CHAMPIONSHIP LINEAGE (FULL)

New federation (2002)
In the beginning Dkahuna was awarded the championship by "Flare" Mark Power in 2002 when he opened the company.

Undisputed/World title Period (2002-03)
The Undisputed Heavyweight Championship was the merged World Championships of NGW, ,MEW & CWF. CWF Eventually broke away from the merge but NGW & MEW still belong to UCW. Syberus later (03) challenged and defeated Rayzor for the Undisputed title and merged it with the World title.

OSWA Period (2003)
The UCW World championship was also the OSWA Championship for a period when Syberus took it to that promotion for a month. This was due to B.F Goodrich taken over UCW after a dispute over ownership rights in 2003.

TKOW/HPWA Period (2003-04)
The belt ended up in TKOW after Brian James (no longer recognised as a champion) looking for TKOW recognition defended the belt in TKOW and lost it to Clench. Phoenix However won the title back for UCW on the last day of 2003 at Half Way To Hell against D-Matic a member of the FIRM who financed RDS to buy UCW. Phoenix took the belt to HPWA where he retired it. RDS would eventually start a UCW splinter promotion Warfare outside of the HPWA.

The Warfare and Crisis Heavyweight title Period (2005)
Lee Williams defeated Bruno "The Whole FN Show" at Warfare 2 (23rd of March 2005) for the open Heavyweight title to become the first UCW:Warfare Heavyweight Champion. Damian Collins officially declared himself the UCW Supreme Warfare Champion after being defeated by Lee Williams twice for the Warfare Heavyweight Championship. After Several weeks of discussion Damian Collins and the UCW Board were unable to agree a new UCW contract. As a result Damian wrestled his last UCW match on the 22/06/05 edition of Warfare where the KGB stole his title, handing it over to Brandy. Brandy was announced the new GM of Crisis and renamed the belt the Crisis Heavyweight title. - Dave Brickheart beat Lee Williams and Scott Myers in a triple threat match in the finals of the Crisis Heavyweight tournament.

Triple Crown Period (2005-08)
When Brian B.Nasty won the rights for UCW from RDSin late 2005 he stripped Phoenix of the World title a few weeks later and decided to merge it with the Warfare Heavyweight title and the Crisis Heavyweight title and from that point the title was known as the UCW Triple Crown World Heavyweight Championship. - Syberus returned to UCW and revealed to the world that he had given his cousin "Brian James" a fake title. Syberus then clamed that he was still the UCW World Champion. A few weeks later RDS stripped him of the title. Pat Bozzini beat Lee Williams, Dave Brickheart, Syberus, Dave Dangerous and R.C. in an Ultimate Ironman match at the Great British Bash to untie the UCW World plus both Warfare and Crisis Heavyweight Championships to become the first UCW Triple Crown Champion.

Hardkore World & VWA
The belt was also defended in Hardkore World and the VWA in the years of 2007 and 2008.

Undisputed MKII
The championship became known as the undisputed championship once more when Phoenix won his second belt in 2013 having never lost the belt having won it in 2003.
