on if that is possible Gringo. So we also have a handicap match here tonight as Mark Deal has asked for a match against two members of Greed. Specifically his God's Amongst Men partner Trent James. Trent will be joined by Justin Justice in this match to make the odds go heavily in the favor Greed.

Gringo Sanchez: Mark Deal should never have asked for this match Brian. What the hell was he thinking? Seriously going on against a fellow Hall of Famer and a man he knows can defeat him in Trent James and then to add the "Winnipeg Warrior" Justin Justice isn't just stupid but it doesn't make sense.

Brian Solie: Mark Deal has had enough with Trent James and he believes he can defeat him. Mark Deal showed us last week he can defeat Justin Justice already so why not just up the odds and see if he can overcome two competitors alone. That is the type of true MAN Mark Deal is. The Phoenix always rises from the ashes pissed off and ready to fight. Simple as that.

Gringo Sanchez: You really are drinking the UCW Propaganda Kool-Aid aren't you? Listen Mark Deal will lose, simple as that. Former Triple Crown Champion, Hall of Famer or what have you he will lose to these two men, my words as true. Lets move onto a match with major Final Countdown implications, okay Brian?

Brian Solie: Yeah sure. We have a three-way tag team match here tonight. We have the self-proclaimed UCW Tag Team Champions Long Beach Boys pitting their chances for "their" championships against Prince Adjei and James Child Rated R Generation and your favorite tag team here in the UCW Sweet as Candy.

Gringo Sanchez: That's right Jean-Marie and Bella Mae have a shot at some gold here in the UCW even though they have been on a losing streak. They go up against a tough tag team in Rated R Generation who they fought last week which ended in a disqualification when the Big Bad Retard Brandon and Dan Rock interfered in the match.

Brian Solie: I am sick and tired of the puppet master and his retarded teddy bear clutching partner Brandon. This match is going to show which two teams deserve the shot at the UCW Tag Team Championships and which one is just going to be sitting on the sidelines hoping for a shot of their own. The match has special rules as the winner of the match and the team NOT to be pinned will advance to the UCW Tag Team Championship match at Final Countdown.

Gringo Sanchez: I hope for Jean-Marie and Bella Mae's sake they don't get pinned. Hell looks like Prince Adjei might have a match at the PPV already against Antonio Romano. So if he was bright he would make it so he and Child loses so he can focus on Romano and getting the bigger championship.

Brian Solie: That may be something that is on his mind Gringo. So lets talk about our Main Event here tonight. It puts our UCW World Heavyweight Champion, Frostbite against R-D-S in a non-title match. R-D-S didn't ask for this match I am sure ... Sarcasm ensues.

Gringo Sanchez: Even if R-D-S did ask for this match it doesn't matter. It's a non-title bout. Mr. Hendrickson is throwing every card he has at Frostbite in hopes one sticks and then knocks him out of action. Last week Cash Allan and Justin Justice were the cards thrown and neither did the job. Now the newest and definitely most experienced and accomplished member of Greed is the card. He has as good as a shot as anyone does to defeat the reigning champion.

Brian Solie: I do agree but the way he has been acting is not something I believe will work in his favor. He is plain and simple chaotic. I don't know what to say about R-D-S really besides he needs some sense knocked into him and Frostbite might be able to do it. But even with all these matches here tonight we have Trent James, Antonio Romano and Prince Adjei all asking for camera time to talk about the upcoming UCW PPV Final Countdown. Which is coming to us live on GoFightLive.com on April 15th, 2012.

Gringo Sanchez: That isn't that far away Brian and neither is our first match of the night. Lets get this down to the ring for the introductions.

Jim Arnett: The following match is scheduled for one fall and is our opening bout.

[SINGLES MATCH]
IN THE INTEREST OF FAIRNESS
ECLIPSE versus JEREMY YOUNG

"Asylum" by Distubed hits the pa system as the lights dim. Eclipse comes walking out onto the entrance stage and looks across the arena before slowly walking down the ramp towards the ring.

Jim Arnett: Introducing first from parts unknown weighing in at two hundred and twenty-five pounds he is .. ECLIPSE!

Eclipse continues down to the ring and then rolls in sitting in the corner as "Asylum" fades. Red spotlights do circles around the entrance as a countdwn clock appears in the middle of the heart. The clock starts to countdown from 5 and everytime it counts down to a new number the heart glows brighter.

The clock reaches zero and and letters start to flash across the screen...

H-E-A-R-T-B-R-E-A-K-E-R-S!!!

Jim Arnett: And his opponent hailing from Santa Ana California weighing in at two hundred and thirty-seven pounds he is Jeremy .. YOUNG!

Single blasts of pyro follow every letter until the end and one huge explosion erupts from the stage and "Get Over it" By OK GO" hits, the red spotlights still spinning and as the smoke clears the spotlights stop and focus on the figure in the middle of the stage, Jeremy "2DC" Young. He is wearing his ring attire (white pants with a red heart with "2DC" in white and red outlined letters and an arrow through the heart, white elbow pads with red trim), and a white ring jacket with "Heart?Breaker" on the back, his back to the crowd and his arms outstretched. As the actual lyrics to the song kick in he spins around, pumping his fists and riling up the fans. He grins as he walks down the ramp, slapping hands and giving high fives on the way down before sliding into the ring. He kips to his feet, slipping off the jacket, leaving him shirtless (much to the adoration of the female fans), smirking as he hops on the nearest turnbuckle and raises his arms to the sky.

[DING DING DING]

As the bell sounds Jeremy Young hops out of the ring and proceeds to the back. Eclipse watches on as the fans boo in unison as the referee counts to ten and then awards the match to Eclipse.

Jim Arnett: Here is your winner by count out ... ECLIPSE!

Brian Solie: What was that about Gringo?

Gringo Sanchez: I have no idea but it seems that the UCW is having problems with their talent here tonight. I have a feeling we might see more of this here tonight.

Brian Solie: I fear that may be the truth. Ladies and Gentlemen it's time for a commercial break.

ULTIMATE CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING PROUDLY PRESENTS
FINAL COUNTDOWN
COMING LIVE ON GOFIGHTLIVE.COM ON APRIL 28TH, 2012
FROM THE TARGET CENTER IN MINNEAPOLIS MINNESOTA
COME AND BE PART OF UCW HISTORY

[BACKSTAGE]
Trent James speaks about Final Countdown

Trent James is walking through the backstage area when out from the shadows jumps Petey. Trent looked a little freaked as he went to strike Petey before Petey cowered away from him. Trent seen it was Petey and then calmed himself down.

Trent James: Petey, what the hell are you doing in the shadows? Didn't I tell you last time that comes off a little strange?

Petey: Yes but it's the only way I can get you off guard enough for you to stop. I want to ask you about that briefcase you are holding.

Trent James: What you mean this?

Trent hoisted up the UCW World Heavyweight Championship Briefcase and tapped it with a smile on his face. Petey goes to touch it but Trent slaps his hand and shakes his head no.

Petey: I am sorry, It's ... It's just so shiny. Anyways Trent since winning that briefcase the UCW Twitter account has been on fire asking if you are going to cash it in at Final Countdown. Now earlier tonight you came out of Mr. Hendrickson's Office with a smile on your face. So my question to you is are you cashing that briefcase in at Final Countdown or not?

Trent James: Wow you need a sip of water Petey? That was a lot of words, even for you. Well I am going to tell you this Petey tonight I got what I wanted and that was a match at the Pay-Per-View and to answer your question it's YES. Yes I am cashing in this briefcase ....

Just before Trent can finish what he was about to say Prince Adjei came walking into the scene. He has his UCW World Television Championship Briefcase in his hand. He looks at Petey and then looks Trent James up and down,

Prince Adjei: So you think just because you have that briefcase you are better than me, Trent? Because if you do I beg to differ.

Trent James: Do I think I am better than you? No "Prince" I know I am better than you. I am a UCW Hall of Famer. A two time UCW World Heavyweight Champion. I am clearly your superior.

Prince Adjei gets right in the face of Trent James and cracks a smile as he shakes his head.

Prince Adjei: You better be happy I don't knock your teeth down your throat and make you kiss my ass grandpa.

Trent James: Time for talking is done Prince. Step up or Shut up.

Trent and Prince get face to face and before the scene could end in blows Petey steps between the two men separating them.

Prince Adjei: We will see who's better Trent.. We will see.

Prince Adjei backs away from Trent and then walks off scene as Trent James looks on.

Brian Solie: Looks like Trent James and Prince Adjei have some unresolved issues to work out Gringo.

Gringo Sanchez: They possibly do as Trent James is more talent, more accomplished and well better looking that Prince Adjei. And the fact Trent won the World Heavyweight Championship briefcase makes him that much more better than Prince Adjei.

Brian Solie: You talked about me drinking the UCW Propaganda Kool-Aid earlier how about you and the Greed Propaganda Kool-Aid? Seems like Mr. Hendrickson has a puppet himself here tonight and you are it.

Gringo Sanchez: You have no idea what you are talking about Brian and thus I will let that slide, this one time you tool.

Jim Arnett: Our next match is scheduled for one fall and is a non-title match

[SINGLES MATCH]
NON-TILE COMPETITION
ANTONIO ROMANO versus LEAH GAINES

The beginning chords of "Run, Baby, Run" hits the sound system, the crowd responding with both cheers and jeers for the Broken Saint that is about to emerge as the overhead lights dim. Purple and pink lights flash along the rampway as spotlights of similar colors swirl over the arena, the Jumbotron flickering to life to show distressed, black-and-white footage of a young woman running away from the camera down alleyway after alleyway. As the song jumps directly to the chorus and her name is scrawled across that footage in purple text, Leah Gaines emerges from behind the curtain, heading right to the top of the ramp to throw her fists skyward. What she's saying as she does is a mystery, masked by the sound of the purple pyros that go off behind her, blasting toward her back… and spurring her into motion, the blond bolting down the ramp and sliding beneath the bottom rope in short order.

Jim Arnett: Introducing first from New York, New York weighing in at one hundred and seventy pounds she is the "Broken Saint" Leah .. GAINES!

Climbing to her feet, Leah makes her way over to her corner and paces back and forth within its confines, waiting for her opponent. Red, white, and green lights fill the arena and there is a picture of the Italian Flag being projected in the ring and "The Godfather" by Fantomas begins to play. As soon as the beat picks up There is a HUGE explosion of pyros and Antonino Romano comes out from the back.

Jim Arnett: And her opponent from Sicily, Italy weighing in at two-hundred thirty-five pounds he is the current and reigning UCW World Television Champion .. Antonio .. ROMANO!

He makes his way down the ramp slapping hands with the fans who want to slap his hand and as he comes around the ring he picks one luck lady and kisses her on the hand. The lady screams and faints and Antonino climbs into the ring, climbs the turnbuckle, and taunts the crowd to receieve an enormous amount of cheers and some boos.

[DING DING DING]

The two opponents faced down from opposite sides of the ring before Leah Gaines ran at Antonio Romano and was hit with the "Sicilian Spine Splitter" (High angle spinebuster variant) out of the blue. Antonio is shocked along with the crowd as he then covered Leah Gaines. The referee counts to three awarding the match to Antonio Romano.

Jim Arnett: Here is your winner Antonio ... ROMANO!

Brian Solie: WOW! What a fast match that was Gringo! I can't believe it!

Gringo Sanchez: Believe it Brian the UCW World Television Champion put an exclamation point on his reign here in the UCW with that fast victory over Leah Gaines!

Frostbite Speaks on RDS

UCW Security team is standing in front of the locker room where the current UCW World Heavyweight Champion, Frostbite is being held as he awaits for tonight big main event against RDS. As you are well aware of the situation that has been going on of late only with GREED with possible attacks, but rumors swirling on the web that maybe some members of Hardkore World might make an appearance. General Manager not taking any chances as he has security block the door leading into Frostbite's locker room.

CROWD: YEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Frostbite is lacing up his blue boots as he is preparing for tonight big match.

CROWD: FROSTBITE!!!!!!!!!!!!! FROSTBITE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Frostbite reaches into the locker behind him as he throws on a pink t-shirt with the likeness of his wife Rebecca. He glances down at it as he puts two fingers to his lips as he kisses the t-shirt as if he was kissing Rebecca. Frostbite begins to do a few stretches. He reaches down to the floor as he continues to loosen up a tad bit more.

FROSTBITE!!!!!!!!!!!

He jumps up quickly as we see that it is Petey.

Petey: Can I get a word with you?

Frostbite looks at Petey as if he doesn't want to be bothered.

Frostbite: Can you see I am preparing for the big match.

Petey: I can see that, but their are a few questions I must ask.

Frostbite: Go ahead.

Petey: Well for starters, what is it with the security outside?

Frostbite: And they let you through. I think some people out their need to be fired.

He shakes his head.

Frostbite: Petey, you and others have heard the rumors for the past couple of weeks that GREED might try something, not only in my match against RDS tonight, but also Mark Deal's triple threat match and Antonio Romero match as well this evening. Thus the general manager as beefed up security around here.

Petey: What about the threat of some wrestlers from Hardkore World could drop by and make their appearances felt.

Frostbite: Let me address GREED, Hendrickson and RDS.

A slight pause.

Frostbite: RDS or Dave or whatever you liked to be called. We have been going back and forth on the boards for several weeks now. Time is here, it is time for us to get into that ring and see just who is the better man? Dave, you have said over and over again, that it was you that built this company.

Frostbite reaches into the locker and grabs the UCW World title.

Frostbite: You keep telling me that you made this title. I have listening to you bitch and moan about people using this company as a stepping stone to go onto bigger and better things and you don't like that. Dave that is the nature of this business. Some great wrestlers have come and gone in this company and made themselves legends. You see, I have done the opposite of all of that. This company has made me, ten times better. It is your company that has made me a star. It is this company that allowed me to become a World Champion for tenth time. Also it was this company that made me a hall of famer.

Dave when I listen to you, it appears to be that I am listening to a bitter man. You bitch about not being booked probably by a few that were the bookers in this company. You felt that past wrestlers griped too damn much by not getting what they wanted, and you were the fall guy for a lot of that shit. Dave you made this damn company, then why put up with it. Have those assholes, fired long time ago. Since you built this company you certainly should know that he might not look good to others that walk into your company, you find yourself a four time World Champion. I am sure we could spin that many different ways, but I am not going to go there. Your track records does speak for itself. But why in the hell comeback to the company that you built and help a son of a bitch like Hendrickson destroy it. You feel that the current stars just don't measure up to a standard that you set. You feel a need to win back the title to try and bring some type of order back around here.

You can relax the title is in good hands with me. I will do everything to make sure the title is worth something. Because if you win it, you are going to tarnish its great reputation. You want to save it, and then throw it into a woodchipper. Wake up and realize that you are going to destroy the very company that you help put on the map. You and Hendrickson want to screw around with this company's legacy over two inflated egos. Men like myself, Deal and Romero are trying to help this company maintain its greatness. You look around their Dave. Look at all the companies that have come and gone in the past few years.

Your hardkore world is one of them. It closed up its doors.

What about the VWA? It shut down?

Hell, Shootfire Pro a company that had been around for almost a decade closed its doors.

Look around this company continues to thrive and getting better all the time. There is great talent in that locker room, but Dave, you and GREED are about to take this company down that road. When it is all said and done, just like the rest it will close. Do you really want that?

CROWD: BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Frostbite: Somebody has to stand up and take this fight to RDS and GREED and protect this company good name. Tonight, Dave I am going to be the first that stands up and take the fight to GREED. You have started this war and like many wars we all have casualities. RDS, you are going to one of many, until we destroy GREED and take back control of this company.

CROWD: YEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Frostbite: As far as hardkore world possible invasion. I don't give a damn about them. If they want to walk right in here and pick a fight with this company, then we will be ready to defend this company's honor, with or without GREED. This company needs to get on the same page because if you don't then hardkore world or GREED will take everything away that every wrestler that has ever walked into that locker room every meant to this company.

CROWD: UCW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UCW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Frostbite: If myself, Mark Deal or Antonio Romero have anything to say about it. We will not let this company die without a fight.

The camera zooms in on the intense look in his blue eyes.

Frostbite: RDS, you say this is the belt that you made famous. I am going to take this title to heights that it could only imagine. This maybe a non-title match tonight, but this is the beginning tonight of a new chapter in this company's history. That chapter will read..............

How Mark Deal, Antonio Romero, and Frostbite saved this company from GREED and RDS and others.

Frostbite slings the belt over his left shoulder as he walks away.

[BACKSTAGE]

The scene opens up backstage from the commercial break where Cash Allan and Justin Justice are yelling back and forth at one another. The cameraman comes running up to the confrontation with the sound man as well.

Cash Allan: Stop crying like a little bitch Justin. I pulled down the top rope so what. Get over it already.

Justin Justice: Get over it?...

Justin Justice gets closer into the face of Cash Allan as he taps him on the head...

Justin Justice: Listen here you thick headed neanderthal next time I tell you do to something you do it you understand? Next time you do anything like you did at Modern Warfare 23 I will knock your teeth down your throat. Understood?

Cash looks at Justin and smiles and turns around to walk away and Justin grabs him by his arm and turns him back around. Cash turns around and shoves Justin hard.

Cash Allan: Never touch me again. You understand that you pathetic peon?! Next time you will be the one swallowing teeth.

Justin Justice: We will see who will be choking on their teeth soon enough Cash, soon enough. I hope you have eyes in the back of your head because you are going to need them.

Justin Justice and Cash stare at each other before Justin walks off leaving Cash watching him as he does. Cash then is startled by a banging sound from behind him and turns quickly and sees a shadow dart across the hallway. He then looks back towards where Justin was as the scene fades.

[RINGSIDE]

Brian Solie: Looks like Cash Allan and Justin Justice's feud is heating up again even though they are both members of Greed. What do you think about the faults already forming in your favorite faction Greed here tonight?

Gringo Sanchez: I am unbiased Brian. So I think I seen this coming anyways. These two men hate each other more than I hate you and man I hate you a lot!

Brian Solie: The feeling is mutual Gringo. Our next match tonight is Mark Deal against Justin Justice and Trent James. With Trent already having a near altercation with Prince Adjei earlier tonight and Justin with Cash just moments again we could see them not being fully invested in this match. We could see an upset.

Gringo Sanchez: We could... And then again we won't..

Jim Arnett: The following match is scheduled for one fall and is a Handicap Match.

[HANDICAP MATCH]
A FEUD IS REBORN
MARK DEAL versus JUSTIN JUSTICE & TRENT JAMES

"Money is Power" hits the pa system as the lights turn to green and the Greed logo shows on the tron. Justin Justice and Trent James come walking out onto the entrance stage side by side showing unity. The crowd boos them heavily as the proceed down towards the ring.

Jim Arnett: Introducing first weighing in at four hundred and sixty-seven pounds they are both members of Mr. Hendrickson's Greed, they are Justin Justice and Trent .. JAMES!

James slides in to the ring as Justin hops up onto the ring and then enters. The fans continue to boo them heavily as "Money is Power" slowly fades. "New Divide" by Linkin Park hits the pa system as the crowd erupts in cheers. Mark Deal slowly makes his way out onto the stage.

Jim Arnett: And their opponent from Los Angeles, California weighing in at two hundred and fifty-five pounds he is the UCW Hall of Famer .. "The Phoenix" Mark ... DEAL!

Mark makes his way down to the ring as Trent and Justin back towards their corner. Mark then enters the ring and stands in the middle of it looking at his opponents.

[DING DING DING]

Mark Deal waits in his corner as Justin Justice and Trent James begins to circle him. The two men have smiles on their faces as they block Mark in the corner. Mark stands upright and tells the Greed members to "Bring It!" Justin and Cash look at each other and then back at Mark who blasts out of the corner and levels them with a clothesline. Justin is the first to get back up and he runs at Mark who drops him with a back body drop. Trent gets up and goes for a clothesline but misses and he turns around into shots to the face from Mark. Mark then hip tosses Trent to the mat and as he turns he is blasted with a boot to the face by Justin. Justin then stomps away at Mark as Trent gets back up to his feet. The two of them double team on Mark before the referee tells one of them to leave the ring. Both do not heed his warning as they picks Mark up and throw him into the ropes. Mark bounces off and returns with a flying crossbody knocking both members of Greed to the mat. Mark to his feet takes Trent up and throws him out of the ring and as he does Justin comes in with a double axe handle smash to the back and head of Mark. Mark stumbles into the ropes and Justin takes Mark away from the ropes and delivers a scoop slam to him. Justin then hit the ropes and returned with a jumping knee drop landing squarely on Mark's chest. Justin hooked Mark's leg...

... 1/2 Mark kicks out before the referee could even conclude the one count. Justin wasted no time getting to his feet and tagging in Trent who comes into the ring and goes right on the attack on Mark not letting him get up to a vertical base. Trent then stomps on the shoulder blades of Mark and stays the stomp as he uses the ropes for leverage. The referee gets to three before Trent removes his foot from the back of Mark and steps away throwing his hand up in the air.

Brian Solie: Trent James and Justin Justice are working well as a team here Gringo. They are doing much better at this point in the match than Justin Justice and Cash Allan did last month.

Gringo Sanchez: It's because these two don't have that much of a history Brian. Outside of the Brotherhood and Righteous Justice quarrels they have no qualms with each other.

Mark pulls himself up using the ropes and he is instantly attacked by Trent who kicks him in the ribs flipping him onto his back. Trent then picks Mark up and moves him into the corner. Trent then goes to throw Mark across the ring but Mark reverses and hits a side slam on Trent. Mark got back to his feet and then knocked Justin off the ring before turning his attention to Trent who is getting to his feet. Mark hits Trent with a knee to the side of the head knocking him to the mat. Mark then picks Trent up and suplexs him to the mat before going in for a quick cover but before the referee could even get down Justin Justice came into the ring hit Mark hard with a kick. Justin picked Mark up but Mark pushed him away and delivered a short-arm clothesline to him. Justin promptly rolls out of the ring as Mark turns around into jaw breaker from Trent. Mark stumbles back and Trent then slams Mark's head to the mat with a single hand bull dog. Mark pops over onto his back as Trent goes in for the cover...

... 1

... 1 1/4 Mark Deal kicks out almost right after the one count. Trent looks at the referee and picks Mark up taking him to his corner and tags in Justin Justice. Justin comes into the ring and kicks Mark in the ribs and he drops to one knee. Justin moves him away from the ropes and goes for a suplex but Mark Deal blocks it hooking his leg on Justin's. Justin delivered shots to his ribs and goes again and once again Mark blocks it and then Mark hits a suplex on Justin. Justin back to his feet goes to blast Mark with a clothesline and misses getting a neck breaker for his troubles from Mark. Mark gets back to his feet and stares at Trent as he delivered a knee drop to Justin before going in for a quick cover...

,,, 1

,,, 1 1/2 Justin Justice kicks out before the two count.

Brian Solie: Justin Justice with a quick kick out of the pin attempt by Mark Deal. Mark is looking a little worse for wear already but that doesn't mean you can count him out yet. He is a former UCW Triple Crown Champion.

Gringo Sanchez: You fighting with the voices in your head here tonight Brian? I mean your comment seems like one of a follow-up and not a lead comment.

Brian Solie: Saying what I need to say before you open your mouth and spew your cancer over it. That's all.

Trent was about to come into the ring as Mark got to his feet and the two men stared at one another before Mark turned his attention back to Justin Justice. Mark goes to pick Justin up but Justin strikes first with a shot to Mark's ribs but Mark slams his elbow into the shoulders of Justin quelling any other attack. Mark then lifts Justin up and delivers a quick snap DDT to him. Mark to his feet is then rushed by Trent who blasts him with dual forearms to the face. Mark to his feet gets a dropkick to the chest knocking him to the mat. The referee begins to push Trent out of the ring as Justin scampers over to Mark and covers him. Trent turns the referee around and shows him the cover as he got out of the ring...

... 1

... 1 1/4 Mark kicks out almost right after the one count. Justin slams Mark's head off the mat leaving him there as he tags in Trent with a hard slap on the chest. Trent looks at Justin and shakes his head as he enters the ring. Trent picks Mark up and hits him with a vicious headbutt before whipping him across the ring into the ropes. Mark returns and leap frogs Trent and hits the ropes and jumps over Trent as he drops to his stomach on the mat. Mark hits the ropes again and stops himself; Trent got to his feet and Mark comes in and hits him with a well placed spear. Mark covers Trent...

... 1

... 1 1/2 Trent kicks out this time and Mark gets right back up to his feet and drops a knee onto the chest of Trent before covering him once more. As the referee was getting down to count Justin came in going for a double axe hand smash but missed Mark and hit Trent. Mark got to his feet as Justin did hitting him with a boot to the ribs and then double underhook DDT. Mark moved Justin away from Trent and picked him up and threw him into the adjacent corner. Mark runs at Trent and goes for a corner splash but Trent dropped to the mat and instead got a knee to the face. Mark kicked Trent a few more times before the referee moved him away from the corner.

Brian Solie: These three men are still putting it all out on the line even though it has been going back and forth.

Gringo Sanchez: I'm amazed Mark keeps coming even though Justin and Trent have put him through the wringer already. Goes to show he is as dumb as Greed says he is.

Mark then turned around right into double strike from Justin. Mark got right back up to his feet and is struck down to the mat again. Justin waits for Mark to get up and scoop slams him to the mat. Justin bounces off the ropes and returns going for a splash and connects. As he does the referee is there and points him out of the ring. Justin puts his foot on Mark's chest as Trent comes in and covers him. Justin exits as the referee gets down and counts...

... 1 Mark kicks out right after one. Justin re-enters the ring and goes towards Mark but the referee is right there and pushes him toward his corner as Trent is back to his feet and taking a pair of brass knuckles out of his pants. Trent positions himself so the referee cannot see the illegal weapon. Justin keeps the referee busy as Mark gets back to his feet. Trent goes for the knock out blow but Mark swoops out of the way. Trent swings again and Mark again swoops out of the way this time he sweeps Trent's legs out from under him. Trent is dazed but not for long getting to his feet but Mark charges him and slams him hard into the corner. Mark throws Trent's arm, with the brass knuckles, over the top rope and removes the knuckles and disposes of them to the outside as he takes Trent out of the corner and hip tosses him to the mat. Mark then blasts across the ring and knocks Justin off the apron again. Mark turns around and dodges a charging Trent who hits the turnbuckles hard. Mark brings Trent out of the corner and hits him with a neckbreaker. Mark flips Trent onto his back and covers him hooking his leg...

... 1

... 2

... Thr .. Justin Justice comes in and breaks up the pin. Justin picked Mark and hit him repeatedly with a forearm across the face. Mark stumbles into the ropes and Justin continued the attacked until the referee pushes him away from Mark. Mark clings to the top rope trying to shake off the attack.

Brian Solie: Looks like Justin has a little anger problem Gringo. He had no business being in the ring.

Gringo Sanchez: Anger problem? Isn't that why all of us are here? Seriously wrestling is a good way to blow off some steam and to say Justin didn't belong in the ring was stupid of you to say. Mark knocked him off the ring and he was repaying the debt.

Trent gets to his feet and sees Mark in the ropes and runs at him but as he gets close Mark pulls down the ropes and Trent flies out. Justin hops down and goes to help out Trent as the referee begins to count...

1 ...

2 ... Justin helps Trent up to his feet, Meanwhile in the ring Mark has ran at the far ropes and is on the rebound.

3 ... Mark returns and as Trent and Justin look toward the ring Mark flies through the ropes and levels them with a double clothesline.

1 ... The referee restarts the count as all three men lay on the floor.

2 ... Mark gets to his feet first and pulls Trent up to his feet and rolls him into the ring.

3 ... Mark turns his attention to Justin and stomps away at him before sliding into the ring.

Mark then gets back up to his feet and backs away from Trent and waits as if he is stalking his prey. Trent is slow to his feet and as he gets up Mark attacks pushing Trent back into the ropes. Mark then whips Trent across the ring as he hits the opposite ropes and they meet int he middle of the ring but Trent goes nowhere but to the mat hard as Mark Deal hit the "MDK" (RKO) on him. Trent lays face down on the mat as Mark gets back to his feet and is spun around by Justin but he gets a "MDK" as well. The fans pop as Mark flips Trent over and covers him...

1 ...

2 ...

... THREEE!!

Jim Arnett: Here is your winner the "Phoenix" Mark ... DEALLL!!!!!

Brian Solie: Look at that. LOOK AT THAT Gringo! Mark Deal overcame the odds and beat not just one member of Greed but two! I told you Gringo that Mark Deal was far better than anyone Greed could put against him.

Gringo Sanchez: Mark got lucky! After what looked like an easy win for Justice and James it turned quickly. I don't know what happened there to be honest Brian. The team work was solid and just fell apart.

Brian Solie: You can't put Alpha Males in a cage and expect them to play well together. It just doesn't work.

Gringo Sanchez: I am just confused....

Mark gets to his feet and as he does he notices Greed members Cash Allan, Marvin Roberts and Errick Mason are standing on the ring. Mark backs away from the ropes as the crowd begins to stir and Greed begins to walk down toward the ring. Mark turns and sees Antonio Romano, Leah Gaines and Logan Cahill ringside. The three of them then enter the ring and as they stand with Mark Deal the Greed members stop halfway down the ramp. Justin Justice and Trent walk up to their faction members as Mark Deal asks for a microphone.

Mark Deal: Oh I see how it is. You only attack when someone is at the handicap and that someone is not you. So sad to see that out of a group like yours. So much talent and not enough intelligence to see a good thing when it stands before them. What you guys afraid of a fight? Come on. Come get some.

Mark drops the microphone as he and the other UCW superstars await Greed but they will need to wait for another day as the Greed members proceed to the backstage area. Mark and the others look on as we fade into a commercial break.

ULTIMATE CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING PROUDLY PRESENTS
MODERN WARFARE XXV
COMING LIVE ON THE TWN ON MAY 9TH, 2012
FROM THE SANITARIUM MINNEAPOLIS MINNESOTA
COME AND BE PART OF THE SANITARIUM

[SEGMENT]

In the back in a spare locker room set up as a personal "lounge", "the Brain" Allen Anderson sits at a bar, sipping a whiskey sour. He glances over at Tarrasque who is doing push ups...with a whole side of raw, dripping beef tied to his back.

Tarrasque: "Me eat it now?"

Anderson shakes his head. "No. I'll tell you when you're done so you can eat it."

Tarrasque: "But...if me wait to long them beef get cooked from strong heat!"

Anderson laughs. "Soon, beast. Soon."

Anderson looks at the camera. "Heh...not soon. Though soon enough we will bear witness to the climax of mediocrity here. The professional mid-carder, Frostbite, will defend his World title against the King of Bore, RDS. Any other place would laugh at the very concept that these two men could compete for such a championship, but not here."

Anderson takes a sip of his whiskey and frowns at Tarrasque, who while he is still doing his push ups, is trying to lick at the beef blood dripping down his face.

Anderson: "No not here. I would say that mid-card could be the best that this entire place has to offer, but I'm sure it's much more than that. I would say that this is a mere ploy. This is either an attempt to get Frostbite to rise above mid-card status and stop boring us with mindless banter though this cannot be true since this mindlessness has taken an all time high with talk between him and RDS going back an forth. Or, Frostbite is what you call a 'belt-warmer'. I mean really if Mr. Hendrickson expects his little stable to be dominant, then it helps to strike a dominant blow and have dominant people involved. I have seen neither."

Tarrasque, while thinking himself stealthy, has taken to doing one-armed push ups. His free hand tears at the side of raw beef and shoves hunks of bloody goodness into his waiting maw. Anderson stops and watches, looking a bit queasy, but unable to look away at the strangeness of the moment.

Anderson: "Ahem...there seems to be a controversy over if RDS wins that he will steal the belt away in the dead of the night to destroy it and thinking in doing so that the entire place will close as a result. I seem to recall that this has been done before on another channel. Did the place so wounded close down from one of their titles being taken such? No...in fact it won out in the end, buying the other place out and ending their federation war. The person who did this...I think it was a women's champion...faded away because no one really cared."

Anderson watches Tarrasque happily switching arms mid-push up and grabbing at the beef. When he notices that Anderson is watching, he goes back to basic push ups and counting off as he does so. Mind that fruits, meats, and vegetables seem to creep in as numbers along with skipping numbers and starting over several times. Anderson looks to the heavens for just a little support, but finds nothing waiting there for him. He sighs and continues.

Anderson: "So tonight...We saw the mid-carder keeping his gold, but we all know that this is just keeping that gold warm for someone else. And that someone is...um...being really gross in the corner over there."

[RINGSIDE]

Jim Arnett: Our next match is a Triple Threat Tag Team Match. The winner and the team not pinned will advance to Final Countdown and compete for the UCW Tag Team Championships.

[TRIPLE THREAT MATCH]
FOR A CHANCE AT THE UCW WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
LONG BEACH BOYS versus RATED R GENERATION versus SWEET AS CANDY

"Kung Fu Fightning" Cee-Lo Green (Kung Fu Panda Remix) hits the pa system as Jean-Marie and Bella Mae come walking out onto the entrance stage. The two of them look down toward the ring and proceed.

Jim Arnett: Introducing first at a combined weight of three hundred and ninety pounds they are the team of Jean-Marie and Bella Mae .. Sweet as CANDY!

Bella Mae and Jean-Marie enter the ring and begin to warm up as "Kung Fu Fighting" slowly fades. The guitar rift of "This means War" by Busta Rhymes and Ozzy interrupts a moment of silence as the crowd abrupt in cheers, knowing that their favourite wrestlers are coming.

"THIS ... MEANS ... WAR!!!!!"

Jim Arnett: And their opponents weighing in at a combined weight of four hundred and sixty-two pounds they are the team of James Child and Prince Adjei ... Rated R GENERATION!

We can now hear the drum beating fast after Busta say the intro lines. Suddenly, the Rated R Generation comes out with an arrogant smirk imprinted on their faces. Prince bends down in one knee and James Child who is behind him does the devil horn pose. After doing their respective pose, they stare at the crowd for the moment, soaking up the cheers, before walking towards the ring. James Child keeps telling random women to call him while Prince Adjei just shakes his head, annoyed by James’ childish behavior, before they enter the ring. Once they enter the ring, James shakes Prince Adjei’s hand before preparing for the match. "Over" by Drake hits the pa system as Dan Rock comes out from behind the curtain alone. He looks back and doesn't see Brandon and he goes and gets him bringing him out onto the stage. Brandon is clutching his teddy bear as the Long Beach Boys continue toward the ring.

Jim Arnett: And their opponents weighing in at a whopping six hundred and seventy-nine pounds the team of Brandon and Dan Rock .. The Long Beach BOYS!

Dan Rock pulls Brandon toward the ring as the other two teams exit the ring. Dan Rock jumps up onto the apron and then enters as Brandon takes the steps. The monster then goes over the top rope and joins Dan Rock in the middle of the ring as "Over" begins to fade.

Before the match could begin....

William A. Raynes comes walking out onto the entrance ramp to a pop from the crowd. William A. Raynes has a microphone in his hand as his music fades and the competitors in the ring look in his direction.

William A. Raynes: Well thanks for the warm reception Ladies and Gentlemen. I bet you all are wondering why I am out here. Why the General Manager finally made his way from his desk in the dark corner of the building to the ringside area. Well here is why. I am suspending the Long Beach Boys for the next few months due to the fact that Mr. Brandon there in the ring tested positive for a banned substance. So to make our match at the Final Countdown Pay-Per-View work Rated R Generation and Sweet as Candy are awarded the win and both will move on to compete for the UCW Tag Team Championships! That is all.

William A. Raynes waves at the crowd before heading backstage. The three groups in the ring are stunned as Dan Rock begins to yell at Brandon. Rated R Generation and Sweet as Candy leave the ring.

Brian Solie: Looks like Rated R Generation and Sweet as Candy got lucky here tonight as they both back into the championship match at Final Countdown.

Gringo Sanchez: I wonder what the banned substance was that Brandon ingested. I mean come on the guy is a large retard. I am sure it had to do with paint chips or glue or something that the dumbass got his hands on...

The scene goes toward a commercial break with Brandy and Dan Rock still fighting.

In the arena the lights go out leaving the entire arena and audience in pitch black for a few moments before the screen lights up and bathes the audience in the red glow of letters as they appear on the screen.

It is time for...HIGH DAMAGE!!!

Brian Solie: If you remember back at the end of Modern Warfare XII after the drama had ended in the ring everyone was left with a message asking if we were ready for more high damage. We also saw a brief appearance of this message last Modern Warfare and if I'm reading this new signal right, whether we like it or not I guess its here.

Gringo Sanchez: Oh stop playing it so nonchalantly Brian. Everyone has been in a secret uproar since that message first appeared, and with the announcements of the 2012 hall of fame class it doesn't surprise me that we're seeing this.

Brian Solie: I have no idea what you're talking about Gringo.

Gringo Sanchez: You know exactly what I'm talking about. Everyone knows what I'm talking about and they are just too afraid to say it. It makes me sick because it makes Hendrickson sick and we all know that when that happens it's a bad day for everybody.

"Straight of Line" by Godsmack hits the speakers and the crowd roars with excitement, waiting to see who they are expecting emerge and walk down to the ring.

Brain Solie: My god could it be the return of the Hall of Fame inductee? Is Brickheart here?

A suited figure comes walking out onto the stage as the lights raise giving the arena a good look at the unfamiliar face. He's in a full white suit with a black undershirt and white tie. He even has white rimmed sunglasses on. He rolls into the ring as the music keeps playing, the crowd growing quieter.

Gringo Sanchez: That doesn't look like Brickheart Solie. Who is that?

Brian Solie: I don't know, I don't recognize this guy. Who do you think it is?

The music stops as the new man in white holds a microphone in his hand, a big shit eating grin on his face. He holds the microphone up and goes to speak, but stops and looks around, walking in circles around the ring and looking over the crowd. He goes to speak again and stops with his mouth open pulling the microphone away again and rubbing his chin. He brings it back up and just laughs, a huge long drawn out laugh, an evil and maniacal hint to the way it sounds.

????: Boy oh boy...You're all a bunch of idiots.

Crowd: BOOOOOOOOO!!!

????: Oh, listen to you. When I planned on showing up here tonight I did ask myself a question. I said, ‘Billy...what is the best way to get under the skin and make a fool out of everyone who watched Modern Warfare'. And then it hit me. I figured it out. Make you think that your savior was coming back.

Crowd: WE WANT BRICKHEART!!! WE WANT BRICKHEART!!!

Billy: I know you do, that's exactly why I did what I did. I left you with an empty promise of your beloved Hall of Fame inductee and champion returning, but he's not here. He's still out there licking his wounds because he was too much of a coward to make an appearance even for his induction, because he knew what you'd all expect of him. You'd stand up and chant his name, ask and plead with him to help you fight against Greed. He didn't want that. Now I know you all don't believe a single word I'm saying, but frankly I don't give a damn.

Crowd: SHUT UP!!! SHUT UP!!! SHUT UP!!!

Billy: You have no idea how fitting that is. However I must say this, that question that was asked. "Are you ready for more high damage?" That was no lie or falsehood. I was once a High Damage Wrestling veteran as well, but you have to understand something, for me it isn't a lifestyle. It is more a school of thought and a method of practice, and I asked that question to all of you and to every single one of the so called wrestlers here because I wanted to know if there was anyone who knew what it was like. Well, except it helped to fool the sheep that flock to these shows.

Crowd: UCW!!! UCW!!! UCW!!!

Billy: You keep chanting that yet no one even really made a mention of high damage ever since that question was asked. So I have to say that since no one here is speaking up, then they better start stepping up. I bring with me the lessons that they must learn to compete with a high damage wrestler, and believe me if you're not ready for this then quit while you're still standing. I put it to all of you in the back to ask yourselves if you have what it takes to step up. That goes from the rookies all the way up to Frostbite and Hendrickson himself. I've heard a lot of boasting coming from this place over the past few months, but I'm not impressed...So...Impress me.

The tron lights up and you can see Eclipse walking backstage toward the ring. He passes other superstars who stand in front of monitors backstage. Billy's hands up to stop the man who is about to come down to the ring and brings the microphone back to his mouth.

Billy: Whoa whoa, slow down there buddy unless you want to bring yourself into unwelcome territory. First of all, I'm not the wrestler...I'm the translator.

Brian Solie: What does he mean by that?

There is an explosion of smoke on stage, pure white bellowing from it. Then a shadow appears and out comes a large menacing figure draped in a white robe and hood. The brute does nothing but stare down the isle at the opponent, a grim look on his face. Billy climbs out of the ring cackling and walking past his would-be assailant and up to stand next to the new figure.

Billy: Prepare to break the noise, and usher in the age of Silence!!!

He laughs and walks off with the big man known only as Silence. The cameras then cut backstage where Melanie Branch is standing next to an antsy Eclipse.

Melanie Branch: I am standing here next to Eclipse the man who has seemingly answered the call of Billy and Silence here tonight.

Eclipse: Seemingly answered? No Melanie I answered, well was going to answer. You see I want to prove myself here in the UCW and what a better way then a man who has a pathetic mouth. So Silence, or Billy or whomever I need to answer to I accept. I will take that match and make an example out of you and make .. you .. BLEED!

Eclipse looks into the camera and walks off..

Brian Solie:Well there we go we will see Eclipse against Silence next month at Final Countdown.

Gringo Sanchez: Should be a good match but that Billy is fucking annoying! Or is that just me?

Brian Solie: Moving on... This is our Main Event here tonight and it's our once fearless leader Dave Sadler against our current UCW World Heavyweight Champion, Frostbite. This match is going to be a doozy and I believe that Frostbite needs to prove a point in this match.

Gringo Sanchez: Although he is the champion he needs to prove a point? I have to agree. After RDS joined Greed last week he has this mean streak in him. He wants to injure Frostbite and if Frostbite wants to win he needs to prove why he is the UCW World Heavyweight Champion. Simple as that.

Brian Solie: There is nothing simple about any of this Gringo. RDS turned his back on his beloved company for money. What's that say about the man we once knew?

Gringo Sanchez: That he has returned? Don't you remember the days of the New Axis? Seriously this fits into his motives perfectly. This was the right move for him.

Brian Solie: I don't believe that is the case Gringo, I honestly think that there is much more that we are not understanding yet.

Gringo Sanchez: Yet understanding? Yeah you don't understand the power of Greed, it's simple. Money in hand makes for powerful and sometimes odd allies.

Brian Solie: Well that may be true but I never thought RDS of all people would join the darkside...

Gringo Sanchez: It's not Star Wars Brian it's Professional Wrestling.. idiot...

[MAIN EVENT]
NON-TILE COMPETITION
TIME FOR TALKING IS OVER
FROSTBITE versus 'RAGE' DAVE SADLER

Jim Arnett: Ladies and Gentlemen the following match is our MAIN EVENT of the evening.

Lawmaker by Black Sabbath hits the speakers and the entranceway starts to burn with pyrotechnics as the Arena darkens focussing everyone on the entranceway. The fire dies down and smoke starts to pour from the ramp. We see RDS slowly emerge from a platform that raises him up from below the entranceway to the top. Fireworks shoot from either side of the ramp as RDS steps off the platform dressed in black.

Jim Arnett: Introducing first from the United Kingdom, weighing in at two hundred and twenty-five pounds he is a UCW Hall of Famer .. 'Rage' David SADDLLERRRR!

RDS walks down the ramp. About mid way down he pauses and gives the Crucifixion pose before moving on. He gets to the ring and slides in, and climbs the first turnbuckles he sees once again giving the Crucifixion pose as the music dies down. There is a few moments before Blue pryo shoots from all four ring posts as "King of Kings blare out of the sound system as the fans begin to whip into a frenzy. Suddenly the lights go out in the arena for just a few seconds but in the dark you can heard a cold wind blowing. The lights come back on, but they are a light blue color as that same cold wind continues to blow as the UCW camera pan out into the crowd as we see a few of them with either goose bumps on their arms or legs as it appears to have drop a few degrees inside.

As the cold wind continues to blow we look up to the top of the arena and it appears to be snowing as begins to fall all around the arena. More blue pryo goes off, but this time it goes from the entrance way. The camera quickly glance up at the title tron as it appears in icy blue letters it says.....

"FROSTBITE"

It shows a quick montage of various matches in many different feds as he has his hand raise high over his head in victory. The camera zooms in on the cold, and intense look in his blue eyes just as the titan tron fades out. More blue pryo shoots out from the entrance way as smoke quickly fills.

BOW DOWN TO THE KING!!

Jim Arnett: And his opponent from Boulder, Colorado weighing in at two hundred and thirty pounds he is the current and reigning UCW World Heavyweight Champion, "The Cold Hearted Bastard" FROSTBIIIITTEEE!

Frostbite steps through the smoke with smoke coming out of his nose, as more pryo shoots off as the snow falling in the arena picks up as if it was like a blizzard inside. Frostbite takes a quick look at the crowd and flips them the double bird as he hears quite a few boos from the crowd as he makes his way down to the ring. Frostbite usually wears a blue t-shirt with any type of catch phrase on it. He wears long blue tights and either black or blue boots.

As he gets to ringside he looks right into the face of some of the people sitting at ringside and flips them off as he walks up the steps and jumps over the top ropes. A single spotlight signs right on him in the middle of the ring as the snow continues to fall all around him. The area lights comeback on as Frostbite turns to the ref and his opponent with a cold and intense stare as he quickly takes off his t-shirt and throws it into the crowd as he quickly gets right into his opponent face chomping at the bits.

[DING DING DING]

Brian Solie: Here we go Gringo time for Frostbite to lay out and dispose of RDS...

Gringo Sanchez: You are an idiot you know that?

As the bell sounds RDS went for a clothesline but misses as Frostbite ducks out of the way. Rage turns around into shots to the ribs by Frostbite. Rage then pushes Frostbite away and goes for a short arm clothesline but misses that as well and gets even more shots to the ribs and then gets blasted with a clothesline from Frostbite. RDS back to his feet narrowly escapes a clothesline from the UCW World Heavyweight Champion. Frostbite turns around into a boot to the ribs by and then a quick suplex by RDS. RDS then runs at the ropes and returns striking a rising Frostbite with a boot right across the face. Frostbite falls to the mat and Rage goes right in for the cover...

1 ... No Frostbite rolls his shoulder right after the one count. Rage picks Frostbite up but Frostbite pushes him away and hits Rage with a rising head butt. Rage stumbles backwards and Frostbite runs in and hits a knee right to Rage's chest. Rage backs into the ropes and Frostbite backs up enough to blast Rage with a clothesline knocking him out of the ring. RDS hits the outside on his feet and then takes Frostbite's legs out from underneath him and pulls him out of the ring. RDS then buries some shots into Frostbite's face before throwing him hard into the commentators table.

... 1 RDS then blasts Frostbite with a knee to the head.

... 2 RDS then picks Frostbite up and goes to throw him into the guard rail but Frostbite reverses and sends RDS into the guard rail with force.

... 3 Frostbite then puts his boot across the throat of RDS showing his cold hearted side.

... 4 The fans in the Sanitarium are cheering heavily for Frostbite at this point as he picks RDS up and throws him into the ring hard.

... 5 RDS clings on the ring before Frostbite rolls hims back into the ring.

Brian Solie: Frostbite is showing us that he wants to beat RDS even doing something we haven't seen him do in a long time and that is show is evil side.

Gringo Sanchez: Jealousy does that to a person Brian. It's obvious Frostbite is jealous of RDS.

Frostbite pulls himself up onto the apron and as he does Rage is right there with a shoulder to his ribs. Rage then goes to flip Frostbite over the top rope but Frostbite breaks and hits him with a head butt and leads RDS into the corner where he slams his head off the top turnbuckle. RDS stumbles away from the corner shaking his head as Frostbite climbs the ropes. He goes for a cross body off the top rope but RDS catches him and turns it into a variation of a powerslam. RDS covers Frostbite hooking his leg this time...

... 1

... 1 1/2 Frostbite once again rolls his shoulder breaking the count. RDS is quick to his feet as he picks Frostbite up and moves him into the corner. RDS then whips Frostbite across the ring into the other turnbuckle hard. Frostbite came out and RDS went for a quick clothesline but Frostbite dodged it. Frostbite turned around and went right to work on RDS backing him into the corner and then laying in blow after blow. RDS then struck Frostbite with a well placed blow to Frostbite's head and then threw him into the corner and delivered a mudhole stomping to him. Frostbite dropped to the mat and RDS placed his boot this time across the throat of Frostbite using the ropes as leverage. The referee went to break RDS' illegal choke but RDS had none of it...

1 ...

2 ...

3 ... RDS finally broke his illegal choke after the three count. RDS picked Frostbite up and pulled him out of the corner toward the middle of the ring. RDS then went for a vertical suplex but Frostbite blocked it. RDS struck Frostbite in the ribs twice before going for the suplex again and once more Frostbite blocked it. RDS instead of going for a third attempt struck Frostbite down with a clubbing blow to his back.

Brian Solie: Frostbite is staying with RDS even though RDS is giving it his all against the champion here tonight.

Gringo Sanchez: Frostbite is looking weak! VERY Weak! If he wants to prove anything he better step it up!

RDS then backs away from Frostbite as he slowly rises to his feet. Frostbite looks right at RDS and shakes his head as RDS is shocked seeing Frostbite just shrug off the blows like he did. Frostbite tells RDS to "Come On!" as he begins to circle the ring. The two men then go in for the tie up but RDS had different plans hitting Frostbite with a knee to the ribs and then back down to the mat with a gutwrench suplex. RDS stayed the move and used a mat based waist lock on Frostbite. Frostbite then fights his way to his feet as RDS continued the waistlock. Frostbite then smashed his elbow into the head of RDS not once, not twice but three times before RDS released his hold. Frostbite then hit RDS with a forearm smash to the face before taking him and throwing him into the ropes. RDS returns and leap frogs Frostbite as he dropped to his belly. RDS off the far ropes and returns as Frostbite goes for a hip toss but RDS blocks it and goes for one of his own and then Frostbite blocks and then hip tosses RDS to the mat. RDS to his feet rushes Frostbite and is thrown to the mat with an arm whip. RDS back to his feet and Frostbite ran at him and he was thrown to the mat with an arm whip. RDS and Frostbite both back to their feet reset as they stare at one another.

RDS doesn't waste much more time than that running at Frostbite who drops him with a drop toe hold and then right into a crossface. Frostbite sinches in the move as RDS tries to break free but can't. RDS reaches the ropes but is too far away from them. RDS tries to pick himself up off the mat but Frostbite readjusted himself and dropped RDS back down tot he mat. RDS once again begins to paw at the mat and gets closer to the ropes and as he does Frostbite tries to hook RDS' arm to strengthen his hold but doesn't get it and this allowed RDS enough time to grab onto the bottom rope. Frostbite stayed the crossface...

1 ...

2 ...

3 ... Frostbite releases the crossface on RDS right before the four count.

Brian Solie: Frostbite is trying to destroy RDS here tonight Gringo with that crossface he has already started the damage on RDS' neck.

Gringo Sanchez: Yes he has but that won't be enough to put away or put down Rage here tonight Brian. He is going to have to do so much more than that to keep him down.

Brian Solie: It's a beginning Gringo, that's what I am saying.

Gringo Sanchez: What I am saying is your commentating bores me you pathetic inbred American.

With that Gringo stands up and sucker punches Brian Solie to the ground. Brian lays on the ground as Gringo Sanchez smiles and sits back down at the announce table.

Meanwhile inside the ring Frostbite is back up on his feet and has already picked RDS up as well. Frostbite moves RDS to the middle of the ring and scoop slams him. Frostbite then runs at the ropes and then bounces off returning hitting RDS with a knee strike right to the chest. Frostbite then covers RDS...

... 1 3/4 RDS rolled his shoulder right before the two count. Frostbite doesn't waste any time picking RDS up to his feet but RDS shoves Frostbite away and then strikes with a fleeting super kick to the chin. Frostbite drops to the mat as RDS drops to a knee. RDS then scampers in for a quick cover on Frostbite...

... 1 1/2 Frostbite kicks out. RDS is slow to his feet but he then picks Frostbite up and throws him into the corner. RDS lays in a few shots into the ribs of Frostbite before hoisting him up to the top rope. RDS climbs to the middle rope and then hooks in on Frostbite. RDS goes for a superplex but Frostbite hooked his leg on the ropes. RDS then buried fists into the already sore ribs of Frostbite and then goes for the superplex again but Frostbite blocks it once more. Then Frostbite headbutted the Hall of Famer loosening RDS hold a little more and then he slams RDS' head off the top turnbuckle before pushing him off. Frostbite then moves himself up to his feet and steadys himself and leaps off with a leg drop connecting with his target. Frostbite then goes in for the cover and the referee got down into position...

... 2 1/4 RDS rolled his shoulder.

Gringo Sanchez: Do you hear that? Wait listen ... Oh yeah no sniveling pathetic banter on how Frostbite did something spectacular from Brian Solie. It's nice to be here at the announce table alone.

As Gringo says that he notices someone walking toward the announce table and it is none other than Rusty Bridges. Rusty takes Brian's head set and sits down next to Gringo with a smile on his face.

Gringo Sanchez: Rusty Bridges, long time no see. How are you?

Rusty Bridges: I am good but I am not here to converse with you, lets call this match.

Frostbite looks at the referee as he gets to his feet pulling RDS to his. Frostbite backs RDS into the ropes and then goes to looks to whip him across the ring but instead delivers a short arm clothesline to Rage. Frostbite held onto the hand of RDS as he lifted him up once more and delivered another clothesline to him this time releasing his grip. Frostbite then moved RDS away from the ropes and covered him...

... 2 RDS rolled his shoulder right after the two count. Frostbite didn't waste any time getting to his feet and using the ropes as a slingshot and returning with a first drop and gets a fist full of mat as RDS moved out of the way. RDS back to his feet as Frostbite is up to his. RDS kicks Frostbite hard in the midsection and then delivers a tilt-a-whirl back breaker to him. RDS then stretched Frostbite out a bit putting more pressure on the lower back of Frostbite. He then begins to scrap his elbow across the sternum of Frostbite.

Gringo Sanchez: Looks like Rage is trying to prove a point here Rusty on good ole Frostbite. About time someone takes Frosty down a peg or two.

Rusty Bridges: I don't think that Rage is confident in his machismo enough to beat the reigning UCW World Heavyweight Champion. I think this is just for him to search for more moves to do to Frostbite.

Gringo Sanchez: Ah another UCW Propaganda Kool-Aid drinker.

Rusty Bridges: No I know RDS enough to know he is mapping out what he needs to do next. Seeing as he hasn't had much for in ring action he might be cycling through his index cards of moves a little slower than normal.

RDS got back up to his feet with Frostbite in arm and headbutts the champion before hooking him and hitting a quick snap suplex. RDS floats over and covers Frostbite as the referee gets into position...

,,, 1

,,, 1 1/2 Frostbite kicked out with some force. RDS got back up to his feet taking Frostbite up to his feet and gets shoved backwards by Frostbite who then advanced on RDS hitting him with a forearm smash and then whipped him across the ring. RDS hit the ropes and returned leap frogging a down Frostbite. Rage then hit the near ropes and returned with a crossbody which Frostbite caught him. Frostbite wasted no time throwing Rage back onto the mat with a fallaway slam. RDS back to his feet as is Frostbite and RDS drop kicks Frostbite. Frostbite stumbles into the ropes and RDS blasts him with a clothesline knocking them both out of the ring and out of the ring hard.

Gringo Sanchez: Looks like RDS wants to inflict even more damage on the champion outside of the ring.

Rusty Bridges: Frostbite needs to realize he needs to stay inside of the ring, this is playing right into Dave's hands now. He is comfortable on the outside.

RDS and Frostbite are slow to their feet and they both run at each other both going for a clothesline connecting knocking each other back to the cement.

1 ... Frostbite and RDS try to gather themselves after delivering simotaneous clotheslines.

2 ... Frostbite pulls himself up using the ring apron and goes right over to RDS stomping away at him as he attempts to get back to his feet.

3 ... Frostbite grabs Rage by his hair and throws him hard into the guard rail. This dazes Rage a little bit and you can see by the expression on his face.

4 ... Frostbite puts the boots to Rage again before picking up the former champion and throws him into the ring.

5 ... Frostbite is a little slow to get back to the ring when he sees Errick Mason standing onto of the entrance stage.

6 ... Frostbite's attention is still on Errick when RDS runs at the far ropes and then bounces off running across the ring.

7 ... Frostbite turns and sees nothing but the bottom of RDS' boots after he connects with a baseball slide. This prompts the referee to start the count over again.

Gringo Sanchez: Well looks like Mr. Hendrickson wants his bodyguard to have a closer look at the action here tonight.

Rusty Bridges: More like cause a little trouble and serve as a distraction.

Gringo Sanchez: Eh ... you would see it that way.

1 ... RDS stomps away now at Frostbite as Errick Mason slowly walks down the ramp. RDS looks up and tells him to stop. Errick looks at him in a questioning manner as RDS shakes his head no.

2 ... Errick Mason slowly backs up the ramp as RDS picks the UCW World Heavyweight Champion up to his feet.

3 ... RDS picks Frostbite up and positions him horizontally across his body and then runs at the ring post slamming Frosbite's back into it hard.

4 ... RDS does it again before delivering a side slam to him.

5 ... RDS looks down at Frostbite and lets out a sick smile as he picks him up and moves him over to the ring. RDS then slams Frostbite's head off the ring before sliding him in.

6 ... RDS pulls himself up onto the apron. RDS then catapults himself over the top rope and back down onto Frostbite with a flipping leg drop breaking the count.

RDS then got back to his feet and pulled Frostbite away from the ropes and hooked his leg going for the pin. The referee gets down into position...

... 2 1/2 Frostbite somehow rolled his shoulder in time. RDS can't believe Frostbite is still kicking out after all the punishment he has dolled out. RDS gets to his feet and begins to yell at the referee, the referee warns RDS and he just pushes past him and goes to Frostbite to pick him up but Frostbite rolls him up into a pinfall attempt...

... 1

... 1 3/4 RDS kicks out of the pinfall attempt. He gets to his feet quicker than Frostbite kicks him on the side of the head. RDS then hits the ropes and goes for another but Frostbite moved out of the way. RDS stumbles forward and as he turned around Frostbite swept his legs out from under him. Frostbite then took RDS' foot and sinched in an ankle lock. RDS begins to paw at the mat trying to get to the ropes.

Rusty Bridges: What a change of events here Gringo. Looked like Dave was getting the upper hand and as quick as a blink Frostbite has him in an ankle lock! What a transition.

Gringo Sanchez: He is getting lucky Rusty but I'll give it to Frostbite he sure is keeping RDS on his toes here tonight with his quick thinking.

Frostbite keeps the ankle lock locked in as RDS tries his hardest to get to the bottom rope but everytime he gets close Frostbite pulls him away from the ropes. The referee gets down and asks Rage if he wants to give up and he shakes his head no. Frostbite then gets down to the mat still holding RDS' leg and then grapevines it. RDS yells out in pain more at this point and tries to break the ankle lock. Frostbite pulls back on the ankle of RDS as RDS grabs the referee as he got to close and pulls him into himself and Frostbite. Frostbite releases the ankle lock and RDS slowly pulls himself away from Frostbite. The referee gets back to his feet as Frostbite gets to his but it doesn't take long before RDS goes for another quick strike but Frostbite delivers a drop toe hold to him. RDS hangs on the middle rope. Frostbite backs away from RDS and then runs at him and slides out of the ring. He then hits RDS hard with a thrust to the face. RDS gets to his feet and shakes off the thrust as Frostbite gets up onto the apron, As Frostbite is about to enter the ring RDS comes in and hits Frostbite with a rising knee to the head. Frostbite topples to the outside of the ring.

Rusty Bridges: RDS somehow has enough in him to keep going and seemingly has an answer for most of Frostbite's attacks, but that ankle lock has took it's toll on Dave's ankle and you can tell.

Gringo Sanchez: I hate to say it but I do agree. RDS is visibly hurting from the ankle lock and then grapevine. Looks like Frostbite has RDS' number after all.. Even though it pains me to say it!

RDS promptly exits the ring and takes Frostbite up but Frostbite pushes him away and swings at him. RDS blocks and swings at Frostbite and connects. RDS then boots Frostbite in the ribs and delivers a sharp DDT to him.

1 ... RDS gets up to his feet and looks down at Frostbite before stomping on him.

2 ... RDS then takes Frostbite up and rolls him into the ring. RDS then enters the ring as well.

RDS then gets to his feet and drags Frostbite back up to his feet and he delivers a butterfly suplex to him. Frostbite lays flat on his back as RDS doesn't got for a cover but instead opts to induce even more pain on the champion with a camel clutch. RDS sits lower on Frostbite's back than normal putting the pressure as much on his back as his upper body. Frostbite yells out in pain as RDS settles in with the clutch. The referee asks Frostbite if he wants to submit but Frostbite yells "No!" and shakes his head as RDS tells him to "Submit Already!" Frostbite keeps telling the referee "No!" repeatedly as he kept asking if he wanted to submit. RDS releases the hold but not before slamming Frostbite's head off the mat. The referee warns RDS and he just shrugs it off with a sinister smile.

Rusty Bridges: Dave really wants to put forth all the pain he can on the champion before the Pay-Per-View that's for sure. All the pain he has put Frostbite through here tonight.

Gringo Sanchez: I can't believe Frostbite is still moving at this point but the same goes for Rage as well. Both men have been going back and forth trying to out do one another. Now with this latest submission attempt Frostbite might be easy pickings for RDS.

Rusty Bridges: Maybe but Rage's left leg seems to be bothering him still.. That could be the catalyst needed for Frostbite to win this match.

RDS pulls Frostbite up and he instantly drops to a knee. RDS pulls Frostbite up again and hoists him up into a stalling vertical suplex but from the onset you can tell RDS isn't sure footed. Soon after hoisting Frostbite up into the stalling suplex RDS' ankle gives just enough for Frostbite to drop behind RDS to one know. RDS stumbles forward and when he turns around he receives an atomic drop and then a sitout side slam spinebuster combination from Frostbite. Frostbite leans forth with the leg and the referee gets down...

... 2 3/4 Kickout! Frostbite, exhaustedly, looks up at the referee who says "2!" Frostbite pushes himself up to his feet and moves over to the ropes and looks over at RDS who slowly moves himself onto his stomach. RDS pushes himself up and thats when Frostbite jumps into action and and drops an elbow into the spine of RDS. Rage drops to the mat and Frostbite then locks in the Fujiwara armbar on him. Rage yells out in pain as he tries reaching for the ropes but he is too far away from them. Frostbite tells RDS to "Give Up!" but Rage yells "No!" to the referee and Frostbite.

Gringo Sanchez: Well you were right Rusty Rage's leg did give out on him. Now it has gotten him locked in a Fujiwara armbar.

Rusty Bridges: Sometimes you just have to see beyond what is before you...

Gringo Sanchez: What the hell are you talking about Rusty? You drinking tonight because I sure am!

Rage keeps moving himself closer and closer to the ropes and as he is about to reach the bottom one Frostbite gets to his feet and moves Rage away. Frostbite then stomps on RDS' shoulder before backing away from him. Rage grabs his arm that was just locked in the armbar and stomped on trying to get it to lock back into place. Frostbite leans on the ropes and as RDS starts to get to his feet he progresses out toward Rage and allows him to get to his feet RDS looks a little out it as Frostbite pulls him in and brings him toward the middle of the ring. Frostbite then hooks Rage up and then delivers the "Snowstorm" (Front Brainbuster) to RDS. Frostbite covers him and the referee gets down...

... 2

... Three!

Jim Arnett: Here is your winner by pinfall the UCW World Heavyweight Champion .. FROSTBITE!!!

Rusty Bridges: There see I told you Gringo the match could go either way very quickly. Frostbite got the jump on Dave and then hit the "Snowstorm". That's what a champion does.

Gringo Sanchez: I didn't think that Frostbite could beat 'Rage' Dave Sadler here tonight and he proved me wrong. I guess you and Brian were right. But you know what I don't think it's quite over though.

As Frostbite slowly gets to his feet and his hand is raised Errick Mason slides into the ring and levels him with a clothesline. Errik looks down on Frostbite with a smile on his face but that soon fades and fades quickly as Mark Deal comes running down the ramp followed by Antonio Romano and Leah Gaines. The three of them slide into the ring as Errick exits. James and Antonio check on Frostbite. Meanwhile RDS rolls out of the ring and Errick goes over to him. Mark Deal begins yelling at them....

Greed's theme song then hits and Mark's attention is turned to the entrance stage. Antonio Romano and Leah Gaines stand up as well waiting for the onslaught but instead Mr. Hendrickson comes walking out with the members of Greed beside him. Errick Mason has RDS and is taking him up the ramp.

Rusty Bridges: Somethin seems a little off here Gringo. Greed is standing idly by and that never happens.

Gringo Sanchez: I am not sure about this either Rusty. Although I am a hundred percent behind the machine known as Greed even this is a little off to me.

Mr. Hendrickson: You know what I could easily send these "Alpha Males" as you put it Mark Deal down to the ring right now and destroy all four of you. But you know what I won't do that. Not tonight. Tonight I am going to let all of you stand in the ring and stare up at greatness. You see this is a group of men with their own agendas but they all share one common goal and that is rid the UCW of the waste; to trim the fat; to prove to the world that this company only signs true talent. You see tonight I have seen what the inner quarrels between the members of Greed can do to and so right now I want to make a point to all of you in the ring, to those in the back and to those in the crowd that there may be many agendas but when it comes to Greed there is only one mission. Gentlemen proceed.

Errick Mason doesn't make it very much farther with RDS when the members of Greed attack him. Cash Allan and Justin Justice go to work hard on him as Trent James picks RDS up and slowly brings him up the ramp. Marvin Roberts then comes down and takes Errick Mason and throws him hard into the guard rail. The three men continue to work on Errick Mason as Mr. Hendrickson begins to laugh.

Mr. Hendrickson: You see right there is a common goal. Cutting the waste out of Greed right before your eyes. There is no reason to dispute the fact that Errick Mason ran his course months ago but I kept him around long enough to use him as a community beating bag for Greed. So you see right there Deal, Romano, Gaines and you there Frostbite no matter who you are, no matter if you are in the know or not, you will get what's coming to you!

"Here Comes the Money" (Greed Remix) begins to play on the pa system as Marvin Roberts, Cash Allan and Justin Justice join the other members. They all look down into the ring where Mark Deal stands before the UCW superstars in the ring. Frostbite is now up on his feet and has joined the other UCW Superstars.

Rusty Bridges: I can't believe what we just seen there. Mr. Hendrickson just sent notice out to Greed and UCW alike saying that if you are wasting space you will be disposed of.

Gringo Sanchez: I thought Errick Mason should've been disposed of months ago. This proves to me that Mr. Hendrickson is on top of his game. He knows that each member of his group are out for themselves and this will put them on notice.

Rusty Bridges: This has been one hell of a show Ladies and Gentlmen. Hell it even had Gringo Sanchez knocking out Brian Solie. It had everything anyone could ask for. Not to mention a win from Frostbite and Mr. Hendrickson grasping at straws to reclaim his throne at the top of the UCW.

Gringo Sanchez: Brian deserved what he got. Stupid bastard got lippy with me. It shows that Iam not going to let some punk like Brian get over on me.

Rusty Bridges: I am sure you are not the only one who wanted to knock Brian out Gringo. But alas we have come to the end of our show here tonight. Tune in to Final Countdown in three weeks I have a feeling it's going to be one hell of a show. Good Night.

[POST SHOW]

The show ends the but the cameras backstage continue rolling as the talent begin to move around backstage. Then the scene is cut to the garage parking area where an all black Lincoln Town Car rolls in, windows limousine black. The car stops before the camera as the driver gets out and walks to the back door and opens it. The cameraman moves around to get a view of who is getting out and then out comes none other than former UCW owner Packer! Packer looks at the cameraman and smiles as he continues past the cameraman. The camera pans around and watches Packer as he enters the Sanitarium. Then another camera takes focus as Packer continues to walk down the hallway where he then stops before a door marked William A. Raynes. Packer enters and closes the door behind him. Then Petey comes into the scene.

Petey: Ladies and Gentlemen I think we just witnesses the second coming of Jesus here tonight! The man known as Packer, a legend around these parts, has arrived back in UCW and is meeting with our General Manager. What does this mean for the UCW? Does this mean the UCW has a leader now?

As Petey looks at the door of the General Manager into the scene walks Mark Deal, Antonio Romano and Frostbite. The three men walk past Petey and walk up to the door. Antonio knocks on the door and they are welcomed in. Petey grabs Mark by the arm.

Petey: Mark ... Mark what does Packer's arrival in the UCW mean?

Mark Deal: It means we are not going to stand back and wait to be attacked anymore. We are going to be the one's doing the attacking..

Mark Deal joins the others and the door is closed. Petey looks at the cameraman shocked as the scene ends/
